war. let's bring in chris wallace. they're lined up exactly how you think they would be. all the ones who haven't soon the deal are sure it's a terrible deal and everybody else seems to think it's a really good deal. >> well generally speaking i think you're right. although it isn't just partisan lines. there are a number of democrats not necessarily against the deal, but saying -- and i think this is a pretty hard argument to oppose -- that congress should have a say in this.éç the u.n. is going to have a say -- >> not a treaty. >> -- is going to have a say and the question is should the u.s. congress have a say either approve the deal or not -- >> it's not a treaty. >> -- a say in the deal. >> historically, and constitutionally, that's not a requirement. this isn't a treaty. they can do it this way. >> they can. but constitutionally if the congress passes a law and they're able to override the president's veto he has to give them say in it. the question is, why shouldn't

congress have a say some n something so important and so controversy as this use. >> haven't the hardest of the hardliners come to the table and say if what they say in this paper happens it's pretty good deal, though the white house fact sheet? >> some yes some no "the wall street journal" editorial -- it's a conservative newspaper -- especially its editorial page -- says there are number of elements in the deal if -- you have the big if there -- if the iranians live up to them, would be reasonable. there are smalls questions about what will happen and in fact all of the issues, for instance, the speed another which sanctions will be raised how quickly iran will be able to enrich uranium after the ten years, those have not been answered yet. they have to be settled in the final june deal there are some things in the deal -- just take centrifuges. from 19000"ñ down to 5,000 operational. that's certainly sounds like a good thing.

of the men who never found their freedom. the parents of a toddler who went missing now face abuse and neglect charges after the body of their five-year-old son turned up in a septic tank. that is the latest from a prosecutor. the parents reportedly appeared in court this afternoon. all happening in virginia. the suspects are paul thomas and ashley white. cops arrested them yesterday, the day after their son's funeral. the massive arch effort fot'tji the toddler involved dozens of law enforcement agencies and every five days they found his body in that septic tank on hisk(q parents' property. investigators say they really don't know yet how he died but they're still working on the autopsy. a sheriff says the couple also had an infant daughter, and that officials have taken that infant daughter from them. a prosecutor reportedly said the abusef:et neglect charges are related to both of their kids. patricia is here, a former judge on the new york state supreme court zcñ and is now featured in the

more than two months. the rescuers say the guy was in fairly good condition despite being stranded for all that time. he that no sign of sunburn and no serious injuries.+g his name is louis jordan. family members say he was living on his sailboat at marina in south carolina when he decided to take a fishing trip in late january. they say that was the last time they heard from him until crews picked him up yesterday afternoon about 200 miles off the north carolina outer banks. workers on a german container ship say they saw him on the top of his overtured boat. coast guard crews if alift him to the hospital. he made an emotional phone call to his father. >> louis i'm so glad you're alive. we prayed and prayed and we hoped that you were still alive. >> i was. justkg praying about you because i was afraid you guys were crying and sad that i was dead and i wasn't dead.
