♪ what have y'all seen at spring break this year? >> wild stuff. >> i've seen people smoking. i've seen people doing plenty of stuff on the beach. >> i've seen some sexual intercourse on the beach. >> on the beach? >> on the beach. >> did you go help the girl? >> she was clearly enjoying it. >> they just go crazy. >> i saw girl snort cocaine off a guy's butt. >> having a good time. drinking, getting buzzed up. >> when i was at spring break there was underage drinking and alcohol. but i hear it's gotten a lot worse. i hear there are like guns and drugs. >> i don't know nothing about -- >> what is this? he's smoking marijuana. what have you seen at spring break? >> what have we not seen at

>> i'm too old for you. >> hey, don't worry hey, for love we don't have no age. ♪ >> are your parents okay with you being here? >> [ bleep ] my parents. >> some of the madness that goes on during spring break. for the second year in a row our own ainsley earhart went to panama city beach florida, to expose what's really going on. even though the local city council was supposed to make changes to curb the partying, ainsley reports things are worse this year than last year. tonight we're going to go in-depth and look at spring break. what was the difference that you saw? because as a result of the show last year they changed the bar closing time from 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. >> yes. >> okay. no -- >> no drinking on the beach without an id. >> although the cops don't really go on the beach.

>> exactly. because it's dangerous. >> what were some of the differences worse this year than last year. >> i have a councilman on the phone yesterday he disagrees. but what i saw this year compared to last year 100%. i saw -- and even the police officers are telling us -- or the sheriff's deputy, we did a ride along with the sheriff's department. >> you were there for three arrests by the way three drug busts. >> right. that happened in a matter of one hour on friday night. i have the numbers. the sheriff sent them to me. these are updates. march 1st to march 24th comparing this year to last year. so as far as bookings, 2,007. last year 1,397. firearms received this year into evidence, 25 this year. and four last year. arrests this year 731 compared to 272 last year. and charges 982 compared to 398 last year. so the numbers -- >> it's out of control. >> the numbers prove it was worse this year, a lot worse.

>> everywhere you went you smelled marijuana. >> everywhere. behind the two big clubs -- there are two huge clubs on the beach. and if you go behind those clubs, that's where we shot that video. that's where everyone congregates. everywhere we walked we were smelling marijuana. we walked by one guy i thought was smoking a joint. i said wait a minute are yu smoking pot and he walked away. >> i saw that. also a lot of sexual acts you're seeing on the beach. >> yes. now when we got there the sheriff's department said there was a girl passed out on the beach and guys were having their way with her and the only they discovered because kids were posting it. and so they saw the video. when we were there there are two girls passed out on the beach and guys were taking the beer bong tube and slapping them with it. >> and they're passed out. >> they're passed out. and taking selfies with them for social media. >> we also have issues where other girls have had trouble -- >> other girls flashing. >> by the way, and that was like every -- almost -- every time you were filming you said and our producer said they wanted to

flash. >> they did. and there's so much -- >> this is "hannity." this is not girls gone wild. this is another show. >> i want to be clear most of us went to spring break. most of the people watching send their kids to spring break or go on spring break we're not fud di duds, but when you have guns and deaths and hunters preying on our kids and super clubs and drugs and sexual assault, it's a recipe for disaster. >> i don't fault the law enforcement. i want to be very clear. i talked to the sheriff -- >> they've been wonderful to us. >> they're doing everything they can with the manpower that they have. >> you're right. >> that's a big issue. don, you were one of ainsley's bodyguards, right? >> that's correct. >> the real question most americans want to know is how many marriage proposals did ainsley get? because i saw the guy -- he made a pretty strong pitch, ainsley. >> well, being her bodyguard, that was a tough job. trying to keep the guys off of her and trying to not, you know, for them to propose to her. so that was one of my hardest

jobs. >> so there were a lot of po pose sales. >> yes, there were. a lot of proposals and we had to back them up give her 50 feet. >> i know it's one of the tougher assignments ainsley's had. you have a history career in law enforcement 20 years. >> yes 20 years former police officer and security executive. i have a security firm in the area that we cover all the counties in the panhandle. >> so tell us from your perspective as a law enforcement guy would you send your kids there? >> no. not at this time. now back say six, seven years ago maybe. but it has escalated into something more than a spring break. i would say more like a mardi gras gras. >> okay. >> so we got problems. i think if we all come together we could resolve the issues. >> but, wes, you're a local attorney, you buy psas, public service announcements with your own money, because it's gotten so bad. >> sean, that's right.

spring break when i was practicing law it was very nice in panama city, it was a sane environment. kids would come in and have fun, good fun. of course there was some rowdies but not too many. over the years it got a lot worse. and it got really, really raunchy. so yeah, you know, our property values have diminished in the county. wait times in emergency rooms have gone up. we fear that we cannot get an ambulance because they're out hauling drunks in or people who have been stabbed. >> the mayor wouldn't come on the program this year. and i watched the mayor and she just kept referencing how much money this meant to the city in terms of jobs created, et cetera. >> well skbl you're saying there's a way to have spring break but also control -- >> absolutely. desin just to our west spring break, pensacola beach has spring break, good clean environments. decent kids coming in. we've got a lot of decent kids.

it's just this hundred milers coming in and some of the trash coming in. we've got trash entertainment. >> which draws it in. >> exactly. >> kirsten, you're a former miss america, you've been a great role model to girls. here's what scares me buying drugs from these predators hundred milers thousand milers these guys come in for the distinct purpose of selling drugs to these kids and taking advantage of them. the kids buy it and don't know what they're on. then they lose consciousness and it goes downhill from there. >> absolutely. and young girls are trafficked into these situations as well. slavery is a huge issue in the united states. we don't think about it, but it's in our backyard. >> is that happening, bo? is there any sex trafficking prostitution going on? >> we saw prostitution. >> it's of the more i would say local familiarity of the area they prey on the spring breakers, the teenagers. >> in other words you have the 30-year-olds coming in taking advantage of the 19-year-olds. >> exactly. taking advantage of the 19-year-olds. >> that are all high on drugs and drunk. >> exactly.

and they supply the teens, you know, with what they need. >> the thing is that, you know, a lot of people do go to spring break and they have a good time they hang out with people that share their values and don't get involved in the riffraff, but for the ones that do i think if there are any young people watching or parents to emphasize the decisions they make might seem fun in the moment might feel like they don't have accountability or responsibility, forget about it but the truth is when they go pregnant, if a girl has been raped, if they have severe health consequences because of an overdose those are consequences that last a lifetime. >> interesting, ainsley cameras were off and you're not shy about saying this you would try and council these kids. for those who don't know ainsley it's part of her nature. >> i had a hard time with this because i was just thinking i need to pray for all these people because they don't know what they're doing. but when i would talk to the young girls i would say you know what do you think about spring break? what's the worst you've seen? and the girl saying f my parents and i say let me tell you

something do not flash. do not do something you regret. in 20 years you're going to have kids -- >> that's such the antithesis of what the average media person -- >> they would all hug me. >> you have a great heart. more than anything else. gavin, you have been under fire a little bit. you were on the program the last two nights because you actually said it's far worse for girls than boys. and some people got angry you said that. >> it's frustrating. you can only show so much footage. no one knows of this throng of 10000 people where fox can't go news can't go, you couldn't show it on a hard core porn site. this isn't even the spring break of two years ago. you have the pharmaceutical age. so you have massive partying going on where rape is rampant. and rape is rampant because of ox oxy and heroin. >> do you think it's worse for both? >> i think it's just as bad for them. and i do not agree that women can't hold their own in these types of situations. >> that's dangerous. when you say that kind of lie,

a crowd that was not good about an hour ago. so i don't expect it to get any better tonight. >> what is the worst thing you've ever seen at spring break? >> just when i say that i see something worse. >> really? >> you name it we've seen it. i've been out here for like i said 20-something years doing this. violation of, you know any human moral you can imagine we've seen out here. >> what have you seen this year that shocked you? >> this year the guns, the amount of guns is getting worse. i mean, we've already got a couple today. >> i was expecting you to say like girls taking their clothes off or people urinating on the beach. i was not expecting guns. >> no. we're about to drive up to the beach where all these bars are. tell us what we can expect to see. like what are you going to be doing? will you walk us there what you

will do when you walk up? >> we put our what we say undercovers on the ground. we've got takedown people also in the area. we've got uniforms to stand around and help us. hopefully we try to bring it all together when our undercovers make a deal or come up on something, they'll call it into us and our takedown people come out and deal with it. >> the deal is done. >> what just happened? >> we just made an undercover purchase from the suspects. right now what they're doing is we have money that we know is ours. and we used it to buy the drugs with. we're looking for our money in their money. >> how do you know? you've marked it? >> we've marked it and we have copied our serial numbers. the marking is to quickly locate money so we're not looking through a bunch of serial numbers. so when we find our money we compare the serial numbers. >> so when these guys are carrying this much cash around is that evident they've done other drug deals tonight? >> we bought from this guy last

night. so we might find our money from last night. who knows. >> you got pot off the street tonight, molly off the street drug money off the street. is that even scratching the surface? >> not a dent in it. this is small drop in the bucket compared to what's out here. >> all right. as we continue bo here's my question. you see all the molly, ecstasy, we can go through what it is, what are the odds that is really a pure drug? or is it painted is it cut with other things that the kids have no idea what it is? >> some of it is beat stuff. some of it's real. but i think, you know we did this last year. we did it this year about spring break. i think what the audience and the viewing audience has to take out of this unless this is controlled, this is going to become worse and worse. when the cops are afraid to go on to the beach and control the situation down there, we're going to have a lot -- >> it's not that they're afraid. they don't have the manpower. >> the point is unless they control this situation and all

the kind of riots i've been involved with if you don't stop it from the beginning it's just going to get worse. you're going to have kids being killed there. and everybody's going to be banned but you're going to have someone hurt and killed. and that's what's going to happen. we have to learn one thing. when you have something like this going on, you must take control otherwise it will go out of control. >> dr. radcliff, from a medical standpoint, these kids have no idea what tair taking. >> it's like playing russian roulette. originally molly was pure mdma -- >> by the way there haven't been many overdose deaths from that drug. >> there hasn't. it stimulates you, makes your heart rate go up makes your blood pressure go up have panic attacks, we can treat that. but the problem is when patients are coming to me i have no idea what they're taking is because the new molly is laced with synthetic drugs made in china. we've identified almost 200 synthetic drugs since 2008. that makes it a problem. i don't know what organs it's

going to effect. we're going to treat it symptomically after the fact. >> i know your daughter, she's adorable adorable, not quite of spring break age yet. >> not yet. and she's never going. >> not going to happen. >> with mom as a lawyer no. >> my daughter's never dating or ever getting married. it's all good. but in fairness so your kids come to you and i'm sure these kids, mom dad, everybody's going. why can't i go? i promise i'll be good. and they probably mean it. >> right. >> but they're in that environment. >> right. i think one of the biggest problems is the kids don't understand the consequences. one of the things that my township does they require the chief of police, myself and some other officials to explain to the kids the legal consequences of their actions, how they could be raped, how they could be charged with drunk driving how someone could be killed. so i think it starts with educating these young people of how one split second or poor judgment -- >> affects your whole life. >> your whole life you'll have a criminal record, you could be

dead, kill someone. >> kill somebody, kill yourself, kill a friend. guy, you're still a fairly young guy. >> well look i mean obviously the footage that we're seeing on the show tonight is salacious and impactful. i've got to cut against the grain a little bit saying overall in the big picture i think the kids are all right. if you look at the overall statistics, big data tang drinking is down, drug use is down, tobacco use is down, sexual activity is down and pregnancy among teens is down. >> you look at that scene and come to that conclusion? >> no no. >> that's not an anomaly either. everyone's been told not to smoke cigarettes, ainsley you couldn't walk without smelling marijuana. does it matter to you? which would you rather your kid smoke, cigarette or joint? >> i prefer them not to smoke at all, but i'm saying big picture this is bad i'm not defending any of this. i'm not saying it's dangerous or bad for the communities. but if you look at young people today, i don't think this is representative of how most young people behave. >> gabrielle. >> i have to disagree.

i think this is the best demonstration of how millennial and college students think they're not going to have consequences for their actions. they're going out and participating in these activities and then going and bragging about it online and posting videos of them taking beer bongs and chugging vodka through a funnel. and they don't realize how this is going to affect them. they obviously don't value their own safety their health or future job prospects. >> go ahead -- hang on. >> every college across america binge drinking, i have children in colleges and it's the most -- it's the worst thing happening right now. >> alcohol poisoning. >> alcohol i'm talking about. it's really not on the decline. it's on the incline. especially in our education facilities around the country. >> i think parents also have a responsibility from an early age onto teach their children the severity of what will happen and what can happen if you go on a trip like this. listen, spring break's great. kids should go on it. but if you go and if you misbehave, this is what's going to happen to you. i think the school should also

implement something to really show these children what can happen. because social media today can ruin these children. and i think that's -- >> erica, what do you think? >> you know what i think kids don't realize if i'm not doing anything i'm okay. when law enforcement comes in they don't say, oh, you're the good girl you're fine. they arrest everybody. even if you're tagged in a picture, on that picture if something bad's going down you say, oh but he's not doing it or she's not doing it. so you're part of the group. so if you're there, you're guilty. >> noel. >> what about the community? what about organizing a community of adults say in 40s, 50s, 60s get out and kind of turn the teens off from coming out there. because you didn't see a lot of adults in that ruckus. >> wes -- that's a good question i think. >> we have a problem with that because panama city beach has 12000 residents. we've got 150,000 to 2,000 kids

welcome back to "hannity." in panama city beach ainsley spoke to an administrate who is not a big fan of what's going on in her town for spring break. she has a message for parents before you send your kids. >> i feel strongly about spring break. i feel strongly about the reputation panama city beach is getting. i feel strongly about protecting the residents and the small businesses that live in this town that have made it their home. and this is not the reputation that i want our city to have. we have to do something. it's getting -- it's accelerating every year. it's getting worse and worse and worse. and like sheriff mckeefen said last year, we are one beer can away from a riot. and when it happens, what are we going to say then? i think we ought to listen to everything the sheriff tells us. if it takes no drinking on the beach, that's what it's going to take. i think that had we done this this year that they would have been drinking in the clubs and that would have been the

superclubs or the bars, not even the superclubs but the bars responsibility for keeping the peace. we can handle it once they get on the street. >> do you hear a lot of reaction from your voters, your constituents that say good job keep going. >> i do. let me put it on record. i'm not against spring break. spring break is fine, but this spring break is not spring break. this is a -- it's -- i can't even liken it to anything. >> what's your message to parents that are watching? should they allow their kids to come here? >> not during spring break. >> why? >> because it's not safe. the police are doing the ben, but it's not safe. >> they're outnumbered. >> they are so outnumbered. and it's so dangerous. >> all right. we continue our coverage. tom, you said you had a little different take on that. >> i disagree with everyone so far. all this stuff about we need to inform them of the dangers. if there's one thing you don't want to tell young people it's how dangerous something is. they've been hearing information for their whole childhood.

i think we talk about spring break it's already too late. it's college. have you been to a college campus? it's spring break without the sand. i don't think they should be going to college. go to your room. everything we need to know is on the internet. >> because a guy almost got kicked out because hi looked like a rapist. >> that's what i'm saying. america's campuses are ridiculous. go to the internet, go to con academy and come out of your room when you have a bachelor's degree. i would not send a kid to college. it's ridiculous. >> todd. >> oh, my gosh, sean i'm sitting here watching the video. it kind of makes what happens on those college frat houses look like sunday school. i mean look, i think what we have here the bigger problem is this is an example, a small segment of what happens when the country does not have a moral compass. unfortunately we have a lot of parents these days in this country who want to be their child's friend. they don't want to be the parent. i can't imagine back when i was growing up doing something like this. and i suspect most of us here in this same boat if it had been us

down there our parents would have been driving down to panama city beach and dragging us off of that beach. >> i got to disagree a little bit. i was a kid that got off the bus at school at 3:00 i got home, i got on my bicycle and i wasn't home until it got dark. my parents didn't know where i was. you know, in this day and age we're helicopter parents we know where our kids are every minute of the day. but this is like the moment of freedom for them. >> yeah, but i'm talking young age. real young. way before these kids get to college and you startin stilling values and really talking to them about things that can happen when they're not at home and how they should be behave when they're not at home and let loose. this needs to start when they're young so when they get to college they're not out of control. >> the bigger problem, all those folks on that beach will be pro-creating one day. so just keep in mind -- >> are you sure about that? do you have a crystal ball? hang on, let me raise another point. >> indiana university when that girl lauren spear disappeared, i

was there on a thursday night and friday night and i was in a town that was on the college campus i saw four overdose, i saw ambulance, i saw kids walking around like night of the living dead. it's not just spring break. it's on our college campuses every weekend. >> i want to talk about something -- something has changed in this. how many of you think the girls in this day and age -- i'm going to your point which got you in so much trouble all week, how many think girls have changed in a far more aggressive than they used to be. true or false? hands up for true. who disagrees with that? anybody? you do. >> the girls are so aggressive -- >> so you agree with me. >> i totally agree with you. the girls are so aggressive. >> that means i grew up in the wrong era. that's what that means. no, go ahead i'm sorry. >> no i think the girls are really aggressive. and i also think girls see all this reality television and they think when they behave this way that's normal because they're seeing it on reality tv. they're seeing the brawls. they're seeing all that kind of

stuff. >> you saw girls allowing guys to take belly shots off of what part of the bodies. >> yes. they would put the shots on their stomach or in their belly button and suck it off. >> that's not near the worse. >> you want the whip cream story? >> yeah, tell us. >> sean making me tell it again. >> by the way ainsley blushing on national tv. go ahead. >> they spray the whip cream in the woman's rear end. >> inside? >> in the back down the line and then the man licks it off. >> all the way? >> all the way. >> you saw a lot of that? >> yeah. friday when we were there. >> what's with the hands up why? >> it's gross and it's like, oh look at this. oh my gosh, but the footage we're not seeing is the girl who stays behind at campus works double shifts during spring break -- >> we're not worried about here. some of these girls -- >> there are folks in haiti building houses and stuff. >> some of these girls are going to end up getting wasted. >> we're not criticizing that. we're talking about panama city beach and how it's gotten out of control. that's not the issue in my

opinion. but we do have some neighbors there we were in a restaurant and they stopped us and they said we watch sean's show every night. and they have some kmenlts. can we roll that now? >> roll that tape. >> tell me about your experience here and what you've seen this year. >> it's so different than it's been before. i mean, we have no problem with kids coming down and, you know, just really, you know, letting their guard down and having a good time and partying on the beach. but this year it's a totally different element. the kids are angry. >> they're just crazy. parties all night long. late hours out in front of the beach funneling beers. it's just complete chaos all the time. >> and you're raising these young kids and they're seeing all this. >> absolutely. >> for the most part most of them are just college students here to have fun. but then there's an extra amount of people that come just to monopolize and to take over the spring break crowds so that they can make money on them, they can steal from them, they can trash our beaches.

the real question that needs to be asked is "what is it that we can do that is impactful?" what the cloud enables is computing to empower cancer researchers. it used to take two weeks to sequence and analyze a genome; with the microsoft cloud we can analyze 100 per day. whatever i can do to help compute a cure for cancer, that's what i'd like to do.
