>> good morning. you are going to need to watch conditions not only on the roadways because of dense fog but also you will need the umbrella across parts of the gulf coast. take a look at the maps. we have a number of advisories stretching through texas oklahoma into the midwest and also into parts of new england. widespread area dealing with poor visibility early this morning. that will be an issue on the roads and also at the airports. many of these advisories are in effect through out the morning hours. there is also a storm system that has been rather persistent out here across portions of the southeast especially across mississippi tennessee, also kentucky. there's a risk for flash flooding occurring across some of the areas because of the combination of the snow melt we saw and higher elevations in kentucky and west virginia with the warm temperatures and also heavy rain from the storm system. over the next several days a storm will continue to produce areas of rain out here several inches possible. locally up to 6 inches over parts of louisiana and
