clearly and they can't. the police are pushing them away from the main area of the curtain around the synagogue and just to it remind you, what happen in the synagogue a number of shots. 6 or 7 shots. and police were quickly on to the scene. and a helicopter was scene, dogs were seen and an ambulance came and went and that ambulance used to take away the injured because danish police confirm one person was shot in the head. and two policemen had been shot in arm and leg. injured in the arm and leg as well. >> we continue to follow the developments in copenhagen very closely for you. we'll have more on the deadly shootings in the top of the hour on justice with judge janine.

there are two shootings in copenhagen today. one in a cafe, one person killed there and an officer injured and a second shooting in a synagogue two miles away from the first seen. and one person killed and shot in the head and two officers injured in that incident. officers are still looking for the suspect for both shootings. we have an image of the first is a male 25- 30 years old. we'll join strange inheritance with jamie colby right after the break.

>> now back to strange inheritance. >> 2014 marks the tenth anniversary of jimmy brooks' death, a wine maker whose passion and innovative techniques live on through the dedication of his sister, janie, his best friend, chris, and his only child, pascal. now 18 years old, and the heir to the strange inheritance. since jimmy died in 2004, janie has been running the business and growing it by leaps and bounds. >> we grew from 2,500 cases, now we make between 12,000 and 14,000. which is really the sweet spot in terms of keeping our wines affordable. >> janie knew when her brother started the winery, he wanted it to have a permanent vineyard on a special plot of land, the one

he was leasing when he grew his last plot of grapes in 2004. when that comes up for sale, brook wines is not able to swing the deal by itself, but aunt janie decides now is the time. did you have to put any of your own money in? >> yeah, my husband and i personally own the vineyard. pascal leases at summer. >> reporter: in prapril 2014 th brooks winery you see here today broke ground. the business is 100% owned by pascal. it's no longer the fledgling label his father left behind but a big enterprise with long-term commitment. so how does all of that sit with the young man headed off to college? will he follow in his dad's footsteps? >> what if you go to college and you decide, i want to be an architect? >> that's what i'm going to do. i'll still own it, but i'll be an architect. >> before pascal heads off, janie throws a party to celebrate the new winery and
