put it on his jacket. but then one parent complained. one parent whose son earned that letter on the varsity team complained to have it removed. >> he does play on the special needs basketball team. however, the special needs basketball team, there is no mechanism so those kids can wind up with a varsity letter. even though they play on the team for four years when they're in high school. >> keep in mind it's not a district policy that you can't be given a varsity letter in the district there. this happens to be a school stumbling block they're just pushing aside the notion that michael should have this letter. they're telling no. this has been going on for long time now. he deserves the letter in the opinion of many including his parents. >> who complained though? the principal said parents complained. it turns out one parent. i would love to know their name. there is going to be a school board meeting tonight to discuss

this. we spoke to a high school senior. she never met michael or his mom. she was so moved by hearing this story. she decided to start a petition to try to get other high school students and others supporting michael and changing this policy. she joined us this weekend on "fox and friends." listen to her. >> i don't see the problem with a special needs kids having the opportunity to earn a varsity letter. i will be a four year varsity winner for soccer. i am a co-captain on our team. it's taking nothing away from me. these kids represent east. they wear jerseys that say east on them like any other varsity sport. they put in blood, sweat, tears in the sport as we do. they love it just as much as we do. >> she is a combination of common sense and compassion. she spoke out for a student that wasn't her best friend wasn't somebody she knew well. she was using her heart and head

they shouldn't be coersed by government to engage in something that undermined their religious believes. that is what the debate is about. >> are they forgetting that this law is similar to one passed by bill clinton in the past year? why now the big night over this and why the willingness to forfeit your first amendment rights over marriage? >> those are two questions. one i think these are the sorts of questions they think help them plitly on the left. second, i think many people who are on the left and progressives care more about things than discrimination than the first amendment. religious freedom is low on the list of things they hold sacred. i think we'll see more and more of these cases where religious freedom issues crash. we'll have to come up with a solution. these sorts of laws i think help come up with a solution. it will be difficult when the media creates the perception it's some bigots versus the gay

community. >> this has taken another turn too. there's a boycott indiana hashtag. you've seen angie's list drop out. a couple other named businesses who says if this law is signed as it is we're out of here. we think this is discrimination, you say? >> it will be tough for indiana i guess. i hope that religious freedom trumps these threats. in the end, indiana is a state and people do business there and other people will move in for those companies that leave i hope. we saw a lot of people rise up to defend hobby lobby. i hope people do the same thing for indiana. >> we want to thank you for joining us. it's a tough debate. these religious liberties and our constitutional rights against the landscape of what -- a progressive movement is, is a contradiction here that we're in a lot of trouble with i think. >> i think so. >> indiana for one.

that. the real question is the server actually wiped clean. without getting into the forensic evidence. when servers are wiped clean and people delete e-mails. they're not actually deleted unless you go to such great lengths, that even when you put the server in and you put a forensic inspector on the server you can usually find out what's on the server. at some point she's going to have to come clean. there saminimal threshold of transparency that government employees are subjected to. when someone issued an open records request to a department when there's a lawsuit pending, usually there is an attorney that sends an e-mail to the employee saying do not destroy your e-mails. it is customary. i'm sure lots of people watching this know what i'm talking about. she didn't do it. even nixon didn't destroy the tapes. there are thousands and

thousands of e-mails that are missing. >> you just mentioned nixon. there have been comparisons to the watergate scandal. we have a graphic that shows the similarities between both nixon and hillary. both claimed questioned information was personal. it's personal i don't want to give over my stuff about yoga. both handed over information edited by advisors. of course, there were 18 and a half minutes missing out of some nixon tapes and 30,000 e-mails deleted from the server from hillary. and both were missing data as well. so, what are you asking? you said unless extraordinary measures were taken, you can recover the data. are you asking for possession or -- of the server itself or have an independent party go in and eye ball it to see if they can recover the stuff? >> first of all, she's going to have to turn over that server. that's number one is to turn it

$54 million, that's how much the animated movie "home" earned. topping the box office. will farrell's movie came in next. more and more schools is doing body mass index testing on kids. that's not sitting well with many parents. this weekend on "fox and friends," we spoke to an outraged mom. her 54 pound 7-year-old was sent home with a letter from school saying that her bmi was too high. >> you know there was a lot of things that they were not doing properly with this program. she is almost entirely muscle because of an underlying growth issue. and so anybody that actually has more muscle than body fat is already going to be skewed against them. >> so is she right? are these tests accurate. should schools be allowed to perform them? a pediatrician doesn't think so. what did the school do wrong?
