no evidence to back up the allegations. >> we were unable to find any basis of fact to conclude that tlchsz even an event on september 28th 2012, at that particular fraternity house. >> the reporter who reported the story explained it this way i allowed my concern for jackie's well-being, my fear of retraumatizing her and my confidence in her credibility to take the place of more questioning and more facts. some say the apology is good but the damages from the article still run deep. >> kelly, could there still be more fallout at "rolling stone"? >> indeed, there could be. what's going on on the campus sexual assault does occur on college campuses. now some of those people who actually experience this kind of assault may be limited or fearful of bringing their assault complaints to the authorities. >> all right.

kelly wright joining us live this morning. we appreciate the update. thank you. now to another fox news alert. the justice department is now joining in on the investigation after an american family on a caribbean vacation is left fighting for their lives today. steve azmen is paralyzed, his two sons in comas. all three of them in critical condition. the environmental protection agency said they were all poise poisoned while staying on an island after a highly toxic pesticide was used. the mother was released from the hospital and is doing okay. the d.o.j. is now looking into that company that used the pesticide. the company stopped all fume my gags processes there on the virgin islands. the same company or the same product is ban here in the u.s. new overnight, a horrific scene after a car and a tour bus collide in a southern california intersection injuring five. the car hardly recognizable as

you see there. firefighters had to cut some of the victims out of the wreckage. rescuers describing one of the injuries as serious. at this hour it remains unclear which victims came from the bus or the car. now over to egypt. we are just learning about a brutal attack on christians there who were trying to honor the dead. a mob of angry muslims throwing stones and explosionves at a christian perrish trying to build a new church to dedicate it to the 21 christians murdered on the beach in a mass beheading. the muslims said they would never allow the church to be built. they arrested several protesters but they were set free. dozens of americans who went to fight for isis are back on the homeland. homeland security secretary jeh johnson said 40 radical americans who went to join isis are now back at home. >> as i understand it of the 180 americans who have gone overseas to fight in iraq and

reportedly went on for seven hours before police sent in a tactical unit. once a specially trained police unit went into the college, it only took 30 minutes to take down the four gunmen. now questions are being raised why there was such a long delay. the son of a government official was one of the gunmen responsible for the slaughter of 148 people. closing arguments start today in the boston marathon bombing trial. attorneys for dzhokhar tsarnaev admit that their client did participate in the attack which left three people dead but today they will reiterate their arguments that tsarnaev was under the influence of his older brother tamerlan and not the mastermind behind the bombing. if found guilty the jury will hear additional evidence before deciding on the death penalty. ready to run. kentucky senator rand paul is teasing a big announcement that is coming tomorrow, and in a new video released overnight he is

two british teenagers are now under arrest suspected of terrorism in the u.k. british police just arrested a 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old girl on suspicion of planning terror attacks. right now police are scanning through their electronics but they have both been freed on bail. meantime the girl's mother tells the media that she thinks her daughter was playing a joke with a friend. some incredible new video to show you this morning that shows the terrifying moment, the very moment a snowmobiler gets buried by an avalanche.

it was all caught on his helmet camera. look at that. you can tell obviously the man is lucky to be alive. he was in canada and out with a group of friends when this happened. they were able to dick him out after a couple of minutes. the snowmobiler, not injured. amazing. but more terrifying moments for kwun neighborone neighborhood when a massive swarm of bees attacked sending one man to the hospital. they found the men blanketed by bees, each with as many as 50 stings. firefighters had to douse the bees to get them to disperse. >> i said, why are you running? what's going on? he said, there's bees everywhere. my dogs were stung. i was taking care of my dogs. i looked out the window my neighbor's brother was on the ground rolling bees covering him all over his face. >> the bees stung a woman as she came out of her home.

a bombshell revelation more than a year after 19 firefighters died battling that massive wild fire in arizona. a lawyer investigating the yarnell hill fire says the soul survivor heard the firefighters leader order his team to leave their safe spot. the group died when a massive wild fire changed directions and the flames overtook them. this lawyer says mcdonagh, the soul survivor said he heard his supervisor argue with a top deputy and pushed him to make that dangerous move. mcdonagh denies making that statement. the controversial homeless jesus statutee could be leaving detroit. it has garnered high praise and criticism. now the artist behind homeless jesus has the funding in place one in detroit, that he can install it near saint peter and paul church in downtown.

"rolling stone" issued its apology and sabrina early explained in her apology quote i allowed my concern for jackie's well-being my fear of retraumatizing her, and my confidence in her credibility to take the place of more questioning and more faction. while some are pleased with the

new reports out find that obamacare is taking a major toll not only on your wallet but your tax refund. adam shapiro is here to explain. what do you mean? >> good morning, ansley. the cost of obamacare is hitting americans with smaller tax refunds. the heritage foundation ran a micro simulation analysis and it found the big price hike in 2014, 50%, was just the beginning. rates for people who would buy

insurance individually on the exchanges are up 5% this year which is more than double the rate of inflation. the simulation found young adults in california they saw rates increase 10% above 2014. affordable care act subsidizes premiums for people who have to buy their insurance but those subsidies, you have to pay those back. millions of americans face a larger tax bill this year. h&r block reports 54% of americans who bought insurance owe money back. a figure confirmed by the kaiser foundation. kaiser estimates $7.5 million people have to account to the irs for their subsidy. tax day is nine days away. sorry to ruin your monday. >> we just talked to our guy last night. check that box off. thanks so much, adam. don't miss adam on the fox business network. >> nine days. well a warning for pet
