driving. watch this woman fiddling with her phone when suddenly that van backs up over here. don't worry, she popped right back up. obviously shaken, but she's okay. >> good thing. >> have a great day. happy saint patty's day. "fox and friends" starts now. it is tuesday march 17th. i'm elizabeth hasselbeck. it's another easy question that hillary just won't answer. >> did you sign the statement before leaving state department? >> no luck getting answers there. wait until you hear the state department and what they had to say or what they didn't say on this one. terrific. headlines across the country claim ted cruz, terrified a little girl. >> the obama clinton foreign policy of leading from behind. the whole world is on fire.
3:01 am
>> but the little girl very own mother is about to set the record straight. stick around. right. this man stands in his doorway naked all day long. and no, they don't work here. this neighbor can't do anything about it. one neighborhood's fight to get him to put his clothes on. we are joining in that fight. and we'll actually buy him an outfit. morningings are better than friends. >> this is cathy ireland. you're watching "fox and friends." yes, it's st. patrick's day live from new york city. the home of the largest st. patrick's day parade in the world. welcome. >> that's right. we get more lucky with you watching us. >> i'm amazed instead of using somebody who is irish we use cathy ireland. >> it's all about ireland. >> where is your green?

3:04 am
>> the israelis will make a tough decision. if they trust president obama to properly deal with iran, then herzog is their guy. if they don't think president obama is anything other than an appeaser they better vote for netanyahu. >> there is the clear distinction a very tight situation. the election is close. this is against the backdrop of a senate vegds into state department grant money being used bide some groups that it is believed may have been efforting the idea of supporting the opposition in this election. the opposition meaning herbs augnot bibi netanyahu. happy saint patty's day. i've got my green. kevin corke, it is my kind of day. >> rich in irish history. >> great to see you. >> we'll find out how irish he is. >> we will talk to heather who has all this going on. you're lucky in your green. >> thank you.

i love that bright spring green. it reminds us spring is on the way. good morning. got some headlines to bring you. we start out with a fox news alert. there is no video showing passengers on a united airlines flight taking down a dangerous guy midair. 39 people were on board. pilots force today turn back to washington, d.c. 15 minutes into their flight to denver, this happening last night. that guy reportedly charged the cockpit refusing to listen to crew members on board that plane. other passengers help restrain the guy until that plane was able to land. he was taken to the hospital for an evaluation. united says it plans to fly the rest of the passengers to denver later this morning. and prosecutors have now formally charged robert durst for the murder of his friend susan berman 15 years ago. if convicted, the 71-year-old real estate heir could face the death penalty in california.
3:06 am
this explosive new development comes days after he seemed to confess his crime on hbo's tv show the jinx. durst also facing charges in louisiana. that's where he was arrested over the weekend carrying a gun and also pot. the white house now confirming that former cia director david petraeus is advising the administration on how to deal with isis terrorists. this just as two weeks after he pleaded guilty to giving classified information to his mistress. >> i think legitimately regarded as an expert when it comes to the security situation in iraq. i think it's -- makes a lot of sense for senior administration officials to on occasion consult him for advice. >> new reports claiming that petraeus no longer has a cia security clearance. this guy, this is quite a story here, he may be the worst neighbor ever. can you imagine living next door to him? neighbors in the charlotte, north carolina neighborhood snapped a picture. he stands naked at the front
3:07 am
door of his home all day long. listen to him. >> it's not good to have people walking around naked. a grown man. not with kids out here. >> that's right it's not g. he's reportedly been doing this for a decade. cops claim there is nothing he can do. he's on his own property. residents are trying to file a newsance complaint with the homeowner's association. those are your headlines. i would be so upset if i had to live next door to that guy. >> i thought a barking dog is a problem. that's probably a bigger problem. the day was march 11th. megyn kelly had on the former vice president's cheer counsel. he informed the world that before you leave the state department you got to sign a form that says you disclosed all your records and left them behind. >> that's right. that form is called 109. it must be signed by all state department employees. if you fail to turn over
3:08 am
pertinent documents you could be charged with a crime. that's what the document says. the big question is did hillary clinton sign it when she left? it seems simple enough. could she provide a simple answer to our own ed henry. yesterday coming out and attending a st. patrick's event in manhattan. >> did you sign this declaration before you left state? >> she wouldn't answer. see the thing is, if she did sign it essentially she would be committing perjury. i got a feeling what they're going to say is state department can't find it because that is a tact they're going at right now. listen to jen sacky yesterday talking to the associated press is is pretty easy. it's been a couple of weeks here's the exchange. >> last week i think a couple times you were asked about whether the department has a record of former secretary clinton signing the sprgz form. >> i don't have an update on this. we will still working on it.
3:09 am
i understand. >> i mean, you know, a human resources department presumably has a file on every employee. it can't be that difficult. >> i don't think former secretaries. >> they don't have files? >> stand employees. >> they might not be how hard can it be to find -- >> i understand why you're asking, we're looking to get an answer. i don't have an answer today. >> it's very simple look at the part where it sibs hillary clinton's exit interview. if you have a p touch you could make labels. >> she either signed it or haven't turned over the documents or she was given special treatment. al in that case, why? >> i believe this is the same form that got petraeus in trouble. the 109. i turned them all over. did she? stand by on that. meanwhile, you know, there's something about the mainstream media we've been telling you about it since the get go how it tilts way to the left. ted cruz said something over the weekend in the grand state of new hampshire. the mainstream media and the

lefties jumped on this sound bite. watch. >> the obama economy is a disaster. obamacare is a train wreck. the obama clinton foreign policy of leading from behind. the whole world's on fire. >> the world is on fire? >> the world is on fire. yes, your world son fire. but you know what? your mommy is here. and everyone's here to make sure that the world you grow up in is even better. >> how sweet. that little girl three years old, she and her mom are actually going to be here. they had to answer this. the liberal media went bananas over this. >> she calmed down after. >> he had a great father like approach to answering that question. he did it. this is a guy who read green eggs and ham. here is what we see. the world is on fire.
3:11 am
ted cruz's speech terrified a 3-year-old girl. campaign strategy scare tiny children. >> that's worse. >> the daily news cruz's rhetoric startled three-year-old girl. he talked to her and said he was going to make it better. >> you know what happened? nobody talk today the mom about how did the little girl feel. here she is. >> she is really basically was like, this is a great man. he is a firefighter. in her mind as a three-year-old. and she was quite happy and then she wanted a cookie. she then looked at him as a hero. he was incredible. so friendly. he gave my daughter a big high five. he was great. she was so happy. she was actually calling him uncle cruz for the rest of the day. >> because uncle ted is ted kennedy and just out of respect for him. meanwhile it was time for ted cruz to talk right across the street with seth meyers let's
3:12 am
listen. >> in the last 4 hours there have been 50 media stories that say cruz terrifies little girl. by the end of it i was freddy cruccer i had the fingernails. the funny thing is it's not true. when i talked to her mom this afternoon, her daughter was in the background and she says ted cruz is on the phone. who is ted cruz, she said the fire man. >> a nice try on that one. >> they want to demonize people on the right. the left does, mainstream media. we've got michelle will be joining us live here on "fox and friends." you can hear from the three-year-old herself as she talked about the fire. >> we will not lose that terminology. >> coming up on this st. patrick's day. remember the high school under fire for having redskins as its mascot. there is a huge update to this story. are you guilty of this,
