deploy military assets inside france to protect jewish sites for example schools synagogues and the like. that's fine as far as it goes but it is purely defensive. the question is whether you simply wait and be attacked and then respond with a law enforcement mentality or whether you go after the terrorists in their base camps their areas of operation the safe havens they have chafshed out in syria, iraq, yemen and others. that's the issue. >> you are not admitting the war on radical islam they are not showing up for this rally. sarah palin wrote this on facebook. i have no idea what took precedence on our president's schedule but we arethey are unified against islamic fundal i ism. i ask you to ask good god mr. president when will your actions speak lewder than your words.

is a president that is not making a presence there. many people say it is embarrassing. he also wants to close gitmo. he's choosing to show up at the san antonio spurs for the photo op. where are his priorities? >> his priorities are based upon his ideology. his priorities are based upon campaign promises. back in 2009 when he said he wanted to shut down guantanamo bay he could care less ifthat we have a 30 percent recidivism rate. slowly but surely he continues to bleed out the terrorists captured on the battlefield away from guantanamo bay. even understand this he constitutionally cannot do this by article 1 section 8 clause 11 of the constitution. only the congress can deal in matters of captures on land and sea. >> what about his legacy how will this effect his legacy will it hurt in the polls or does ithe

are the policies we're pursuing. ask yows would it have been for the president to attend the rally on sunday and then on monday not change his policies or for the president not to attend the rally on sunday and monday not to change his policies? there is no evidence his policies are going to change and that is going to continue to leave us vulnerable whether he goes on a march or not. >> let's talk about those potential change policies. you don't think he's going to do anything but could we see a ramped up effort against isis in syria? >> it will take a fundamental conceptual change in the president's world view about terrorism i think, for that to happen. as many have said he does not view it as a war. he sees it as a law enforcement matter. i think that is his fatal flaw that cut our efforts across the board these past few years. >> former president bush said if we went over there and attacked them there we
