if you you know that a looter tried to jay-z and beyonce's house he blow their brains out. >> 15 guys were uzis. >> whoever lives in the area being looted that they are sympathizing with. >> two more topics and two more minutes. i will let you, mcguirk, take prince william and duchess, what's her name? >> kate. >> kate. >> yes. >> they are in the colonies. are you happy to see them here. >> no, not at all. >> as an irishman and american i'm totally offended by their presence we were in thù middle of an ugly american squabble. big family. and we have protests going on and they show up and on the add to the confusion and chaos. you had some brilliant talking points last night about the american dream. these ache critical condition -- >> i think she is a nice woman, gutfeld. >> i have got to disagree with bernie because they are
8:44 pm
staying at my place. i have a pullout for them. they are extremely -- they are a nice couple. they leave tea bags everywhere. they are general lay very plenty people. they love america. i think that we should adopt them as our royalty. >> i like them. >> i'm irish, too. i know -- oliver controlwell did but i'm not holding it against them now. >> boring and this guy is two hair follicle losses away from a combover. >> from you, you are saying this? >> that's right. i'm saying it. take it all off. >> grow worm. >> i'm okay with it what is this with the anaconda now? >> some guy -- some kind of stunt where he wanted tooz eaten alive by an anaconda but in the middle of the stunt. >> is this kilmeade? >> no, no. obviously he picked the wrong kind of serpent because we are dealing with a serpent obesity epidemic. snakes are only supposed to eat small meals why we suggest two dana perinos.
8:45 pm
should have picked a better animal. i would have suggests a it was a> fraud perpetuated. >> on the snake. >> on the american people. everybody wanted to see2ióx this guy actually eaten and have the snake belch at the end and go to credit. the real reptiles are ond': msnbc. >> it's like watching alec baldwin trying to get into a pair of skinny jeans. >> i have seen it. >> that's enough. camera off him, please. laura ingraham on deck. she doesn't like how the obama administration is spending tax money. spending tax money. right back with miss laura. here's some news you may find surprising.
8:46 pm

8:48 pm
. . . . . . . . . back of the book segment
8:49 pm
tent. as you may know the passed a spending package last night. 219 to 2206. laura ingraham. i can just tell even though you have a new hairstyle i can tell you didn't like the spending bill. >> i'm celebrating with a new hairstyle. actually, the omnibus spending bill, bill, actually paid for this. so it's great. it's allluq?o covered. everything you want to do for the christmas season is in thisúg1ç bill. >> all right. but yet elizabeth warren who is very far left and then you had the tea party guys, far right. and nobody liked it. who liked this. him a duck session. this is why we call a lame duck session because lame things happen. if this is such a good deal for the american people, right? they would have done this before the midterm election cycle because it would drive people to the polls. but what they do is they wait until the lame duck and boehner would much ratherdxb have this whole spending
8:50 pm
thing for the next nine months done with with. so they don't have to go back and debate how much h.h.s. gets or whether, you know, obamacare is funded or whether planned parenthood gets anything. they just want all that icky stuff of governing and budgeting off the table. which is what they basically which is what they basically did last night. and elizabeth warren, i think, was actually quite smart in the way she framed it.7+pjñ now, i don't agree with all her points of view, but the way she framed it as giveaways to special interests and the american people are basically left out behind closed doors giveaways, all the rest of it. i think she played it really smart.ìáhp &hc% an expert, but there weren't giveaways. two things she didn't like, she didn't like increased donations to political candidates by korpgs. and she didn't like some of the dodd frank stuff was watered down about how much money they have to put in escrow about bad mortgages. it was kind of technical. it wasn't any big deal, was it? >> well, what we expected as
8:51 pm
conservatives, and i'm a conservative, what i expected from republicans was a new dawn, right after the÷? cycle they were going to do budgeting in a new way, a new old way. with fullxiíy daylight you can actually examine how they're spending our money. >> they can't do now, but maybe they'll do it next year. >> no, the people who think they're going to do it next year arethbk same people who think pro wrestling is real, okay? they're not going to do it next year. they're going to come back into session next year and they're going to have almost all of the government funded through the end of september. >> a waste of colossal amount of money -- i'm with you. >> it's insanity. >> so why do you think that the republican party isn't interested in reforming the massive waste that goes on in these budgets? why aren't they interest snd. >> i think what we as republicans, conservatives have to understand is that right now the republican party is not a conservative party.
8:52 pm
it's mostly the party that is dominated by groups like the chamber of commerce. they do some good work. i'm not trying to demonize everything they do. they're basically an open borders party. they wantonyu÷ this amnesty, ch labor, stuff good for big business. i get that, but it's not good for the middle class of the country. so you have all these middle class people, bill who are are saying wait a second, what about my wages, my standard of living really isn't getting better year after year and why is this good for me? and why is this even republican? so i think short-term victory for the establishment, but i think in 2016, bill, going to the american people and saying basically we're going it fight more wars and we're going to have more trade withxqtñ china we did stuff like this omnibus spending bill, i don't see how you get a lot of middle class people cheering that on.m i think elizabeth warren played it smart. >> hillary clinton has new ideas that resonate with the working folks. i agree with you 100%. >> the people who watch6n show, they, i think, ,' the country is really going down
8:53 pm
the tubes except for really rich people. >> it's a two-pronged thing. it's the economic stonewallú,d the big government trying to run private economy, which can't fu1 happen. >> yep. >> and it's the culture which has been hijacked by the far left which tells you what you can and can't say. and the academia goes right along with it. >> right. and in the end, bill, john boehner was much more comfortable negotiating with the white house than he was in negotiating with conservatives in his own party. and that's just a fact. people have to understand where the republican party is. you think it's a big conservative party, it's not. it's4m&57ust not. >> all they need is just one strong leader to consolidate it. a lot of guys -- i don't know any women but a lot of guys are going to go to that nomination. laura ingraham everybody. "the factor" tip of the day, a place you should visit if you get the chance. the tip moments away.

and i quit smoking with chantix. i had tried to do it in the past. i hadn't been successful. quitting smoking this time was different because i got a prescription for chantix. along with support, chantix (varenicline) is proven to help people quit smoking. the fact that it reduced the urge to smoke helped me get that confidence that i could do it. some people had changes in behavior, thinking or mood, hostility, agitation, depressed mood and suicidal thoughts or actions while taking or after stopping chantix. some people had seizures while taking chantix. if you notice any of these, stop chantix and call your doctor right away. tell your doctor about any history of mental health problems, which could get worse while taking chantix or history of seizures. don' take chantix if you've had a serious allergic or skin reaction to it. if you develop these, stop chantix and see your doctor right away as some can be life-threatening. tell your doctor if you have a history of heart or blood vessel problems, or develop new or worse symptoms. get medical help right away if you have symptoms of a heart attack or stroke. decrease alcohol use while taking chantix. use caution when driving or operating machinery. common side effects include nausea, trouble sleeping and unusual dreams. i love myself as a non-smoker. ask your doctor if chantix is right for you.
