to cause it to crash. they are planning to talk with her after they speak with the family. an attorney says the family is devastated and issued a statement saying quote we ask that you respect our privacy during this difficult time. please pray for us especially for sailor. nearly two years after the boston marathon tragedy the trial of one of the bombers is set to open today. at 9:00 a.m. eastern time the judge and defense lawyers will whittle down that list to more than 1200 names to find 6 jurors and ultimates. he's accused of the terror attack that left three dead and many injured in april 2015. testimony isn't expected to begin until next month. a verdict may take until next
