two people connected with the message of terror attacks. >> let's go to the reporter live on the phone from the scene for us. tom, what's the latest there? >> the latest is these two men not sure when they were arrested one of them was perhaps arrested yesterday and not too far from the first shooting but being accomplices in two attempted murders and 5 murders. they hid the guns and they hit the prime suspect after the shooting. so they are charged with trying to kill five police officers. one of the police officers, they only survived he was shot in the chest. the crime suspect says the prison systems have had it in sight for a while during twot years in prison. he was in prison for a knife

>> a sad and tragic story. the family is now in mourning. the result of a brazen act of road rage. police say they were looking for this man. they believe he is one of three possible suspects in a car that followed tammy meyers and her daughter to their home after a driving lesson. they shot her in the head leaving four children without a mother, a husband and without a wife. >> you guys that did this, look at this closely. she is gone now. she is leaving a 15-year-old, a 20-year-old, 21-year-old and a 23-year-old without a mom tonight. you got your wish. you fired the shot, she is gone. >> you are really disgusting for taking my mother's life. she didn't deserve it. what if it was your mom? what would you do? you would do the same thing we are doing right now grieving over our mother that just died.

>> the shooting happened thursday night. police say meyers was involved in some sort of a confrontation with another vehicle. that then followed her home. the 15-year-old daughter running into the house escaping injury. one of meyers sons came out of the house shooting at the suspects but they sped away. police say a reward could be handed out for leading the manm to the man. >> one of the boys said she was teaching her daughter who you to drive. despicable. >> computer privileges might be to blame for a triple homicide. police chased 16-year-old jason hendricks right before he opens fire on police in maryland who fire back and kill him. the shoot out prompting the search that's where investigators found his parents and 12-year-old sister dead.

a fox business alert. $1 billion stolen by hackers in a massive worldwide breach. it infiltrated more than 130 banks in 32 countries in the past two years. the thieves transferred funds to fake accounts from an a.t.m. it appears the hackers were able to avoid detection by constantly changing the banks they targeted. the f.a.a. releasing a plan to regulate small commercial drones which will eventually share the sky with passenger planes. companies are closer than ever to using drones in areas like aerial photography and mapping and crop monitoring to inspecting bridges and cell phone towers. it is estimated drone business could grow to $82 billion by 2025 and create more than 100,000 u.s. jobs. under the proposed rules

commercial drones must weigh less than 55 pounds must fly below 500 feet in the air at less than 100 miles per hour. they can only fly during the daytime and operators are required to keep drones within eyesight at all times. operators must be at least 17 years old and pass a testify. drones won't be allowed to drop things from the air, fly over people and must stay five miles away from airports. >> although there are a tremendous number of operations which can happen in those areas and under those operating characteristics today -- pizza delivery and getting packages likely is not. >> the proposes rules is seen as too restrictive for companies like amazon saying the proposed rules would not allow their drone service to operate in the united states. in a statement, the f.a.a. says we have tried to be flexible in writing these rules. we want to maintain today's
