hillary's news conference how she determined which emails were personal and which were business. as rnc chair reince priebus points out, only hillary clinton controls her personal email account, she admitted many of her emails no one but hillary clinton knows if she handed over every relevant email. >> hmmm. >> the harris hmmm. >> we waited seven days. got 19 minutes and about 11 questions yesterday. some were so redundant. they basically had a theme though. it made me think back those words made famous by president ronald reagan, trust by verify. she said she kept some 60,000 plus emails in a statement that came out later. she reiterated it yesterday during the news conference and deleted about half of them. so we don't really know what we have yet, right? we certainly don't know what we lost. so that takes away the verification part of that, trust by verify. new "fox news" polling she has

involving women's teams. texas southern imposed own penalty, withdrawing from the conference tournament. costing school a chance to play in the tournament. this came hours after the conference suspended 15 players involved. one of the biggest number of suspensions in women's basketball history. the nasty fight, reminding many of the basket-brawl between xavier and cincinnati men's teams. wait a minute. that was three seasons ago. that left a big black eye on both programs. at that time only eight players got suspended. is there a double-standard here? by the way mine is real. >> i think it is. look, i don't -- >> thank you for clearing that up harris. that was my question. >> ethical behavior of any student, playing any kind of sports has to be maintained. i understand that. but, come on you know so it happened. you find who the culprit was. you can suspend her. take, tell the team next season they will not play for two other

to her personal business, as she described them. >> deleted ones she hasn't submitted to state in any case. >> deleted emails personal in nature and not related to her official work. it was her responsibility and responsibility much her team to make that determination and to conduct that review. nobody has marshalled any evidence that i have seen at least to indicate they have fallen short of what they said they did. but, for, if you have questions about that process, should direct that to them. >> you talked about, president's emailing habits and his address. can you clarify, is the email address that he uses dot-gov address? >> jeff, i'm not going to be in a position to talk about the president's email address. for variety of reasons including related to security of that email address. but, what i will make it clear as i have done on previous occasions but you're raising, this goes to an important point. which is the president does take very seriously requirements that he is under, based on the

presidential records act that is different from the federal records act that governs archiving of records of other government employees at the white house. there is a presidential records act in place that that, has different requirements for the handling of records. and i can tell you that all emails president sends are governed by that act and are properly maintained in accordance with the presidential records act. >> lastly on ukraine, what is the announcement this morning about non-lethal aid to ukraine, decision about lethal aid? >> well, let's do the -- >> some important other issues they're going to talk about now but we were particularly listening to question or two we anticipated and in fact did happen, put to josh ernest there, the white house press secretary about the email scandal involving hillary clinton. but also, since it does touch the president, since they would have emailed back and forth. i don't know if everybody on the
