afghanistan? >> even if you put the substance of 9/11 case to one side this court is dealing with very complex legal issues. one of the outstanding issues is a temporary restraining order which blocks females guards from bringing 9/11 suspects to the high security courthouse that you see behind me. the question before the court is whether they ought to make the temporary restraining order permanent in deference to the men's deeply held religious beliefs. >> what about our people? does he not know what they do to our people? i am confused by that. thank you very much. turning now to ukraine and a new four way peace summit is in the works this week. this time the united states not invited. german chancellor angela merkel and french president francois hollande and ukrainian president

it hasn't yet happened. >> this is my question because as a journalist it is my duty to speak and know. so i watched first the daniel pearl years ago and since then have watched a couple of them. the burning was 23 minutes of mostly propaganda. all of it horrific. all of this existing over a period of years. why is this the tipping point? >> it is the tipping point because we are seeing as you put it horrific and obscene acts being done to arabs by arabs by islamic terrorists islamic fascists and are doing what we have not done which is to respond disproportionately to show leadership and to make it clear as the general suggested that they will not sleep until isis is destroyed. >> the former director of

trouble. egyptian troops went in as an international force. >> it will be interesting to see what happens. the national prayer breakfast that the president was at whose side is he really on? >> that's really the question. whose side is the president on? because i would say to under score is what pat and john were just saying there has been no leadership from the president of the united states to develop a global coalition. we don't have a strategy to fight isis as general quin said and we are not the moral leaders of the world. the united states has stood for transcendent values and right now we are mia. >> i want to revisit this before i come to you. the president at a prayer breakfast said christians have done horrible things and i'm

judaism. this president will not and i will tell you this -- he has a thing about christians. christians are being murdered. children buried alive and not pursuing an ideology pursuing basically a radical -- he thinks if you describe what it is he is quick to criticize christians. he is quick to attack other people but he is not willing to -- when he met with the muslim leaders in the white house, the white house hasn't announced who he is meeting with. you people can't figure this out. the appallgist like on "meet the press" today leading the way saying this was a good thing to do. it is crazy. you are not defining the problem here. and you are operating, as i said a week ago two weeks ago

operating in his own twilight zone. >> have we heard a peep out of obama about christians being killed in the middle east? >> what about the speech? you had an interview that went on several minutes with prince charles on the bbc radio networks this week. he talked all about it. we gave quotes during this hour of fox report. >> northern iraq of christians is really akin to the worst sort of carnage -- >> look at boko haram. look at nigeria moving into camaroon. you have christians among them, too. i want people to understand when you talk with generals why that would be important. >> it has to do with our larger values of who we are as a nation freedom, liberty, freedom of speech, freedom of religion.
4:42 pm
this is what we stand for as a nation, the fact that the president has not given a speech on those core values and why isis and boko haram and al qaeda represent a direct threat to everything we stand for is again, in my judgment wrong and arguably abhorrent. >> there is a lot of twitter chatter. i want to get this in. king abdullah is a new hero. president obama is now suffering sort of the popularity deficit around the world because of this? >> i think for years america has not paid attention. king abdullah was educated in the united states. he knows how we think. he is a westernized but modern but raised in the middle east enough to know how to deal with these people. one foot in the stone age over there and he is a modern guy. he knows how to bridge the gap. we should have listened to him for years over how to handle

4:48 pm
you have reaction there, nonverbal. tell me what you are thinking. >> here is what i take from this. walker has broken through better than any other candidate. anywhere near a front runner but there is a larger point. republican voters are extremely angry with their party and the direction of the country. they are looking for fresh faces from outside washington who are willing to go bold but don't mistake for any sentence that he is even close to nomination. it really under scores the degree of division and openness. >> two things to chew on there. one is the idea of anger within the republican party and that can lead to intensity of votership which can be great at the polls for republicans.
4:49 pm
the fight is the voters, the republican voters want to fight for republican leadership. they don't like what is going on. >> the establishment. there is no agenda nothing. >> what about the vote to repeal obamacare? >> we have done that in the house a million times. >> they have done nothing. >> pat get into the conversation. >> well, let me just say this. walker i think is a different candidate being a governor having fought and having a record. yes, i think john and doug are right. i did the poll. the republican voters are so angry not just with their own leadership but they are so alien alienated from washington. and the establishment of their own party. and they have a right to be disappointed with the leadership of the republicans in congress
