decades in congress but there is not even a hint he is leaving the march. that's it for today. have a great week and we will see you back on fox news sunday. news sunday. right now calls from inside the democratic party for the top potential presidential candidate to step up and deal with the problem that is looming. it all has to do with the former secretary of state hillary clinton keeping secret e-mail server in her house doing state business with a nongovernmental account, playing outside the lines and if so how exposed is our security. some heat from top ranking democrat from a message to hillary clinton. >> she is the preimminent political figure right now. she is the leading candidate whether it be republican or democrat for the next president
4:01 pm
to be the next president. and i think that she needs to step up and come out and state exactly what the situation is. i think at this point from this point on the silence is going to hurt her. >> california senator dianne feinstein there and then there is this. south carolina republican congressman who heads the house select committee on an investigation into the deaths of a u.s. ambassador and three other americans. goudy now says clinton has turned over hundreds of pages of e-mails related to benghazi but there are items missing. >> there are gaps of months and months and months. if you think to that iconic picture of her on a c-17 flying to libya she has sunglasses on and her hand held device in her hands. we have no e-mails from that day or that trip. it is strange credibility to believe if you are on your way
4:02 pm
to libya to discuss libyan policy that there is not a single document turned over to congress. >> the president is also weighing in on this with this nugget of information. president obama telling cbs news he only learned of hillary clinton's use of personal e-mails through news reports and he defended her saying her offer to turn over e-mails now shows transparency. our doug mcelway is live with the news in washington, d.c. we know she turned over more than 55,000 e-mails. we don't know how many though exist which have not been turned over. >> that's right. and that is why republicans are determined to get a hold of them all. this is not just a question of e-mails. remember that clinton had her own server apparently at her house. as much as she said she wants the public to see them the public can't verify that she is not hiding some without access to the server. >> now, if she wants to release all of them with the emphasis
4:03 pm
being on the word all she is welcome to do that. i can't stop her from doing it. serious investigations don't make selective releases. >> speaking on cnn former chairman of the house oversight committee appeared to hint that clinton may have committed a crime. here is what he said. >> a subpoena which tray goudy issued it will be a crime if she knowingly with holds documents. he needed to do that because she wasn't forthcoming 2 1/2 years ago. she hid the very existence of this until she was caught. >> but long time clinton ally told chris wallace on fox news sunday that clinton violated no rules, no laws and would be aminable to an independent investigation. >> i think that is a reasonable idea if the state department asks she will say yes. if there is a subpoena she must say yes.
4:04 pm
>> clinton says she welcomes public airing of the e-mails has remained entirely silent. >> it is interesting from what i'm reading you have on the one hand whether or not she should have turned them over but if there are classified documents or lines of classified information in those e-mails that is really as i understand it where the legality steps back in. as to the security problems with these e-mails do we know if there are any that were classified? >> that remains unknown. it is another reason that the benghazi select committee investigators want access to the server. with that they can better tell if it somebody hacked the server. we know of a hacker in a romanian jail that he found through e-mails clinton's private e-mail address which he later supplied to russia today. you may have seen it on your cable channel. it is a kremlin-run media
4:05 pm
network. >> it was clinton e-mail.com. teenagers about to join the savages of the islamic state didn't get very far this weekend. customs officials in australia came across something in the luggage of the two brothers, some letters which reportedly detailed how to make up a cover story to get out of the country. it is worth noting under a new australia law entering an isis-held territory [ inaudible ] we'll see what charges -- what are the australian authorities saying we might learn from them? >> they are saying that the two
4:06 pm
brothers were recruited and radicalized online. just minutes ago we received pictures of surveillance video from some inside the airport where you can see the two brothers. they looked like any other teens you might see in an airport. authorities say these brothers were heading to a conflict zone. according to australian media they were flying to turkey which borders syria. you can see authorities searching the teenage boys bags. we don't know where they got the money for a ticket but authorities say it was far from a vacation they were heading on. >> they were two misguided young australians, australians borne and bred, went to school here grew up here and yet it seems they have succumb to the lure of the death cult and on the verge of doing something terrible and dangerous.
4:07 pm
>> a death cult he says recruiting teenagers in australia. these teens are not facing charges yet. authorities do say they will be filed, though. now they have been released to their parents who say they are shocked but that should come as no surprise. we have heard that before. isis likes to recruit the teens and tell them to act completely normal until the day they disappear. >> we are kind of seeing this trend, too with siblings. it was interesting to hear them call misguided. we would probably call them radicalized. what else now are american authorities doing to stop isis from recruiting here? >> well, they are asking for parents and communities to be vigilant. right now isis has 90,000 twitter accounts. take a listen to representative mike turner on the house intelligence committee. >> we need to have greater information sharing tracking the individuals down tying them to groups and organizations and
4:08 pm
trying to diminish their logistics capability. that will have an impact. >> we have seen isis recruit teens in denver, chicago and a suburb of washington, d.c. and those are just teenagers. authorities have arrested men in brooklyn and isis is called for lone wolf scenarios where people don't have to travel overseas before they attack. all are huge challenges for law enforcement. >> a big job to keep the rest of us safe. thank you very much. an image you may not think of right away but it is reportedly happening. iraqi forces and iranian backed militias fighting on the same side against isis in the battle for a key side. it is the largest offensive against the terrorists so far. if it is successful this is the first time a major city is retaken from isis. conner powell has more from our middle east bureau. >> reporter: the battle for the middle east showing no signs of letting up but millitantsmilitants.
4:09 pm
>> pro baghdad forces took control of several towns outside tikrit today. isis fighters and bobby traps slowed the offensive. chairman of the joint chiefs of staff general martin dempsey believes u.s. air strikes have paved the way for victory and while the operation is far from textbook on military tactics it is showing progress. the campaign to retake tikrit is the biggest operation so far against isis in both iraq and syria. if the offensive is successful it will deprive isis of a strategic town. tikrit remains a sunni majority town where most troops are shi'a and so many analysts fear even
4:10 pm
if isis loses control of tikrit the violence will just continue. >> thank you very much. now, a movie about the battlefield is winning big time. the mega hit "american sniper" has become the top grossing movie of 2014. it has reportedly made $337 million at the box office domestically since it opened in december. that is more than "the hunger games". the company that distributes the film says it is becoming a cultural touch stone that people want to share, discuss and remember and no doubt go see. look at that. new developments found in the case of an outspoken critic of russian president vladimir putin. he was murdered yards away from the kremlin. the world is watching to see if putin's government will honor the promise to find his killer or killers. already the arrest list is

4:15 pm
crowds retracing foot steps of pioneers who galvinized our nation. leaders recalled the scene of violence. we are joined from selma. i was pausing there because there is usually a little bit of sound. it was a huge crowd today and a lot of sound to hear. >> reporter: it was a huge crowd, much larger than the original 600 marchers who went across that bridge 50 years ago. in fact, the mayor of selma estimates the crowd at 80,000 people just in the small downtown area that is quadruple the size of the entire population of the town of selma. so initially it made it difficult to get dignitaryies out to the bridge. today's march started out to be unscripted movement of ordinary americans wanting to walk in the foot steps of history that unfolded on this bridge 50 years
4:16 pm
ago. people were in great spirits despite the delays. you can see the crowds are beginning to thin. pedestrian traffic is moving freely in both directions so everyone who wants a chance to walk on this historic bridge will get it tonight. >> i'm looking at that now. i couldn't see that until he went in with his camera but now i see it clearly. i know they got to hear from a lot of people today. who was addressing the crowd today? >> a key note speaker today was the outgoing attorney general eric holder. he spoke at brown chapel church, a house of worship that played a prominent role in this community proceeding meeting space and staging area for demonstrators during the selma voting rights movement of the 1960s. 50 years later eric holder says that movement made considerable progress in selma and across the nation. listen. >> i have no expectation that our goals will be simple to

achieve or that complex challenges will be easily overcome. i know our road will be long. still it is clear we have more work to do that our belove udcommunity has not been formed and our society is not yet at a just peace. >> reporter: and harris, holder and the other speakers urged the crowd to press on and continue the work that began here in selma 50 years ago. >> i am still watching your camera man still able to get some of the people behind you that are crossing. the pedestrians are welcome to do that until as many who desire to have done it today. thank you very much. >> a fisherman in utah has rescued a baby after 14 hours of being trapped inside a car. that fishermen reportedly noticed this vehicle in a utah river and called for help. crews helped flip the car over and found an 18-month-old girl trapped in the car seat. her mom did not survive the crash. her body still in the driver's

4:19 pm
could i come up with something better. my doctor told me about eliquis... for three important reasons. one, in a clinical trial, eliquis was proven to reduce the risk of stroke better than warfarin. two, eliquis had less major bleeding than warfarin. and three, unlike warfarin there's no routine blood testing. don't stop taking eliquis unless your doctor tells you to, as stopping increases your risk of having a stroke. eliquis can cause serious and in rare cases fatal bleeding. don't take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. while taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily and it may take longer than usual for any bleeding to stop. seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding like unusual bruising. eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. those three important reasons are why eliquis is a better find for me. ask your doctor today if eliquis is right for you.

exactly since the malaysia airlines flight 370 vanished without a trace. 239 people on board and today their family members gathered to pay their respects to their loved ones. it is one of the biggest mysteries in aviation history. despite a wide spread year long search crews have not found that boeing 777. experts say it most likely went down in the indian ocean. the drive of finding it may have been more difficult because now there is a new report that revealed the battery of the plane's under water locater beacon expired a year before it took flight. who knows if it was working correctly. two men facing charges of the murder of russian opposition leader. the two suspects were in a moscow court. the judge says one man admitted
4:23 pm
his guilt although it is not clear what his alleged role in the crime might have been. the other suspect only asked for a fair try. he was a strong critic of russian president vladimir putin. he was working on a report about russia's involvement in the ukraine war. witnesses of the marathon bombings in boston are back on the stand tomorrow. the trial of accused boston bomber dzhokhar tsarnaev is set to resume tomorrow. so far jurors heard heartbreaking testimony from witnesses and survivors. last week was a tough one. a startling admission by the defendant's attorney who says his client did it. tsarnaev could face the death penalty if convicted of the brutal 2013 attack that killed three people and injured more than 260 others. brian this is not a case of whether he did it because the attorneys said there is so much evidence we can't prove he didn't but keep him alive is
4:24 pm
what they are fighting for. >> that is exactly right. so far we have heard from 17 witnesses over the past two days. victims, family members and first responders who were there. this week the prosecution will lay out more evidence which is likely to include more testimony against 21-year-old dzhokhar tsarnaev particularly concentrating on actions in the days after the bombing, the point blank shooting of sean colier and the shootout in massachusetts. among key pieces of evidence will be dzhokhar tsarnaev's computer containing e-mails and texts about radical islam. also expected to play an important role are the messages tsarnaev wrote on the walls of the dry docked boat where he hid from police. amid messages he wrote america needed to be punished for killing muslims overseas.
4:25 pm
after admitting he carried out the attack his defense attorney is trying to spare him from the death penalty saying he was influenced by his older brother. the prosecution is trying to prove that he wanted to be a radical terrorist all on his own and wasn't somehow brainwashed by his brother. this is the criminal phase of the trial. after this there will be the penalty phase to determine whether he will receive that death sentence. so far the trial is moving faster than anticipated because the defense has not cross examined any witnesses. he has admitted he has done it. >> the witnesses have told their compelling life changing stories. we mentioned that some 260 were injured. these were life changing injuries, people losing their limbs. how do you really cross examine that? no cameras in the courtroom, clearly. have we been able to ascertain what the mood is like inside
4:26 pm
that courtroom? >> it is sobbing in the courtroom from what we can tell from our producer that is there. people are as emotional as ever. this is the first time people are seeing the face of one of the two men who perpetuated the kriemsz in front of them. most people remember marvin richards whose father spoke about how his 8 year old and understanding that the moment in which you realize that his 8 year old had died but the effect on his entire family is extremely emotional, sobbing can be heard. >> we will watch it this week, report it as it happens. thank you very much. a lot of controversy over doing a deal potentially with iran over its nuclear capability and a deal could be around the corner. the deadline for those talks at the end of this month. is it enough to stop iran from getting a nuclear weapon? the political insiders are here and will be on home base moments away. hillary clinton long considered democratic front runner among potential 2016

if there is no deal then we walk away. if we cannot verify that they are going to obtain a nuclear weapon that there is a breakout period so that even if they cheated we would be able to have enough time to take action, if we don't have that kind of deal then we are not going to take it. >> the president on nuclear talks with iran. the president also reassuring americans that the u.s. and western allies are committed to making sure that if agreement is reached iran will not get a nuclear weapon down the road. let's bring in the fox news political insiders. joining us via satellite and looking fabulous while he does so. former republican congressman for new york is here and pat, former pollster for president jimmy carter and fox news contributor. when we hear the president say he is not going to allow iran to get a weapon you say it is
4:32 pm
fantasy. why do you say that? >> first of all they are going to cheat. they have been cheating. they have been cheating during the talks. they have been enriching beyond what they are supposed to. it is the nature of the beast. i think we all believe that we have taken the foot off the pedal at a time when we have the power to increase the pressure on iran and for reasons we are going to get into secretary kerry and president obama want an agreement so badly yesterday in paris kerry said we are chasing the agreement. we're not chasing. they're the ones chasing the iranians to get the sanctions lifted. we are in the strong position and we are caving. >> what does that mean that they are chasing the agreement. >> going to do anything they can to get one. i think they are so delusional about this. i want to say something first and nice about the president because i don't say enough. >> what? >> sorry.
4:33 pm
his speech yesterday in selma was the kind of speech he should have been giving as president instead of tearing this country apart. it was a unifying speech, powerful and important and it spoke to america as a nation. with iran we are back to playing politics which is the president has decided we need iran to aid us in fighting isis. the attacks and i hope we get to this on netanyahu and the stuff done on the white house but they're so desperate for a deal and they believe that is their legacy they are willing to put, in my belief this notion of wait until you see the deal and then say something is absurd. they are willing to sacrifice national security of the united states. >> it sounds like obamacare. wait until it passes until you read what is in it. >> too late, then. >> you heard pat bring up prime minister of israel benjamin netanyahu. he was here last week. i think the president is starting to sound a little like
4:34 pm
netanyahu. let's watch this and get your response. i pulled this from earlier. >> for over a year we have been told that no deal is better than a bad deal. well, this is a bad deal. it's a very bad deal. we are better off without it. >> it sounds like the president is saying if this agreement doesn't look like a good one, if they are cheating we will walk away. >> well, that's exactly right. it sounds like it. as pat and john said the iranians do cheat have cheated. they haven't answered the iaea questions about what they have done in the past vis-a-vis their nuclear program. in france the french foreign minister say they haven't done enough to assure us that they are going to abide by the agreement and have a nonmilitary nuclear program. two other quick points.
4:35 pm
today the iranians released in a public parade a cruise missile. what does that say to us and to the israelis that they released images publically of a device that can hit eastern and central europe? and second, we alluded to this earlier. their forces, their revolutionary forces is leading in the fight in tikrit and is one of the leading supporters of terrorism throughout the middle east and the world. this is all very disturbing very disquieting. the president may sound like netanyahu but they are chasing a very bad deal. >> do you think he is trying to sound like that? >> two quick things. first obama and then kerry. obama said when he ran i want to be a transformational president.
4:36 pm
hasn't been. this thing we are talking about he sees himself as nixon going to china. he thinks he is going to be the guy to reopen relations with tehran, bring them back to the community and nations even though all other nations in the community know these guys are poison and are taking over these nations not friendly like. >> i want to say something about the netanyahu speech and the attacks. david axelrod was tweeting while it was going on which became talking points of the president when he attacked netanyahu afterwards and the democrats after they went off sounding like talking about dick cheney was embarrassing. question of he said nothing new. yes, he did. we have in iraq one who killed thousands of americans with ieds. for years i'm wondering why wouldn't any democratic or republican speak take on iran
4:37 pm
for providing ieds and killing americans? these people this is the tip of the spear running the war in tikrit. >> they are fighting along side the iraqi military that we have been training. the big question is what happens when it is over. whose side will they be on? >> theirs. >> we'll be right back. >> they are going to take over iraq if they have their way. this is part of a global -- ave something for pain? i have bayer aspirin. i'm not having a heart attack, it's my back. i mean bayer back & body. it works great for pain. bayer back & body provides effective relief for your tough pain. better? yeah...thanks for the tip!

4:41 pm
her. other democrats are launching to her defense. >> she completely complied with the law. different secretaries of state have made different choices. she is turning over more documents than anybody else 55,000. i think she has come forward more than just about anybody else has. >> the fox news political insiders are back doug, pat and john. let's go to doug first via satellite tonight. you had visceral reaction to that. you don't believe he is right? >> i think he is answering the wrong question. it isn't how many documents she turns over. i think senator schumer is plain wrong to say that. the question is she turning over all her e-mails. trey goudy asked questions as we saw earlier about particular trips particular days. this isn't a selective process. she has to release them all.
4:42 pm
we don't know that the e-mails have all been turned over. >> the very fact that she would look to the state department to release something on her behalf maybe poked at something being wrong here. there wouldn't be a need to if they were all turned over. >> she decides from her server which ones to give to the state department. so -- >> who helps her decide that? >> cheryl mills who is a person already accused of having sorted through and ran the accountability board. she was the one that was briefing them when they didn't interview hillary clinton. >> and they fired ambassador under hillary for private e-mails. >> the big question now we talked about with our reporter earlier in the hour is the actual status of these documents. were any of them classified because that is illegal if the documents were classified and sat on her personal server. >> what she did is part and
4:43 pm
parcel of the clintons which is hiding controlling everything making crisis for themselves they don't need. you know it is very tired listening to chuck schumer it is very tiring. it is like they are missing the point. she is running for president. that is a difference. she did all of this that was put out on the attacks with reporters. they go after people which the clinton team does. let me say something about them. we are talking about the little hill here maybe not a mole. the giant mountain is the foundation, corporate money, "wall street journal" saying 24 companies went to get contracts and state department while gave money to the foundation. the corruption here is unbelievable. >> maybe an indication of how big of a deal this is is that the former president bill clinton spoke about this. let's watch.
4:44 pm
>> i believe we have done a lot more good than harm. i believe this is a good thing so i'm going to tell you who gave us the money and you can make your own decision. >> there have been so many questions about who gave money to the foundation and were foreign dollars going into the presidential library in the past, as well. paul horvath says on twitter hillary clinton is damaged goods and will not run. you know the clintons what do you think about that? >> i think hillary clinton is running. so far there has been no evidence despite the questions that we have all asked that she has withheld anything. candidly i think pat raises a more serious question at this point than the e-mails which is doing what president clinton said, finding out where the money went who got it and making a decision. i have worked with the foundation. it has done a lot of good but there are very legitimate questions that pat and john raise that i think deserve
4:45 pm
answers. >> the big issue here is trust. i am reading on twitter saying they all lie to protect the party. nobody is exempt. people are not buying anything within this realm anymore. >> i think the three of us have sort of come together to do political insiders on the theory that we have seen that our two parties at the top are completely corrupt, lying is the coin of the realm. it made the three of us sick to our stomachs to see it. no one believes in anything. i have one thing i want to add in here. there is talk, what happens if hillary implodes and falls apart? what has been going on we haven't talked about it. where do these leaks come from? where was she when she was doing the e-mails? she was at the state department. who is the head of the state department? john kerry. who is driving the agreement in geneva to get the agreement no matter what? >> john kerry. >> who has agreement with cuba china, trying to build up a
4:46 pm
resume? in his head i'm telling you john kerry intends to run for president next year if hillary implodes. that is what is going on in his head. that is what he is pushing for. he will have these agreements. he will say hillary did nothing. >> i want to get something real quickly with about a minute left. bob menendez out of new jersey. >> one of the things we should look at the polling that shows the president's numbers on dishonesty and record numbers and hillary's flipped negative from positive from a year ago. that is because everybody is corrupt. the menendez thing i want to say something, he has stood up for the country and the scandal wasn't going anywhere and suddenly we get this leak. if you don't think -- this white house is nixon on steroids. i was watching all the president's men last week. i haven't seen it in 25 years. i was the youngest person on the enemies list. they went after him. they are going after petraeus.
4:47 pm

clock back a week or so he was critical of the process leading up to the deal that the united states and other western allies are potentially making with iran over nuclear capabilities. he said we have to hear from everybody. what are your thoughts? >> well, i think senator menendez has been courageous but what did he get in response? he got a leak saying he is going to be charged within a month with very serious crimes. i have to wonder whether there is a link between the leak of the potential indictment and senator menendez's being so outspoken. one other point david petraeus has been very quiet and got a very good deal from the obama justice department. no jail time lying to a federal officer, sharing classified materials with somebody outside the government as a cia head. it is not lost on me how we have

seen two elements of the dispensation of justice from our justice department in the last two or three weeks. >> what you and pat are eluding to that is what people hate about politics. >> they should hate it because using the law to punish political enemies is terrible. >> to tighten up whatez said was one of the most strongest statements ever saying it sounds like this administration is getting their talking points from tehran. that is a democrat saying that. >> he was chairman of the foreign relations committee. >> then they leak this thing out two weeks before the nuclear agreement. my question is, is this a shot across his bow saying shut up and you won't get indicted? keep quiet when the agreement is done but if you continue to criticize us we will hit you with the indictment? >> in a message to everyone on

the democratic side when they are trying to hold the line against the congress and passing on this agreement are not. we have a justice department, we have benghazi. we have the irs run an investigation disappeared by obama donor. they have covered up such crimes but menendez, this thing has been around for a long time. they are going after him and they are sending the message to other democrats in other people. this is chicago gangster politics. as i said it is nixon on steroids. when is somebody in this party, my party, doug's party going to stand up when jerry brown and jim web and most of all elizabeth warren and run against hillary and these people? >> don't you ever wonder how pat gets invited to a democratic

you hear so much criticism from democrats that republicans don't have an alternative, a replacement for obamacare. congressman john cline, paul ryan outlining the replacement plan they are calling a quote offramp for the president's signature health care law. the fox news political insiders are back. republicans have this. it has some interesting options in it. it is a solid alternative, if you will, something that democrats are wrong about but you are still not happy with your party. >> if they have a plan that all republicans pretty much signed on to they should have unveiled it last year and should have run on it and they should have said if you don't like obamacare here is our alternative. and if they then went to congress the public put their

stamp of approval on it. to unveil this thing with three guys riding it it will not do a thing. where is the unity of the thing? the fact of the matter is this is alternative. i see republicans don't get enough credit for putting together an idea. >> they don't have a party alternative. they are in power. they just surrendered on immigration where 74% of the american people according to the fox poll say that they have serious great concerns what the president is doing because they didn't campaign on it and because the leadership and the donors plotted all along so after netanyahu's speech they plotted to cave on this and they passed and just passed the thing. i predicted this was going to happen on obamacare you have republicans being quoted in the

newspaper, senate stafrs saying maintains it so we won't have problems. they don't want to -- >> the supreme court may wipe away subsidies in the states. it was 37. three other states. last week we heard from democrats that the backup plan is that you won't have to pay a fee if the subsidies in your state get wiped away and you can no longer afford to buy your health insurance. you won't have to pay a fee. that is the back door kind of way of doing this from not having health insurance. >> the democrats have a plan that may be wildly expensive but have a plan. the republicans are facing a 50/50 likelihood that obamacare will disappear by the end of june and the republicans have not articulated an alternative
