not trust hillary clinton. believing she is so socially moderate and too hawkish in the war on terror. so, senator warren is receiving adoring coverage and being encouraged to run for president on the democratic ticket by the likes of the far left web site move on. the senator is an interesting woman. she spent nearly 20 years teaching at the harvard law school and once claimed to be of cherokee dissent. that came back to bite her as the boston herald reported she has no native american heritage. nevertheless, she easily defeated scott brown and is now in the senate. ms. warren despises wall street and big banks saying they have rigged the capitalistic system. at one time she questioned why there were no mass indictments of bankers, after the economic crash of 2008 in fact, she is not a big plan of capitalism in general. >> there is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. nobody. you built a factory out there, good for you.

but i want to be clear you moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for. of you hired workers the rest of us paid to educate. now, look, you built a factory and it turned into something terrific or a great idea, god bless, keep a big hunk of it. but part of the underlying social contract is you take a hunk of that and pay forward for the next gig. >> senator warren's vision of the underlying social contract is what may directly affect you. she believes that all americans should pay to abort fetuses. no matter what you think about the destruction of potential human beings. she believes the social contract should allow punitive taxation on corporations and wealthy individuals in order to provide for those who do not have very much. such taxation would cripple the consumer-driven marketplace as we have seen under president obama. senator warren wants

stringent control of firearms, robust healthcare subsidies and government mandated wages for low paid workers. in short, she is a classic liberal thinker who believes washington should control the lives of individual americans for the collective good. on foreign policy, the senator is largely quiet. no statement on the torture report issued by democratic colleagues. no stated opinion on the nearly 400 drone strikes ordered by president obama. however, it's hard to imagine senator warren aggressively confronting the jihadists threatening iran or facing down putin. it is hard to envision that. among younger americans some minority voters in the hard core baby boomer left elizabeth warren is a 20 years ago she might have been seen as a fringe politician. no longer it is clear that the liberal policies of president obama have weakened the nation abroad, created a stagnant economy and a staggering national debt. but if senator warren ever

unresolved problem segment tonight, as we reported last night, new york city mayor bill de blasio is losing the support of his own police department. there are about 35,000 members of the nypd, the largest police agency in the country. recently, mayor de blasio has embrace dollars al sharpton a persistent critic of the police. and when two police officers were attacked by a mob over the weekend, the mayor called the assault alleged. even though it was captured on videotape. with us now, pat lynch from the patrolman's benevolent association and let's begin with you. how bad is the acrimony between rank and file cops and the mayor? >> it's terrible. the rank and file cops losing total respect for city hall. they feel no support at all from this administration. and the ability for them to go out and do their job on a daily basis has become more and more difficult they are

thanks for staying with us bill o'reilly. three hot topics beginning with the alleged torture by the central intelligence agency. as you may know, attorney general eric holder investigated that situation and issued a statement in the summer of 2012. no indictments. with us now attorney and fox news analyst kimberly guilfoyle and lis wiehl. if there are no charges. what are the democrats alleging here what holder did went back in 2009 and looked at all the cia interrogation under bush. under the directives of the department of justice at that time, these officers did nothing wrong are can't go back and punish them for something that was legal at the time.

back of the book segment tonight, as mentioned in the talking points memo, millions of measures are buying into the theater that america is an unjust nation that is the primary theme of the protest marches over the deaths of michael brown and eric garner. also the theme of senator feinstein's torture report issued by the democratsen othe intelligence committee. throw in a little income inequality here, a little wall street has rigged the game there, and you have an oppressive country, do you not? joining us from washington charles krauthammer, author of the mega best seller "things that matter." excellent christmas and hanukkah gift. so, this unjust country theory seems to be taking root, charles. why? >> well, let me just start by saying that i thought i heard you say earlier that you don't speak for the baby jesus. which is a remarkable act of humility on your part. so i commend you. and i attribute it to the christmas spirit. now, in that spirit on the question of justice, if our

standard is divine justice, we are indeed unjust. if our standard is human justice, we are probably one of the most just countries on earth. and one of the reasons, for example, for this wave of revulsion and these demonstrations, and people saying all these nasty things about america, our r. a couple of instances where because of our judicial system, which tries to protect people, to protect defendants, to protect the accused, we he end up with a system of grand juries which you don't have in much of the world. and, of course, being human, will sometimes we'll come to the wrong conclusion. and i think it came to the right conclusion in ferguson. the wrong conclusion obviously wrong conclusion in staten island. and that's what sparked the demonstrations. but the irony is it's because we try to go the extra mile to prevent arbitrary arrests and railroading suspects. >> okay.

but it's a deeper situation for many americans as i talked about in the talking points memo with senator warren being the new face of liberalism. it's income inequality. it's racism, white it's racism white privilege. it's one grievance after another. and millions of americans are buying into this. i don't know whether you saw us last night. we used a clip of samuel l. jackson, multimillionaire actor, who has made his fortune in america, talented man. going out and basically saying that this is corrupt, the police are racist, the whole country's unfair. how do they get there? >> there is nothing new here, bill. i mean, the phrase that's actually so old it's not obsolete is limousine liberal. this goes back decades, generations. america has always had a left. we never had a socialist party because socialism is so obviously absurd as a system of
