you send your kids to spring break. even though the local city council was supposed to make changes to curb the out-of-control partying, they found things are worse than last year. she is back with us along with our studio audience. we are going in depth and looking at spring break. what was the difference you saw? as a result of the show last year, they changed the bar closing time from 4:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. >> yes. no drinking on the beach without an sglid although the cops don't go on the beach. >> exactly because it's dangerous. >> what were the conditions, worse this year than last year? >> from what i saw, yes. a councilman i talked to on the phone disagrees. but what i saw compared to last year 100%. the sheriffs deputy we did a ride along with the sheriffs department. >> you were there for three arrests, three drug busts. >> that happened in a matter of one hour on friday night. i have the numbers. the sheriff sent them to me.

here's updates. comparing this year to last year, as far as bookings 2007. last year 1397. firearms received in to evidence, 25 this year and four last year. arrests this year 731 compared to 272 last year. and then charges 982 compared to 398 last year. so it's -- the numbers prove it is worse this year, a lot worse. >> everywhere you went you smelled marijuana. >> behind the two big clubs -- there are two huge clubs on the beach. if you go behind those clubs that's where we shot that video. that is where everyone congregates and everywhere we walked i was smelling marijuana. i was talking to one guy i thought was smoking a joimpbt in front of me. i said are you spoking pot and he walked away. >> i saw that. a lot of sexual acts on the beach? >> yeah. the sheriffs department said there was a girl passed out on the beach.

guys were having their way with her and only way they discovered it is kids were posting it. they saw the video. when they were there there were two girls passed out and guys were taking the beer bong tube and slapping them with it. >> and they are passed out. >> and they are taking pictures with them for social media. >> we have seen issues where other girls. >> other girls flashing. >> every time you were filming you said and our producer said they wanted to flash. >> they did. and there's so much you can't -- this is "hannity." not girls gone wild. this is another show. >> most of the people watching that send their kids to spring break, we're not fud di duds. when you have super clubs and social media and drugs and sexual assault it is a recipe for disaer. >> i don't fault law enforcement. i want to be clear. i talked to the sheriff. >> they have been wonderful to us the sheriffs department.

>> they are doing everything they can with the manpower they have and that's a big issue. you were one of ainsley's bodyguards. >> that's right. >> the question is how many marriage proposals did ainsley get? i saw the guy -- he made a good strong pitch. >> being her bodyguard, that was a tough job trying to keep the guys off of her and trying to -- not for them to propose to her. that's one of my hardest jobs. >> a lot of proposals. >> we had to back them up and give her 50 feet. >> this is one of the tougher assignments ainsley has had. but you have a career in law enforcement, 20 years. >> 20 years of formal police officer and security executive. i have a security firm in the area. we cover all of the counties in the panhandle. >> tell us from your perspective as a law enforcement guy, would you send your kid there? >> no. not at this time.

back six seven years ago, maybe. but it has escalated in to something more than a spring break. i would say more like a mardi gras. so we got problems but i think if we can all come together we can resolve the issues. >> you are a local attorney and buy ps a's with your own money in hopes you want the city to turn around and make changes baze it has gotten so bad. >> that's right. spring break when i started to practice law there was nice in panama beach. it was a sane environment. kids would come in and have good fun. there were some rowdies but not too many. over the years it got worse. mtv came in, lil wayne show and so forth and it got really, really raunchy. yeah, our property values have diminished in the county. wait times in emergency rooms have gone up. we fear we cannot get an

ambulance because they are out hauling drunks or people who have been stabbed. >> the mayor wouldn't come on the program this year. i watched the mayor and she she kept referencing how much it noent the city in terms of jobs created, et cetera. you are saying there is a way to have a spring break and control -- >> absolutely. testen, pensacola beach has spring break, decent kids coming in. we have a lot of decent kids. it is these 100 milers coming in and trash coming in. we have trash entertainment. >> which draws it in. >> exactly. >> you are former miss america and you have ban great role model to girls. here's what scares me. they are buying drugs from predators, 100, 1,000 milers. they come in for the distinct purpose of selling drugs to these kids and taking advantage of them. the kids don't know what they are on and they lose consciousness and downhill from

there. >> also young girls are trafficked in to these situations as well. we haven't talked about. slave ry is a huge issue in the united states. we don't think about it but it is in our backyard. >> is that happenening? any sex trafficking or prostitution going on? >> it's the -- more i would say the local familiarity of the area. they prey on the spring breakers, the teenagers. >> in other words you have the 30-year-olds coming in and taking advantage of the 19-year-olds. >> taking advantage of the 19-year-olds that. >> that are high on drugs and drunk. >> and they supply the teens with what they need. >> the thing is that you know a lot of people go to spring break and they have a good time. they hang out with people that share their values and don't get involved in the riff-raff, but for the winones that do, they may have none the moment or think they don't have accountability, but when they get home and get pregnant, if a girl is raped, severe health consequences

is it cut with other things that the kids have no idea what it is? >> some of it is beat stuff. some of it is real. we did this last year. we did it this year about spring break. i think what the audience and viewing audience has to take out of this, unless it is controlled it is going to become worse and worse. when the cops are afraid to go to the beach and control the situation down there, we're going to have -- >> but it's not they are afraid. they don't have the man power. >> unless they control the situation and the riots i have been involved with if you don't stop it from the beginning it is going to get worse and have kids killed there and everybody -- then they are going to ban it but you have someone hurt and killed and that's going to happen. when you have something like this going on, you must take control otherwise it will go out of control. >> from a medical standpoint, these kids have no idea what they are taking. how risky is it. >> it is like russian roulette.

>> there haven't been many overdose deaths from that drug. >> it stimulates you and makes your heart rate go up and panic attacks. people come with high temperatures. we can treat that. but the problem is when patients come to me i have no idea what they are taking. the new molly is laced with synthetic drugs from china. we have identified 200 synthetic drugs since 2008. that's a problem. i don't know what organs it's going to effect. i don't know how to treat it. we will treat it symptomatically. >> i know your daughter. she's not of spring break age yet. >> she's never going. >> never going. >> not happening. >> you and i have something in common. my daughter is never dating or getting married. your kids come to you, mom, dad, everybody is going why can't i go? i promise i'll be good and they probably mean it. >> right.

>> but they are in that environment. >> i think one of the biggest problems is that kids don't understand the consequences. one of the things my township does is they require the chief of police, myself and other officials to explain the legal consequences of their actions, how they could be raped charged with drunk driving how someone could be killed. it starts with educating these young people of how one split-second poor judgment could -- >> can affect your whole life. >> you could have a criminal record, be dead. >> kill someone, kill yourself, kill a friend. you are a fairly young guy. >> obviously the footage we are seeing on the show is a lashs and impactful. i'm going to cut against the grain here and say overall in the big picture i think the kids are all right. teenager drinking is down drug use is down, tobacco use is down, sexual activity is down and pregnancy is down. >> you look at that scene and come to that conclusion?

>> no. but that scene is not representative. >> that is not an anomaly. everyone has been told not to smoke cigarettes but you couldn't walk without smelling marijuana. which would you rather your kids smoke, a cigarette or joint? >> i prefer not at all. in the big picture, this is bad. i'm not saying it is not dangerous or bad for the communities but if you look at young people today i don't think this is representative of how most young people behave. >> i have to disagree. i think this is the best demonstration of how millennials and college students think they are not going to have consequences for their actions. they are going out and participating in these activities and bragging on line and posting videos of them taking beer bongs and chugging vodka through a funnel and they don't realize how this will effect them. they obviously don't value their own safety, their health or future job pros pekts. >> in every college across america, binge drinking, i have

children in the colleges ands this the worst thing happening right now. >> risk of alcohol poisoning. >> it is really not on the decline. it is on the incline. especially in our education facilities around the country. >> i think parents have a responsibility from an early age on to teach their children the severity of what will and can happen if you go on a trip like this. spring break is great. kids should go on it but if you go and misbehave this is what will happen to you and the school should implement something to show these children what can happen. social media today can ruin these children. i think that's -- >> erica, what do you say? >> i think kids don't realize, if i'm not doing anything i'm okay. when law enforcement comes in they don't say, oh, you are the good girl. you are fine. they arrest everybody. even if you are tagged in a picture. on that picture if something bad is going down. they say oh, but she or he is not doing it. you are part of the group. if you are there you are guilty.

i want our city to have. we have to do something. it is accelerating every year. it's getting worse and worse and worse. like the sheriff said last year, we are one beer can away from a riot. when it happens, what are we going to say then? i think we ought to listen to everything the sheriff tells us. if it takes no drinking on the beach that's what it is going to take. i think had we done this this year they would have been drinking in the clubs and that would have been the super clubs or the bars, not even superclubs but the bar's responsibility. we can handle it when they are off the street. >> do you hear response from your constituents saying good job. >> i do. i am not against spring break, but this is not spring break. this is a -- it's -- i can't even liken it to anything. >> what's your message to parents watching?

>> oh, my gosh. i'm sitting here watching the video and makes what happens at the college frat houses look like sunday school. i think what we have here the bigger problem is this is an example of small segment of what happens when the country does not have a moral compass. we have a lot of parents these days in this country who want to be their child's friend and not the parent. i can't imagine back when i was growing up doing something like this. i suspect most of us here in the same boat. if it had been us down there, our parents would have been driving to panama city beach and drags us off the beach. >> i was a kid that got off the bus at school at 3:00. i got home, got on my bicycle and i wasn't home until it got dark. my parents didn't know where i was. in this day and age we're helicopter parents. we know where our kids are everyf the day. this is like the moment of freedom for them. >> i'm talking young age, real young. before these kids get to college

and start to instill values and talking to them about things that can happen when they are not at home and how they should behave when they are not at home and let loose. this needs to start when they are young. so when they are at college they are not out of control. >> the bigger problem all of the folks on the beach will be pro-creating one day. >> are you sure about that. do you have a crystal ball. >> imagine in 20 years. >> indiana university when that girl disappeared i was there on a thursday night and friday night. i was in the town that's right in the college campus. i saw four overdose. i saw ambulance, i saw kids walking like "the night of the living dead." it is not just spring break but on campuses every weekend. >> i want to talk about something -- something has changed in this. how many of you think the girls in this day and age i'm going to your point which got you in so much trouble all week. how many of you think girls are far more aggressive than they

the man licks it off. >> all the way. >> all the way. >> you saw that. >> friday when we were there. >> what's with the hands off. >> it is gross and oh, look at this. the footage we are not seeing is the girl who stays behind at campus and works double shifts through spring break to pay her way through school and folks in haiti building houses. >> some of these girls will get wasted. >> we're not criticizing that. we are talking about panama city beach and how it is out of control. that's not the issue in my opinion. we had neighbors there. we were in a restaurant and they stopped us and they said we watch sean's show every night. can we roll that. >> tell me about the experience you have seen this year. >> so different than it has been before. we have no problem with kids coming down and really letting their guard down and having a good time and partying on the beach, but this year it is a totally different element. the kids are angry.
