bailey that his 71 year old client died of heart failure. >> bailey can't remember him. >> i had no idea who they are talking about. >> how strange are we talking to you a guy you barely remember. >> he checked his files and remember he worked with him. >> he wanted me to change his will and he brought it in to me and i was named as executor. and 15 years later he could have changed his will. >> don drives out to find the original will and unsettling scene. >> it was covered with cobwebs and reminded you of a show of where dra culla might be involved. >> my house is untouched are we talking about more than that?

barton. >> i did hell night and it was a horror story and became friends with most of the case including peter. npeter lives in upstate new york. >> you don't hear much about kevin until you find out somebody dies and you are the only two "friends" he names in the will. >> from the moment i opened it up and saw kevin's name i thought they were scammed. >> they discuss what to do next. >> peter, i believe it. and i am going f with. it >> i took the other side. kevin, if it is too good to be true, it probably is. >> peter agrees to make the trip to lincoln, illinois to find out for both of them. peter's home video began to unravel the mist row. behind the silo there was a gravesite with all of his

school in 1958, he joined the army and his mother lobbied to got an early release. >> it is too bad. ray would have been better off away from the army and away from mom and his life would have turbed out differently. >> in the diaries ray compares himself to the wolf and most maligned and least understood animals and shares my same distrust of humanity. snrngs he was intelligent and i would say ray, there is a fine line with genius and idiot. he said yeah, i cross that 2 or 3 time its a day. 1981, ray's mother died and he shares the farm house with his dad. and in the late 1990s, his father is in poor health and doesn't have much time left.

ray confides that he suspects that his cousins are after the farm and investments. he fears they are trying to get him declared mentally incompetent. >> ray's been using his father's attorney and suspects that that lawyer is scheming against him. >> and that's when i mentioned don bailey. >> he told me about his dad and the problems he had with cousins wanting to it take over control and care of his father. >> did he say why he wanted his family not to benefit from the estate? what did they do to him? >> i think any relative that went to an attorney to take away his father, was the act that he felt was treacherous. >> don assures ray he would help.
