on your sunday. a fox news alert. more arrests overnight in ferguson and protesters set a flag on fire in the middle of the street. >> darn tin any is live in ferguson with more op this story. >> reporter: darren wilson called it the hardest thing he's ever had to do when he resigned from the prid. he decided to resign after the department told him it had received multiple threats of violence if she should remain employed there. in his resignation letter that was released to the media wilson says in part, i have been told that my continued employment may put the residents and police office of the city of ferguson at risk. it is something i cannot allow. the safety of other police officers and the community is of paramount importance to me.

it's my hope that my resignation will allow the community to heal. he also told the paper he doesn't have a clue what kind of job he'll pursue next but as of right now it would not be as a cop. the resignation hasn't done much to pacify protesters, many of whom say it is too little too late. a crowd of more than 150 gathered outside the ferguson police department last night marching up a endown the street, harassing several people as they left nearby businesses. the protests were mainly peaceful and only two were arrested. but at one point several protesters burned an american flag in the street. when the crowd moved back after about 20 minutes, members of the national guard walked over to retrieve pieces of the flag. toads across st. louis emotions are still running high and folks are starting to rebuild. churches across the area are focusing on messages of hope and heal as they continue this long

very real. every day we hear about it, we hear about it on the fox about the threats to national security. so to water these words down does not do us any good. it does not do anybody any good in understanding who the enemy is and what the enemy wants to achieve. they're actually really hurtful and they're hurtful to people that get caught in these events. it's just vernacular for police call correctness sake and it's a vernacular that we really need to get rid of. hopefully the 114th congress will push the president to get rid of the language. it's not helpful. >> democrats say we learned it from republicans for year. republicans managed to frame things a certain way and sell it to people. now we're learning. do you buy that argument? >> i don't buy that national security is a partisan issue.

would object to their children raising money for a muslim group or an atheist group. we support the idea of helping the poor but public schools can help the poor without assisting church-led projects. do you think that this program to help families in need, although i was being -- was going through a church, was pushing christianity and jesus on all of these children? >> no, absolutely not. this church's food pantry is the closest pantry to our neighborhood and to the school. so when it was chose by the student council, which are the kids in the school, they chose where this food went, they were thinking of what's the closest place. and that's doing good. but there was no preaching, no -- you know, nobody pushed that on anyone. it's simply a place that people can go get what they need. >> in close proximity to these

journalist there, and do you agree or disagree that riots are a necessary part of the evolution of a society? >> well, i believe, as i read the article, i believe that rioting is actually an unnecessary evil, even as the alleged comparison to the tea party for example. of course tea was dumped into the harbor, but no lives for harmed and no stores were bombed or burned or fire bombs. there's a lady in ferguson, an african american woman, her store was fire bombed and i think basically she asked the question, how would this get justice for michael. am i supposed to be a sacrificial lamb in this thing? and so during my lifetime open during the times that i marched and went to jail or my father a.d. king or my uncle martin, we were asking people not to riot. but to use our words and to use

peaceful protests. that's not a luxury. because my house was fire bomb, daddy and momma's house were fire bombed, martin luther king, jr.'s house was fire bomb. we did not consider those luxurious days. >> she's making the argument that these people you see here in the black and white images are, they are from the mainstream, that these aren't people who were marginalized, dr. king. these are people who had the luxuries, they had the ability to go out and peacefully march, but they didn't suffer the same injustices that the people in ferguson did. do you disagree? >> i would say in the 1950s and '60s there was an imbalance of luxury even in those days. and we were people who were oppressed were fire bombed, called names and all of that. but our response was never

violence. there were rioters, of course. and many times, as in the case of ferguson, i've been there two or three times now. and as i was there, you could tell that most of the rioters were not even citizens of ferguson. now, maybe some feel safe in ferguson, some do not. but those who are not choosing violence, i would not say they're living in luxury but they're using their prayers and their words, using peaceful resolution. and that is really sane and sensible. >> she makes the argument in her opinion piece that after 1992, the riots in los angeles, that violence was a necessary evil here because the police department in southern california took notice. they changed after the violence that led to the upheaval and the beating of roddy king. what do you say to that in. >> in 1963 in birmingham, alabama, i was part of the children's march experience, and

we're blessed that we have a great deal of family and friends who with with us and my mother mary, we get a lot of strength and kurnl from her. >> what is the latest on the search? >> well, as of last night we're still working with the philadelphia police department. there's not much to report. that's why we're here today, to kind of appeal and see if we can't get some information. someone had to see shane. and we need someone to come forward and let us know what's going on. >> you know for our viewers who aren't familiar with this part of time. i know the neighborhood very well. that's where he was last seen along one of the bars on main street. it's popular place and a nice neighborhood. police at this hour don't suspect foul play. what do you think happened? what time was he last seen leaving the bar? >> well the last time that i can confirm that we saw shane was around 1:45 a.m.

that would be thanksgiving morning. other than that we don't have much to go on. it's all, at this point, pure speculation. and that's difficult to deal with as a family, because we need, we need to find some facts. i guess that would be a good thing. >> just for our audience, shane is 5'11", 140 pounds, last seen wearing a button down gray shirt, gray hoodie and jeans, had a celtic cross tattoo on his shoulder. what can you tell us about shane? what was he like? >> he was your typical 21-year-old. he had a good sense of humor, kind of quick wit. nothing out of ordinary. was not be any means a fighter or anything like that. never in trouble. he was a good student out at westchester. he was a good student at roman catholic high school.

he's just -- like we like to say, he was our shane. >> kevin, you've seen such an you pouring of help from the community. are you surprised by that? >> actually i'm overwellmented by it, sir, as is my sister karen and her husband kevin. the overflow of people yesterday was incredible. and you put that on top of the philadelphia police department, the search and rescue team from philadelphia. it has been just an incredible show of support. i can't even say thank you to enough people because i would be afraid i would miss somebody. they were outside there yesterday in the cold. thank god we didn't get any snow or y kind of weather like that. it's family, it's friends. it's the whole community. the outpouring is incredible. i never could expect anything like that. never in my lifetime. >> yeah, from the video we're seeing, we see large numbers and 500 volunteers that have helped

you might think this is a position that somebody would want, but maybe not in this case. you have some ideas as to why this is a problem. first you say the president has been leading from behind. yeah. the next secretary is going to inherent the policies of the administration which have made america weaker. and they've shown not just those policies but they've been micromanaged to the second point from the white house. so they've micromanaged the pentagon time and time again. the next secretary of defense, it's not clear they'll be able to set their own defense policy. >> and then the third thing you say is the budget cuts in the pentagon, these have been extreme. it doesn't look like that is going to be changing anytime soon. so the person comes in with not that much money to work with. >> they're inheriting sequestration. we're not modernizing. we're not training and equipping the way we should. why would the next defense secretary want to usher in more

cuts and undermined our defenses. >> so jasonson from homeland security looks like may be one of the leading contenders. and he was voted in fairly easily. but now we have a different result of the midterm elections, republicans controlling the senate and the house. what do you think about that? >> that's right. because republicans control the senate, it will be difficult to push along a left wing nominee. jay johnson dount have any real credentials other than being the pentagon lawyer. he would be sort of a total yes man for the white house on their policies. it's not clear defense minded republicans in the senate would be eager to confirm him with the same latitude they did before >> and you say there is a short term problem. what do you mean by that? >> yeah, this president is a lame duck. and whatever secretary comes in with him is not going to have the time or the runway to initiate real change or real independent thinking on defense thinking. they're probably going to have to default again to the white

house and their belief about national security policy. who wants an 18-month job where they can't really change anything. >> certainly a tough one. you have some ideas of who you think could be some of the right picks. tell me about some of your ideas. >> i'm trying to think of who might be palletable to this administration. in a perfect world i would pick some other folks as well. you got a joe lieberman, former senator from connecticut whereby would make a great secretary of defense. h.r. mick masters, he's always been a forward thinking military leader and he's been put on some of the toughest ie signments and been to some of the toughest places in iraq. mad dog mad disis legendary in the marine corps. i don't know if the administration would want to pick him because he would tell us like it is. this nation koubld use a guy like this who wants to defeat the enemy and would give honest

welcome to the show. >> thank you. good morning to you. >> ok. so what does a nun know about football? how did you come to be a coach on the team? >> i grew up learning football from my father. he was a football coach back in sleepy eye at st. mary's. i was around football and athletics. it worked out. >> has anybody doubted your capabilities because of your being a nun? >> not that i'm aware of. coach ramler was very gracious when he brought me on the team. the young players on the team accepted me as did all of the other assistant coaches. >> you joined the staff this year as a volunteer assistant coach. and i love that you're overseeing the kickers and the punters, which we all know they need the most help. they need divine intervention a lot. so how are the players responding to you working with them? >> they have been so gracious to me, so accepting of who and what i am to the football program. you know, our main kicker, mike thiesmann, is an all american,

all conference kicker. so what i really did is i was supportive to him, there for him, helping him out in whatever he needed. >> you say before you were a nun, you were a teacher and you felt called to become a nun, but you ignored it for a little while. then you were a nun. you felt called to the football field, and you ignored that for a while and then you did that. how has this changed you and your faith? >> well, i think it's just enriched it. it's made me realize that god is everywhere, and god can be involved in all different things, including football. so i find the blessings that's coming of this to be outstanding. >> i have to ask you this question. we have seen a number of stories about the pc police that have been out when you have players that want to get down on bended knee after a touchdown and honoring a fallen friend or something and praying and showing their faith on the football field. and then they're getting -- the team is getting hit with a fine or slammed for it in the media. what's your response to that? >> well, you know, at

scholastica, we are a catholic college. and so there's not really issues there. but when i see that happening on the national stage, it just really saddens me to think that people are not able to express themselves how they want to express their faith, their belief, and their trust in god. >> are there any parallels you find from your job as coach and your job as nun? >> definitely. it all relies on god. it's all about giving glory to god. and really the discipline that i learned through playing athletics through coaching is the same discipline that i have to use in my religious life being dedicated to prayer, getting up early, doing what you need to do, and just being the person that god calls you to be. it's all together the same. >> we have a lot of new york giants fans in here. i'm not one of them, but i think they could use your help. >> well, i also have the minnesota vikings that i'm working with. >> sister, great to see you, and have a great sunday. thanks for waking up early. we appreciate it. >> thank you very much.

american flag. >> garrett, how bad did things get last night? >> reporter: well, you know, i guess it's all really relative. compared to monday night when we had all of these businesses that were loot theed and burned down last night was relatively calm. the hope was that news of the resignation would pacify a lot of the protesters, but really they felt this should have happened months ago. in his resignation letter, officer wilson says he was waiting until the grand jury decision to decide whether or not he was going to resign. and after that decision came down, he said he heard about plans and threats against the ferguson police department if he remained there. that is really what the setting point was for him to take that step and resign. in his letter released to the media last night, it reads in part, it was my hope to continue in police work, but the safety of other police officers and the community is of paramount importance to me. it is my hope that my resignation will allow the community to heal.

you may remember last month wilson married his girlfriend, who is also a ferguson police officer. in an interview with the st. louis post dispatch, he says the department is also pushing his wife to resign, but so far she is refusing to do so. as news of his resignation spread last night, a crowd of about 150 folks did gather outside of the ferguson police department. they were loudly marching up and down the street harassing several folks that left businesses there. as two people were arrested, they were mostly peaceful protests. at one point, though, several protesters set an american flag on fire and left it burning in the middle of the street. when the crowd moved back after about 20 minutes, members of the national guard moved in to retrieve pieces of the flag that were still there. even as the protests continue, though, business owners here are still beginning that process of rebuilding, and they are still frustrated. as you can see on the sign behind me, with governor jay

nixon, who they say did not act quickly enough in sending the national guard to protect their businesses here. >> it might be a sign of the times this morning. because those protesters in ferguson right now are leading a "time" magazine poll. they do this once a year for their "time" magazine person of the year. and right now the ferguson protesters leading that online poll between facebook, twitter, and their website. they are coming in at about 10%, leading the pack right now for person of the year. >> what a contrast to last year's winner being pope francis. >> right. >> and they always say in time magazine in their defense, they always say it's not the best person chosen as person of the year. there's been a long line of people who have influenced stories, big news stories, during world war ii and others that weren't exactly revered leaders. but they changed the national dialogue and world dialogue around politics. >> and "time" magazine doesn't

"time" magazine also stirring the pot this morning in a new opinion piece in the back of the magazine. and it calls itself "in defense of rioting" written by a free lance writer. she makes the argument that

rioting is a natural part of our evolution. she says this. unfortunately, we do not live in a universal utopia. we do not live in a universal utopia where people have the basic human rights they deserve simply for existing. peaceful protesting is a luxury of those already in mainstream culture. those who can be assured their voices will be heard without violence, those who can afford to wait for the change they want. so she's making the argument that it's a luxury that people can go out and protest. and we need this as a natural evolution. >> so it's ok for all of these small business owners, the convenience store, the fast food restaurants, for them to all be just -- their windows smashed and burned and their goods that they need to sell in order to make money are destroyed? that's ok in the name of protesting something that has absolutely nothing to do with the cause? some people point to the boston tea party. the boston tea partiers threw a whole shipment of tea into the boston harbor and destroyed all

of that. well, right or wrong, it was at least something that had to do with what they were protesting. they were worried about the tea tax. >> and they didn't burn down people's stores or cause that kind of damage. earlier on the show we had the niece of dr. martin luther king on the show and this is what she had to say. >> during my lifetime and during the times that i marched and went to jail or my father or my uncle martin, we were asking people not to riot but to use our words and to use peaceful protest. that's not a luxury because my house was firebombed. we were people who were oppressed, firebombed, called names, and all of that. but our response was never violence. >> protesters flying into ferguson that have nothing to do with the community of ferguson trying to attach and raise money. we've seen fundraising campaigns result of it. >> opportunists. >> yes. people trying to make money off

of what's unfolding in ferguson this morning. gregory clark is a u.c. davis economics professor. he has raised a few eyebrows over comments about the american dream. he claims it's dead. he claims really it never was, that we -- america is basically like medieval england, and that no matter where you live, if you are raised in ferguson, you are raised in a lower socioeconomic status, you are never going to realize the american dream. no amount of hard work will help you out. listen to what he has to say. >> america has no higher rate of social mobility than medieval england. that's the most difficult part about talking about social mobility, because it is shattering people's dream. the status of your grandchildren, your great grandchildren, and your great great grandchildren is going to be quite closely related to your average status now. i think the thing that students find very hard to accept is the

idea that much of their lives can be predicted from their lineage and their ancestry. >> well, some of that is true. i remember in college i learned that the zip code that you're born in is a great economic indicator of where you'll end up as an adult. but it's not always the case. and to preach this to your students and to basically say, hey, you know, education isn't that important. you're going to have to deal with the hand of cards you're dealt. >> there are certain zip codes you can be born in that might make things easier for you. but the american system is set up that if you work hard and study hard and you are disciplined, you can achieve anything you want. and that's the difference. that's not what this guy is taking into account. we asked you what you thought about this earlier in the show. we're getting all kinds of responses. we had a tweet in from margaret who she says grew up in poverty, and my brothers and i have achieved and acquired more than our parents. they raised us to reach for the u.s. dream. isn't that the dream, to do more than your parents? i think that's what every parent

you'll be talking to his attorney today. what will you ask him? >> i want to ask him clearly about that. and also we're going to have a joint interview as you "justice with judge jeanine" -- as you just had on the screen with the attorney for darren wilson but also the attorney for the brown family. and also get a sense of the trial that we're never going to see. what does daryl parks feel is the stron darren wilson, the strongest reason that the grand jury should have indicted him. and we'll obviously give his attorney an opportunity to respond to that. there are different sides to this argument, the way people interpret this case. and the evidence, the forensic evidence. so we want to get into all of that with them. and then also this isn't the end of it, because the brown family is seriously considering a civil lawsuit against darren wilson and against the ferguson police department. so we'll talk about that as well with both of them. >> and what kind of sense are you getting from -- i know your

producers do preinterviews. what kind of a sense are you getting from them about what the civil suit could possibly entail? >> well, i have done some reporting on this myself. and, you know, obviously it would be a belief that this is a wrongful death, that darren wilson shouldn't have shot and killed michael brown. and they haven't firmly decided. we'll see if we get some news today as to whether they have decided to go ahead with the civil lawsuit. we'll also take a look at the bigger picture. obviously, this has awakened as we talked about at the beginning in terms of eric holder's tour, feelings of mistrust in the community. and we're going to talk about that with mayor rudy giuliani, the former mayor of new york city, and the head of the national urban league, mark morial, as to whether giuliani believes that the biggest problem in black communities is black-on-black crime. i think morial would agree

about the bible. >> the district ditching the class elective after outcry there the atheist group freedom from religion foundation. >> joining us now is the president of the family research council tony perkins to talk about this. good morning. thanks for joining us. >> good morning, guys. >> so this class was going to be an elective. so what's the stance from the freedom from religion foundation? >> it's hard to understand, because over 2,500 different school districts across the country have elective courses like this. and it's not a religion course. it's teaching the bible as literature and history. when you look at the english language, few things have had more impact in shaping our language than the king james bible, shakespeare, the oxford dictionary. they are fundamental. and it's hard to understand the meaning of a lot of the phrases you hear every day unless you have an understanding of the bible. >> well, here's what the co-president says of the freedom

from religion foundation. she says it's not a victory not only for reason and the law, but the sack row sanct audience of students to be free from indoctrination in a public school setting. she says kids shouldn't have to be subjected to this even if it is an elective. >> they are a wolf in sheep's clothing. the idea here is that this has been upheld by the supreme court, and that the bible can be taught as literature and history. for instance, take the constitution, article, i think, one, section seven, talks about the exemption for sundays on the pocket veto. why is that? well, it's because of the understanding of the sabbath. you wouldn't understand that completely unless you understood the connection between our history as a nation and the teachings of the bible. so it's again not teaching as a religion. it's not teaching it as anything other than literature and history, and it's shaping of

western civilization, in particular the united states. i helped get it in louisiana schools when i was in office about 15 years ago, and it's been successfully taught. no problems, no challenges. i'm a little troubled as to why this school in oklahoma would back away. i think in part it's because of the false claims of these atheists organizations. but i think there's folks like the greens who had this curriculum put forward understand this is our cross to bear. they'll continue walking the straight and narrow and try to get these options out there for students. >> some parents want to expose their kids to the bible not just as church but on a more consistent basis, and some students do as well. do you see any issues with this at all? i mean, if it was another religion, do you think that would be banned too according to the freedom from religion foundation? >> i don't think they would have an issue with it. i wouldn't have an issue with learning other religions. if someone wants to take that as

answer. do you think when they come back they'll have a clear answer? >> my guess is no. and to be honest, i think what he's doing is constitutionally dubious. i think it is politically and morally irresponsible, even on his own terms, the things that obama is doing tonight really make a lot of sense. the distinctions he draws between the people he's going to carve in and carve out of this policy are completely arbitrary. and what he is doing on a constitutional level is terrible. that said, i'm not sure it's in the republicans' or in the country's best interests to freak out, because obama's policy doesn't really work unless the republicans freak out and make it look really reasonable. and if instead they sort of bide their time in how to respond, that might be better for republicans and it might drive the white house nuts. that said, there are lots of republicans who really want to punish him for this. and i'm sympathetic in principle. what he's doing is outrageous.

by that standard, things last night weren't that bad. the hope was that they would be better with the announcement of darren wilson's resignation. but for the most part, protesters said that should have happened months ago. in his letter of resignation, darren wilson said that he was waiting until the grand jury's decision before deciding his future. and after that announcement came, he said it was because of threats to the ferguson police department if he did not resign that he then chose to do so. in his letter that reads in part, it was my hope to continue in police work, but the safety of other police officers and the community is of paramount importance to me. it is my hope that my resignation will allow the community to heal. last month, wilson married his girlfriend, who is a ferguson police officer. in an interview with the st. louis post dispatch, he says the ferguson police department is now asking her to resign, as well, but so far she is refusing

to do so. as news of his resignation spread last night, a crowd of about 150 folks gathered outside the police department. they were loudly marching up and down the street, harassing a few while they left businesses there. the protests were mostly peaceful. at one point, several protesters sent an american flag on fire and left it burning in the middle of the street. when the crowd left, national guard troops rushed in to pick up the pieces. businesses here are now stuck deciding what they are going to do with their own futures. are they going to rebuild in the community that did this or are they going to move on elsewhere? that is something they're coming back today as the treat is opening again to decide. >> a day after small business

there's a $10,000 reward for information. and a dramatic u.s. coast guard rescue caught on camera. you can see the coast guard chopper hoisting a fishing crew out of these rough oregon waters. it began after the boat started taking on water and sinking eight miles off the coast. three people were hurt, but thanks to the coast guard, everybody is expected to be okay. a missing teenager back safe in his mother's arms after allegedly being held in a secret room in his father's home for four years. police found the 13-year-old living behind a false wall in this georgia garage. officers rescued him after he texted his mother through a smartphone app he had leently downloaded. boy's father, gregory jean, another woman and three minors all under arrest. the unidentified boy went missing in 2010 during a visit with his father. he is now being cared for by georgia child welfare workers. and the secret to marriage, it's all about age.

hundreds of thousands of prisoners are filing phony tax refund claims and the agency is paying out $70 million worth of these claims. this morning, there are reports the irs gave the white house thousands of taxpayer documents. so what will it take to fix the irs and who will do it? here to weigh in is former dog official jay christian adams. >> morning, clayton. >> how in the world is this happening? how in the world are these prisoners able to file these phony tax returns and the irs basically turning the other cheek? >> they're filing fake numbers and getting cash. the irs is not the only one turning the other cheek. these are crimes, just like turning over taxpayer data. they should be prosecuted and treated as crimes. they're easy to detect and solve crimes. barney phiffe could figure it out. >> they're putting a stamp on the envelope and mailing it into the irs. we know where it came from.

why isn't the irs going after these people? why isn't the department of justice going after these people? >> look, clayton, this administration is very, very skilled at using their power to help their friends and hurt their enemies. the irs has abused powers by turning over private taxpayer data. that's a federal crime. it's a federal law that was passed in response to what the democrats thought richard nixon was doing. now, it's become the standard operating procedure at the irs. there was a pro family group, for example, that was in favor of traditional marriage. and irs officials leaked their private taxpayer information to a gay group that was opposinged to traditional marriage. it's a federal crime. has there been a prosecution? of course not. because this administration using prosecutorial discretion

to help their friends and hurt their enemies. >> that's anyone lost their job over this? >> no. that's the last part of the last six years. whenever somebody abuses power, whether it's the doj, the irs, wherever, nobody is ever held accountable. the only people this far hold accountable in this administration for breaking the law are whistleblowers who report on it. they don't ever do anything to the actual law breakerers. >> what is in these documents? these thousands of documents the taxpayer information handed over to the white house. first of all, why would the white house want this information and what's in it? >> well, you're watching the opening scenes of another scandal. we don't know exactly what's in this. we know there's hundreds if those not thousands of people. you know, it's no coincidence, i think, clayton, that the conservatives are noticed a strange pattern of audits, myself included in this administration. so we'll find out. now, this is a high fastball over the plate for the new gop congress. you have a democrat attorney general, loretta lynch coming up

was to, you know, have a service dog and somebody who could be there because after, you know, quite a while in the military, you know, after four deployments, it took its toll on me. and, you know, medication and therapy just, you know, wasn't working like it was supposed to. a and, you know, so i went the service dog route and it ended up being the best decision i've ever made. >> how long did it take until hank began to make a difference in your life? >> oh, hank, even when -- you know, before he started doing the majority of his training and the majority of his work, he started making a very significant impact in my life. you know, he kind of from the get-go, he understood, you know, why he was there and what he needed to do. and so -- sorry about that. he's -- he just -- he's pretty uncomfortable in a certain spot just because of the surgery that he had. >> and maybe a little camera shy.

so tell us, what happened to hank? he had a bad accident. he got out of the backyard and was hit by a car. tell me about what happened. >> well, when he was -- when we were living in college station, hank was in the backyard for a couple minutes because he goes out for a potty break. and when i went back outside, he wasn't there and the gate was cracked open. and so when we went outside, i grabbed my neighbor and we were looking for him. and sadly, whenever someone saw me, they said, hey, is hank your dog? i said yeah. they said he was hit by a car. luckily, he was taken to, you know, a veterinary hospital fairley quickly. and, you know, that was luckily the saving factor because much longer, i don't know how much longer he would have made it. >> yeah. so now i hear you have a vet appointment on wednesday and that's going to determine how he's going to do, if he needs more surgery. is that right? >> yes, sir. so hank fractured his c-4 in his

spine. he both both scapulas and he had a significant portion of his lung removed on his left side. so he's pretty uncomfortable and it's pretty hard getting him, you know, to sit still. but the doctor appointment on wednesday is really going to determine, you know, where we go next. he's going to have hesitate repeat radiograph and the doctor is going to look and make sure he's doing okay and then, you know, wile kind of go from there. >> yeah. and i would imagine him -- >> but the veterinary hospital has been great. >> i would imagine this has cost you a lot of money. >> yes, sir, yes, sir. right now, we're right at around $11,000. and then, you know, after the repeat radiographs and, you know, future primary care appointments, it could, you know, be an ongoing, you know, lifetime of care, depending on his fractures and, you know -- >> sure. and hank is 2 1/2 years old, is that right? >> yes, sir, yeah. hank is 2 1/2 years old and he
