time, they were unable to save luke. >> reporter: we are told that the government of yemen had a heads up and copted and did not participate at all in the rescue attempt, julie? >> peter doocy, thank you so much. >> a u.s. naval emergency facing federal charges for trying to leak secret plans for a new aircraft carrier. according to the court documents, the feds arrested the 35-year-old virginia man in a sting operation on friday. they say he tried to give classified drawings of a uss gerald ford to government. and not knowing he was dealing with an undercover fbi agent. the vessel was under construction in virginia and described as the lead ship and called the super craft in the navy's new class of aircraft carriers.
