people at risk. >> the cdc says any one born before 1957 who may have received only a single shot vaccination could need a booster. they suggest he can ching with your doctor especially if you have a weak immune system. >> twin engine failure. officials say flight data show the first engine went idol 37 seconds before the plane took off. then they believe the pilots turned the other engine off in an attempt to restart them both. it was too late. seconds later that plane plunged into the river in taipei. this goes along with what one of the survivors has said he heard moments after the takeover. the 72-year-old knew something was wrong because the engine didn't sound right. 35 people were killed and ith are still missing. >> brand new images showing the devastation from the train crash

changes president obama made to the federal student loan programs are going to cost you the taxpayer, more than $20 billion. a $21 billion black hole has been created now that students are now -- and now that changes -- now that changes to the student loan payments have been put into place. this is the biggest student loan in history increasing the federal deficit by 5%. >> if you need to talk to someone about bullying the federal government wants it to be a robot. the national science foundation spending nearly $400,000 in taxpayer dollars to see whether children will talk to robots about bullying. a study says children get uneasy talking with adults.
