one chilling tweet saying best friend, patriot, memorial day parades will go on drive byes and spill all of their blood rent a big truck and drive all over them. kill them. another threat you can look up obama's schedule on the white house web site. take down that treacherous tyrant. her identity is still unknown and that account still active. >> this coming as isis claims responsibility for the deadly terror attack in tunisia that left people dead. they called the attack a blessed invasion. they have no reason to doubt the claims. >> the tactics we saw at the barred doe museum would be entirely consistent with tactics isil previously used that showed a blatant disregard and even brutality. we are interested in doing what we can to try to support the tune nearbyian government as we

initial tests of the letter turned up negative for cyanide. but a second test came up positive. authorities now retesting to confirm. >> a man is under arrest for threatening to bomb the u.s. embassy in tokyo and kill ambassador caroline kennedy. police say the 52-year-old admitted to making three phone calls between march 5th and the 14th threatening to blow up the embassy and a u.s. military base. he is accused of making multiple death threats against kennedy. she took over in 2013. >> president obama delivering a direct message to the people of iran about a nuclear deal. leland vittert is live in washington with the latest. >> good morning. what exactly the president hopes to accomplish by speaking to the public of a religious state led by the ayatollah is a little bit unclear. we are days away from yet another deadline in nuclear

coming up at 6:45 eastern time. tomorrow will be the first full day of spring. hopefully we will start to usher in that much milder weather. we are looking at temperatures below average. they will be relatively close to the freezing mark in places like new york city. some areas are going to be seeing hef avy wet snow coming down. it will be tough to shovel. but further north into new england you are looking at colder temperatures single temperatures in places like care beau maine care beau kara maine. it will continue through out the afternoon hours accumulating 3-5 inches locally higher amounts with higher elevations out there. by the way across the southern plain heavy rain in the forecast potentially 4 inches of rain out there. flash flooding will be a concern. i want to switch gears now and mention while we can't see it in the u.s. we have a solar eclipse

watch as doug is confronted in a tulsa parking lot and punched in the face by the would-be robber. then he pull as gun and the scared robber takes off running. >> i pulled out my automatic and was getting ready to ventilate him. anybody that doesn't arm themselves is asking for trouble. >> well that robber still on the loose but the man hopes this surveillance video will lead police right to him. it's official. online market giant amazon.com now has faa approval to test commercial drones for delivery. but with all the drone rules already in place and some recent close calls how safe is this new technology? >> reporter: good morning. this is the future that amazon envisions delivering packages by drone right to your door step. we're still a long ways off from this. amazon got a step closer with

the faa saying they can test models of these aircraft. now the restrictions are pretty significant. amazon for now has to fly them below 400 feet. only during daylight hours. clear weather condition. and the operator of the drone has to be a licensed private pilot holding a current medical certificate. this is a different drone that's caused recent issues it's much larger and heavier and is used for commercial purposes. this is an important test case for the faa and amazon. faa will demand monthly data from amazon to make sure they are keeping close tabs on how this testing goes. once amazon starts there no doubt a number of other companies will follow suit. >> are you concerned or should pilots be concerned about the safety of drones? >> reporter: i think this is another order of magnitude because with this kind of drone

you're talking about a fair amount of weight. the drone has to be heavy enough, robust enough to carry the package plus the weight of the panel. this would create a pretty significant impact as posed to private drones that are very light weight. this thing has to fly to your home. if not an autonomous operation at least a operator. rules are different when you deal with this kind of drone. >> they don't fly that high but planes have to take off. that's my biggest fear. thanks doug. lucky to be alive. a 22-month-old boy makes a miraculous recovery after being found face down in an icy creek without breathing. the boy had no pulse for 91 minutes. a team of rescuers worked
