a dying veteran, vietnam veteran from washington is being forced to pay the v.a. more than $6,300 because of its clogged system. back in january, rob arthur was diagnosed with brain cancer and then he married his girlfriend. he notified the v.a. but he didn't hear back until this past summer. the department told him that he was no longer eligible for a pension because of his wife's income and now he has to repay those benefits which he received for six months
