7:00 pm
or just words? there's 7 billion people in the world, the chance of being killed by terrorists almost nil. should we publish those cartoons? facebook.com/thekellyfile. see you tomorrow at 9:00. welcome to "hannity." french police say they have identified three masked islamist terrorists that stormed into a magazine in paris. we have reporters standing by on the scene in france. here's how things unfolded earlier today. [ gunfire ] >> gunmen on the loose in paris. at least a dozen are dead. masked men armed with automatic weapons stormed a satirical newspaper that published cartoons of the prophet muhammad.
7:01 pm
>> this is an act of violence and an act of terrorism that we condemn in the strongest possible terms. [ inaudible ] >> this vicious terror attack is a reminder that we must always be vigilant against the enemies of freedom. >> today's deadly terror attack has everyone on edge. standing by is fox's own catherine herridge. >> french authorities are confirming they have identified three of the suspects, two of the men are brothers and french nationals. fox news has independently learned that the french i kwif lent of an all points bulletin was released shortly after the shooting identifying the men giving their ages as 18, 32 and 34. fox news understands their names
7:02 pm
have been shared with the fbi. >> we are working with them, we will do everything we can to help them bring to justice of the atrocities that happened in paris. >> at this hour celebratory chatter on jihadi hash tags of twitter accounts. fox news has confirmed that u.s. investigators are reviewing the databases of known terror suspects including those who have recently traveled to syria. that process includes the review of video footage from the scene security camera footage as well as physical evidence from that crime scene. what is striking to current and former intelligence officials is this level of premeditation, the skill and comfort level with the weapons. and the cell's ability to extract itself suggesting reconnaissance was done in advance on the target. >> this was extremely well coordinated. it was very deadly. the terrorists knew exactly what
7:03 pm
they were doing who they were after. and to me the question is was this organized entirely within paris, or was there any international involvement as far as the preparation for it. that to me is the key. >> and tonight government sources confirm they are exploring the likelihood the cell was connect today a known terrorist group, possibly al qaeda in north africa or aqim al qaeda in yemen or a group based in syria. this was a small cell attack and a clear departure from the lone wolf operations we saw in ottawa and sydney australia, sean. >> catherine thank you tonight. also standing by on the ground in paris is fox's own greg palkot. greg, what's the latest? >> reporter: sean, french police are confirming more details about these suspects. they inspect confirm to us the reports are accurate that says at least one of them already had a terror conviction, that he was involved in sending french young men over to iraq a few years ago
7:04 pm
to fight against american forces there. this all went down just after or around noontime wednesday paris time when those two gunmen stormed into the offices of the satirical newspaper here. one thing they said in in addition to alla akbar was, we are avenging the prophet. because that newspaper had printed cartoons of the muslim prophet muhammad. after they left they left a scene of carnage. 12 people killed including two police. 11 people injured including four critically. there was another shootout with police. one policeman was executed. and another shootout and then they were gone. 500 added reinforcements are now with police searching for them. and also according to french president hollande guarding the various public facilities here in paris and across france to make sure this doesn't happen
7:05 pm
again as this french country grieves. ask my cameraman pierre just to shoot what we are standing next to. it is a makeshift memorial that has been building hour by hour. you see the candles, the flowers, the messages. there have been big rallies here and really across europe because not only have people been killed, but the idea of freedom of expression that you can put whatever you want in a newspaper and put it out there might have been injured today in the attack as well. the people here are saying no way. there will be three days of national mourning beginning on thursday. back to you. >> all right. greg palkot in paris and the assassination of 12 and including the policeman. catherine field joining us. >> good evening. yes, i think the one person that really stands out has been the man who is editor of charlie
7:06 pm
hebdo. now, he's really been at the forefront of what charlie hebdo has been about these last couple of years, which is really to just sort of poke at the islamist faith and willingness to get to not publish pictures of the prophet muhammad. they've been publishing cartoons of the prophet muhammad for several years. the french government had been saying please stop it please don't make things worse. now the editor in chief was saying he will abide by the laws of france on blasphemy and press freedom. he wasn't going to be -- what he should and shouldn't be done at charlie hebdo. he gave an interview in 2012 which he reinforce thd desire to uphold -- and he said at the time it might sound a bit
7:07 pm
pompous pompous, but i prefer to die standing than live on my knee. >> thank you for joining us. now joining us with response to today easter's terror tack, ed henry. a lot of criticism? >> he was, sean initially. ask then josh earnest sort of amended that and said, yes, it was a terror attack. and the president who by the way was caught off guard as well he wanted today to be all about an event where he was cheerleading the economy in detroit the rebound of the auto industry. he had to pull together top advisers and the vice president secretary of state john kerry and the oval office to say, wait a second this was indeed a terror attack. interesting though because the president also in his comments spoke out on behalf of freedom of expressions specifically this newspaper and their ability to publish these anti-muhammad cartoons. but it's interest fg you contrast that in an address to
7:08 pm
the u.n. general assembly you'll remember in september 2012 just days after the benghazi terror attacks, the president wasn't quite as aggressive about speaking out about freedom of expression in these kind of cases. >> a universal belief of freedom in expression is something that can't be silenced because of the senseless violence of a few. the future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of islam, but to be credible those who condemn that slander must also condemn the hate we see in the images of jesus christ that are desecrated. >> now, you'll remember in that speech the president blamed benghazi on this anti-muhammad video though he did note he would not ban the video because of free speech in this country. but a week earlier before that u.n. general assembly speech the then-white house press secretary jay carney said that the french newspaper had the ability to publish these
7:09 pm
anti-muhammad cartoons. but interesting he questioned their judgment in publishing them, sean. >> all right. where does this stop? ed henry at the white house tonight. ed, thank you very much. i know it's cold out there. thank you. >> thank you. >> so are today's events in paris a wakeup call to the world about radical islamists? here with reaction fox news military analyst lieutenant colonel ralph peters. lieutenant, good to see you. it seems if you watch in recent years it's not just france but all of europe there's been a major influx, immigration, people from muslim countries. they've even -- and not assimilated, they've separated. they have no-go zones. if you're not muslim, you're not allowed. not police or fire department if there's a fire. sharia courts have been allowed to be established. prayer rugs in just about every hotel. is this a major mistake made by france, europe in general? are we making that mistake in the united states not insisting on assimilation?
7:10 pm
>> i'm much more hopeful about the united states, sean. let's get that out of the way first. the problem is europe with its ridiculously lavish welfare programs attracted the dirt bags, the people that don't want to work, the people that want handouts. with some exceptions of course american-muslims -- by the way they're well-educated. on average they earn higher than the median wage. and most of them are law-abiding. they're you're pediatricians -- they're professors. >> if france took in again, people didn't want to assimilate, now they have their no-go zone, they have their own private neighborhood, land they've taken over, i assume the people of france wanted to accommodate, be kind allow this to happen. my question is if people coming from muslim countries into america, how concerned are we? how do we determine who are radical and who are not radical? we're going to have chaudhry on the radical imam and ask him he wants sharia worldwide.
7:11 pm
how do we determine who gets to come in and who doesn't? how do you tell a radical from a non-radical? >> it would be nice if we had -- for instance, we have problems with some subgroups. not all of them, but some of them. again, i'm not worried about america in the long-term. don't underestimate the transformative power the genius of america. we will have problems with individual muslims. we have had them. we will have them. but europe's problems are of totally different scale. europe got the wrong muslim, they didn't want to integrate and europe didn't want them to integrate. the elites in europe wanted the open hearted and open handed and average people got screwed. >> all right. thank you. appreciate it, lieutenant colonel peters. coming up, one-on-one with the radical london imam who tweeted after today's attack that freedom of expression does not extend to insulting the prophets of allah. he wanted worldwide sharia.
7:12 pm
a heated debate straight ahead. do you have something for pain? i have bayer aspirin. i'm not having a heart attack, it's my back. i mean bayer back & body. it works great for pain. bayer back & body provides effective relief for your tough pain. better? yeah...thanks for the tip!
7:13 pm
7:14 pm
welcome back to "hannity." at least 12 people are dead following a horrific terror attack against a satirical newspaper in france. the attack carried out against a heavily armed hooded gunmen. radical london imam a guy by the name of imam chaudhry, took to twitter at the slaughter tweeting "freedom of expression does not extend to insulting the prophets of allah, whatever your views on the events in paris today are." he also tweeted muslims love the messenger muhammad more than their parents, children and even themselves. why don't people understand.
7:15 pm
you sound like you basically support what happened today. >> no, what i'm saying is these things need to be put into context. these people are talking about a french government who refuse muslims to build mosques now in paris. they are engaged in muslim and -- >> you're making -- you're justifying this. they went in and slaughtered a newspaper, a satirical newspaper makes fun of the pope and catholics and all religions and politicians and everybody. but you do have in france many no-go zones where non-muslims are not allowed to go and fire departments and police departments are not allowed to go. you do have sharia court. you're characterization is not completely accurate about france. >> well, i think the political landscape in europe has in fact shifted. many right wing organizations are now allowed to aspouse their
7:16 pm
own anti-islamic ideas openly. have a government open in place -- >> so what you're basically saying is freedom of expression does not extend to insulting the prophets of allah, whatever your views on what happened in paris. so you're saying you do not believe in freedom of speech. you don't believe in freedom of religion. you don't believe in freedom of expression. you believe in islamic fascism that people must abide by your laws? >> actually, as a muslim we believe sovereignty and supreme si belongs to god and therefore we believe in submitting to the commands of god. >> no, you're demanding everybody else submit to what you believe and it should be -- that's what you said. you said freedom of expression -- go ahead. >> what we say is that freedom of expression has a responsibility by those people who espouse it in the west, in particular non-muslims.
7:17 pm
but as you know it is changed, you have laws which allow, you know, the containment of human expression for your own national security. >> i get what you're saying. you're saying anything offensive about the prophet muhammad should be illegal and you believe that should be worldwide. every country should adopt that law. >> well, you know you need to understand that in islam -- we saw before -- >> right. you're not answering. but every country should adopt that and it's convert or die. it's either you agree with us or we will go into your newspaper and we will slaughter you. we will put a fatwa out on you. >> no. what we're saying is the courts have revere the messenger muhammad they'll die themselves before insult the prophet. we live in a very unstable and
7:18 pm
unsecure world today which you can see very well -- and all they're saying is that the sensibilities and emotions of muslims must be taken into consideration in the context which we live today. >> let me ask you quick questions and get answers. i'm really holding my temper down because you really anger me and i know you anger a lot of our audience. but i think this is important. you want worldwide law to be in every country that you cannot criticize the prophet is that accurate? >> well, we want the sharia. >> in every country. >> sharia says that to be prohibited. >> i want short answers. to you this is the true islam. >> of course. >> no criticizing. and those that are apostates you believe those people should die, right? >> i believe that proven in sharia court they are found guilty of apostating.
7:19 pm
>> okay. penalty is death in your view. you're agreeing. and infidels, nonmuslims, they should die as well, right? >> no, nobody said that. >> the quran says take neither christians nor jews as friends. >> lived in the heart of europe for over 800 years -- >> what about jihad against infidels? and holy war? >> but jihad is either to defend the life and property of muslims which is called defense of jihad. >> right. >> or it is to move -- >> next question. >> -- outside of the frontiers of the -- >> let's talk about rights of women under sharia. should every woman be mandated worldwide that they must cover themselves? >> we believe that either you abide by the criteria which is set out how much you should cover your own body or that people will decide for
7:20 pm
themselves -- >> running out of time. i want people to know what you think -- short answers. these are yes or no answers. women should cover right? >> yes. men and women should cover. >> no bikinis for anybody. i got it. >> no, what they're doing at home is one thing but not in the public. >> got it. adulterers, women committing adultery, you're okay with them being stoned to death. >> men and women committing adultery for which there are witnesses -- >> that's only for men. >> -- it's for both men and women. >> the penalty for adultery should be death. >> both men and women -- >> what about gays and lesbians? should they be killed as well? >> if someone likes someone of the same gender is one thing. but if they are committing the act of sodomy -- >> they should die. okay. and you're okay with comics and
7:21 pm
satirists and critics of islam, for example, if somebody questions the age of muhammad's wife that they should be what, the penalty for them should be death as well? >> no, i mean, you can ask about the age of the wives of the prophet, you can criticize in that debate in discussion. but there's a difference between insulting the honor -- for example what this particular magazine did was portray him naked. and, you know -- >> that's too bad. you know what, you're going to have to get over it. i'm a catholic and there was a picture, an artist in brooklyn museum elephant dung on the virgin mary, i didn't like it but i didn't go in and shoot the people in the museum. >> but that's your right. >> you're saying -- >> hang on. >> i'm running out of time. you're saying this is true islam and you're also on the other hand you say this is a peaceful religion.
7:22 pm
how peaceful -- >> islam does not mean peace, it means submission. we can live peacefully together. we can live peacefully together. >> but we submit to your will and we're your slave then yeah. >> that's not peace -- >> so you want islam or fascism. so you basically want islam fascism. you want to control everybody. >> no we want sharia. >> i'm not disagreeing with you. i just want to make sure. you don't call it that, but when you take away everybody's freedom of choice and demand that they think like you do and practice the way you do you have taken away all freedom of thought. last question -- >> i mean, you can be, you know, muslim if you wish. you can remain a christian or jew. you can live under the sharia this is what we're saying. the occupation of muslim land. >> convert or die basically. >> no. they can convert to islam or
7:23 pm
they can live under the sharia -- >> it's the same thing if you're living under the sharia. if you have to follow your laws or die. >> that would be the law of the land. the law of the land in america you want people to abide by the law in america. under the sharia you abide by sharia law. >> chaudhry -- you think i'm evil, i think you're evil. i don't want to impose my will and my values and i don't want to kill people i disagree with -- [ overlapping speakers ] >> you don't want to listen. >> i'm not going to practice your religion. and i don't agree with your views on religion. and i will practice my faith in my free way. and i'll also be free to criticize you even though you don't like it. >> and the way the cia admit they torture people, what's your justification for that by the way, sean? >> they all deserved it. i got to go. thank you for being with us.
7:24 pm
appreciate it. coming up, i want everybody to know, say why did i bring this man on? because you need -- and i held my temper in check. you need to know how people view real islam. to him that is islam. it must be a worldwide caliphate. and unless the world comes to terms with what we're dealing with, i don't think we'll ever solve the problem. we have more on today's deadly attack in paris and reaction to my heated exchange with anjem chaudhry. and is boehner taking revenge on those who voted against him yesterday? straight ahead. my children always wanted me to quit smoking but i resigned myself to the fact that it wasn't going to work. but chantix helped me do it. along with support, chantix (varenicline) is proven to help people quit smoking. it gave me the power to overcome the urge to smoke. some people had changes in behavior, thinking or mood hostility, agitation, depressed mood and suicidal thoughts or actions while taking or after stopping chantix. some people had seizures while taking chantix. if you have any of these
7:25 pm
stop chantix and call your doctor right away. tell your doctor about any history of mental health problems, which could get worse while taking chantix or history of seizures. don't take chantix if you've had a serious allergic or skin reaction to it. if you develop these stop chantix and see your doctor right away as some can be life-threatening. tell your doctor if you have a history of heart or blood vessel problems or develop new or worse symptoms. get medical help right away if you have symptoms of a heart attack or stroke. decrease alcohol use while taking chantix. use caution when driving or operating machinery. common side effects include nausea trouble sleeping and unusual dreams. i'm a non-smoker. ask your doctor if chantix is right for you. you owned your car for four years. you named it brad. you loved brad. and then you totaled him. you two had been through everything together. two boyfriends. three jobs. you're like "nothing can replace brad!" then liberty mutual calls. and you break into your happy dance. if you sign up for better car replacement, we'll pay for a car that's a model year newer with 15,000 fewer miles than your old one. see car insurance
7:26 pm
in a whole new light. liberty mutual insurance. welcome back it "hannity." you heard my interview with radical imam anjem chaudhry used today's attack to push his vision. joining us terror analyst and president of africa america --
7:27 pm
let me start with you. he says that is the true islam, do you agree? >> first of all, with god's name the most gracious and merciful i want to offer my condolences to the families of the victims of that terrible cowardly murder that took place in paris. and the quran is the correct islam, sean. not what mr. chaudhry thinks. islam makes it crystal clear that no compulsion, no matter what the situation may be in islam, islam offers freedom, justice and equality. >> does it really offer freedom as practice under sharia for women, for gays, for lesbians, for apostates? as it's practiced in iran and saudi arabia, is it really freedom? is it being practiced? because that's not the case.
7:28 pm
you know that and i know that. that's not freedom. >> pakistan -- >> if -- you cannot in pakistan it's blasphemy if you insult the prophet. >> sean, what people practice in a lot of these countries and what islam is they're two different things. >> so you disagree with how it's practiced? >> i disagree in many instances the way it is practiced. and i'm saying that islam is freedom, justice and equality for all humanity. no matter what your mode in life is. doesn't demand anything of you. you have to demand it yourself. >> 25 no-go zones, separate sharia courts, prayer rugs -- muslim prayer rugs in most hotels in paris. a growing population they've taken in for muslim countries. did they make fundamentally in france a mistake by a, allowing the influx, b the separation,
7:29 pm
c, the no-go zones and, d, the sharia courts? >> they made huge mistakes. they wanted to help rebuild europe after world war ii. and they enjoyed having guest workers there working cheaply. and they realized why don't we reunite these workers with their families from the sharia world. and they realized, well let's not worry about these different people. they have different cultures and different practices. they don't really need to adjust or acclimate to our own culture and assimilate. and europe made a mistake and europe today is paying the price. because when europe ignored the cancer growing within its body when it was at stage two europe and today it's at stage four and very difficult to control. >> let me ask you what the imam said about this being the true islam, the desire for worldwide sharia in full and complete
7:30 pm
submission -- hang on, i'm asking bridgette. i thought that was an accurate statement of radical islamist fascism. >> it is. i believe he was more honest than the imam we have on the show right now because islam is not freedom, it's submission. we're not all muslim convert, die or submit to islam. that's the only time live peacefully. even the american-muslim -- of america even sanctioned the killing of those who criticize islam. this is here in america sean. we even have a research study a polling data where they polled in 2012 two years ago they both agree with sharia law.
7:31 pm
>> thank you for being with us. when we come back we'll talk about these no-go zones. and this type of attack is it possible that it's coming to america? are we prepare snd that's next. and later john boehner reportedly settling scores with republican house member who is dare to oppose him as speaker. the great one mark levine has strong reaction on this busy news night. isn't the only return i'm looking forward to. for some every dollar is earned with sweat, sacrifice, courage. which is why usaa is honored to help our members with everything from investing for retirement to saving for college. our commitment to current and former military members and their families is without equal. start investing with as little as fifty dollars. at ancestry, we call it a hint.. our little leaf that helps guide you through the past. simply type in a name and you're taken on a journey.

7:36 pm
welcome back to "hannity." so france is on high alert after today's deadly terror attack that left 12 people dead. investigators are working around the clock to put the pieces together. so could a similar attack happen here at home? joining me now terrorism expert steve emerson. i want to talk bt the growth in population of people moving to france from muslim countries. you have these no-go zones. you have sharia courts that they've allowed. i assume the french they wanted
7:37 pm
to be accepting and accommodating and not insisting on assimilation. has that played a part in this? and is that something we have to be on alert now? >> perhaps, sean. when i was in brussels a year ago when i asked police to take me to the islamic zone or the islamic community area they refused. they said we don't go there. this goes on in sweden and netherlands and france, it goes on in italy. it goes on throughout europe. so there are no-go zones. >> hang on. no-go zone means no non-muslims no police, no fire their own court system. so basically these countries have allowed muslims to take over parts of their country, entire portions towns. >> these are semiautonomous countries within countries in which the federal governments there have basically given up,
7:38 pm
surrendered their autonomy and goes against the entire grain after world war ii was to integrate everybody into not socialist democracy but pluralistic and worked. everyone was supposed to be equal. what has happened however with the migration of muslims -- it's not all muslims, but domination of muslims within countries particularly in france has been by radical islamic groups, the mosques, islamic centers and theyin fuse the islamic population with a militant strain of islam that teaches them the infidel has to be killed and the crusaders like the french and jews and americans have to be killed or punished like today. and this goes on and on and on. and the reaction unfortunately as we saw this morning from the president or the prime minister of france or from cameron of
7:39 pm
britain is this has nothing to do with islam, this is just a simple act of violence and that islam is a religion of peace. when they say those things they exonerate the leaders of islamic communities throughout europe and the militants themselves are given a free pass. >> so when you point out -- the next logical question then, steve, is, okay, what about visas for people coming from muslim countryiescountries? what about people that come to america that are muslim? i'm sure the average american believes in freedom of religion, they don't want to discriminate they don't want to be called islam o phobic. how do you balance the two if people are coming from muslim countries, how do you determine if they hold radical views, if they want sharia implemented in america like this guy chaudhry i talked about? >> well, you raise a very good question because that's the role. you know, there are dhs officers planted, placed overseas in u.s. embassies in certain countries
7:40 pm
that have produced disproportionate numbers of terrorists like in egypt or saudi arabia or elsewhere. their role is to collect the -- on the visa applicants coming to the united states. the problem has been under this administration that dhs has specifically instructed dhs agents overseas to basically not do their job, to not collect this intelligence. and when the intelligence has been collected, to show that the applicants coming to the united states with the visas in hand have radical backgrounds either connected to the muslim brotherhood, connected to the taliban, connected to even isis. they've been told to look away. i can tell you that personally having discussions with dhs officials and other agents from dhs who operated an environment that's orwelian. >> do you think france can get control of their country again and take over these no-go zones, stop sharia courts?
7:41 pm
i know prayer rugs are in just about every hotel if you go to paris. i have a friend of mine that travels there quite often. do they have the ability now to stop this? either assimilate or you have to go? >> that's a great question. i think they've reached critical mass frankly. i've said this before i think europe is finished. >> you think it's finished? >> there's a point -- >> a number in france actually support isis, over 1,000 french have gone to join isis. so you're saying you don't think they can recover. that's there's too many radical islamists that have taken over this portion of that country and it would be a war to take it back? >> they wouldn't take it back. they refuse to take it back. sweden just engineered this artificial political coalition designed to stop any type of immigration prohibitions until
7:42 pm
the year 2022. even if they did acknowledge the problem, what are they going to do if six to seven to eight to nine percent constitute a serious radical threat, not every single person but within that percentage of no-go zones with sharia courts who are are they hurting the most? they're hurting muslim women the most. they're the ones who get subject to beatings, to -- >> the women in france are subject to sharia. they're not subject to the laws of the country. >> not all muslim women. >> they live in the no-go zone. >> absolutely. you're 100% right. that's the problem. >> all right. that's a big problem. and a warning i think. all right. coming up, john boehner taking revenge on those who dare to challenge his speakership. the great one, mark levine he weighs in about it coming up next.

well we had a situation yesterday where we had to constitute the rules committee because of some of the activities on the floor, two of our members weren't put back on the committee immediately. i have not had a chance to talk
7:48 pm
to them. i have not had a chance to talk to our members. but this morning i told the members the same thing i'm saying here we're going to have a family conversation, which we had this morning, about bringing our team together. >> that was speaker john boehner earlier today. now, he apparently is taking revenge against conservatives who tried to have him removed as speaker. florida congressman dan weber got 12 votes and fellow floridian richard nugent who supported him, were both kicked off the influential house rules committee. here with reaction to this and much, much more the one and only great one mark levine with us. you know it seems to me the opposite should happen. speaker boehner was going to meet with president obama next week, mark should go to these conservatives and say let's talk, what's the problem what can we do, where is it that you think that i'm failing as speaker and what can i do better and how can we work together against the radical obama

agenda. why not handle it that way? why do it this way? >> conservatives who think he's done a lousy job of speaker. as a matter of fact, sean, those 25 patriots who didn't vote for him are in line with the vast majority of the republicans. as you know by profession he's a pollster, 60% of republicans in this country obviously outside the beltway, do not want john boehner as speaker. and about 85% or 90% of the republicans in the house do. and several of those freshmen who said they would not vote for boehner as leader did. very cynical. let me just tell you this, under john boehner he has adopted nancy pelosi's policies. the members don't get to read these massive omnibus bills 72 hours in advance. they're not putting legislation through committees and subcommittees so they know

what's going on and the american people can participate in the process. the entire summer while he was leading these re-election efforts and so forth and so on, he was working a back deal with obama to pass the biggest spending dea in american history and to fund every penny of obamacare. do you know what the boehner legacy is right now, sean? in the last four years he's been the biggest spending . >> it seems that the message is if you listen to your constituents and you vote your conscience, which i thought republicans would that there is going to be a heavy price to pay. is there a way to rectify this? what do you think? >> yes, well, it's too bad he and 4, 5 others didn't follow the lead of the 25 patriots because then boehner would have gone to a second round and maybe

not conducting himself this way. here is the problem sean. what do they do? nothing. we go back in 2014, and give them a bigger massive majority. here is another problem we control republicans and conservatives. more state legislators than any time in modern history. they go back and make these republican members more comfortable so we get more of the same in washington we think we're voting to reverse course and stop obama, to embrace the constitution, look at what is going on. what is boehner doing today? has he given a thought on how to reverse the constitutional conduct? about the debt that is so high it's unbelievable? c$wex01"t vá)jju$e

7:53 pm
>> yes. politics isn't about whether we can do something today or tomorrow. we've got to do what is possible. no. you've got to make the case to the american people, over and over again. so when 2016 comes, 2018, 2020, you're in the seat and moving the trajectory rather than on defense constantly. do you know want to know why, sean? do you want to know the nuts and bolts of this? the republican party is not a conservative party.%v.;( democratic party despises republican =wgúfundamentals. and it's become too cozy with the chamber of commerce, the donor class and all of those people that had special interests they go home and campaign one way, then go'y÷áp÷ washington and reverse course. >> the great one, mark levin, thank you, mark. >> coming up, tonight's question?é of the day.
