money that is frozen for iran. you can't do that. they are threatening everyone in the region and we open a embassy in iran? there is a difference of what iran is doing and what is doing. when you say adjusted, what will happen? vote on new sanctions against iran and the president likely will veto it? >> he will veto that. and the new majority will not let go of the sanctions that exist. president obama can limit the sanctions but not remove the law. he needs to work with the the majority. my concern while we are debate and willing fighting isis without paying attention to iran iran will be the dominant force and we are wasting time. >> that seems sadly what is

you can coordinate with the samson and p8 flying. that's really important because you want to optimize the search area, and you don't want to cover ground or water in this case that you have already covered because there just isn't time to do that. once you start picking up remains or debris, the next thing you'll do is drift analysis where you start looking at the prevaluing winds and tides and currents. then you trace it back and hopefully that will lead to the site of the main wreckage, and we can begin the recovery operation there. much smaller crew size. it's carrying a surface warfare package which is two inflatable rigid hole boats and boarding teams that can be useful in picking up debris or the remains

11:06 am
don't want to have a piling on effort. you only want to bring in assets that can really contribute to the job. i think they're fairly confident that they're narrowing it down, and they don't want to clutter the scene up with assets that aren't really good-bye to be helpful in this. >> thank you very much captain nash, for lending us your expertise on this. very unfortunate situation. it is, indeed. joining us now to explain more about this is fox business network's rich edson. how many people are getting what type of break and getting a boost? >> well in some analysis show about three million folks, and that's because 29 states, d.c., have higher minimum wages than the federal government. the latest increases are all
