ansley earhardt. i'm heather childers. we appreciate you starting your day with us. french television station under the control of isis hackers. supporters of the terror group took over the paris station social media page's website and all of its television channels overnight. the hackers posted identity cards of relatives of french soldiers similar to an incident that happened recently in the u.s. >> just moments ago the station's director held a press conference calling the incident a very powerful cyber attack. the social media pages are back in these station's controls. the broadcasts will take more time. now to that extreme weather alert. 30 million americans from texas to the east coast bracing for more tornadoes, hail, and damaging winds. all of this after super cell storms ripped through the midwest. >> oh, my gosh.

tornado on the ground. >> right there, tornado touching down in garden plain, kansas. that's near wichita. the storm also packing baseball size hail. that storm chaser caught in the middle of the hail storm in medicine lodge kansas. in tulsa oklahoma, a massive downpour causes this, the school bus to skid off the road and role off. police say speed was a factor. the driver and four children were hurt. all are expected to be okay. as the storm moves east, wind gusts up to 75 miles per hour uproot trees, damage buildings, all of this in washington township, ohio. major cities in line include little rock st. louis memphis little rock and detroit. tomorrow the threat heads to the

east coast. nearly two years of bombs exploded at the finish line of the boston marathon. the surviving bomber is convicted. jurors finding dzhokhar tsarnaev guilty of all 30 charges against him making him eligible for the death penalty. molly lion picks up that coverage from boston. >> reporter: dzhokhar tsarnaev convicted on all counts and a multitied of weapons charges stemming from the ram page in boston. it started with the bombing and moved off into the suburbs. jurors confirming tsarnaev's intentional planning and execution of the crimes with his older brother who was killed, run over by his brother who ran off in a stolen suv. 250 people were wounded, three lives claimed in the attack. martin richard, 8 years old,

23-year-old lindsay lu and 29-year-old kristin marie campbell. days later on the run after their pictures they ambushed m.i.t. police officer shawn collier shooting him three times in the head and a failed attempt to take his service weapon. tsarnaev borrowed that weapon. it was the same gun used to car jack and terrorize a chinese national who escaped calling 911 as the brothers drove his mercedes suv to watertown. there they engaged with police in a firefight. an officer nearly dying after getting hit by the bullet in the chaos. in boston the jury is holding tsarnaev, the lone suspect responsible for all of it. we know why he it it all, to punish muslims. tsarnaev left a note in the boat where he was captured that reads in part, stop killing our

bruno. david, if you were on this jury, how would you vote? would you give him death? >> yeah, absolutely i would vote death. and it comes down to the jury will get this instruction. they're going to have to balance mitt i getting factors versus aggravating factors. the aggravating factors are substantial. it goes to the planning, the preparation, the risk to others and also the cruel and heinous way that they did this. >> now what could cause them to go the other way? if you're sitting on that jury and you don't vote death, what would cause them to go the other way and give him life in prison. >> it's the mitt imitting gating factors. >> he was under duress. >> wasn't the master mind? >> that's exactly. that's how they tried it throughout the guilt phase. anybody who was following it knew we were going to get a guilty on the 30 counts but now it is the critical time with the

sentence is going to be. >> what happens if all of them are not unanimous? what if it's one person on this jury that doesn't believe in the death penalty? >> all it takes is one vote for not death and it's life in prison. the government has to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt. they have to prove the aggravating factors and that the aggravating factors against the mitigating factors. >> these are lives that were taken lives changed forever. many were injured, three were killed. what about the manifesto he wrote inside the boat? what about buying milk after, calm, collected. this was premeditated. >> sure. the same things you just raised are krit calling when rebutting this allegation of duress. let's look at the words that he wrote into the boat. it attacks the constitutional protections that he actually enjoyed throughout this trial.

network, fox business here to explain. adam. >> reporter: this is a lawsuit that's a problem. an appeals court could force walmart to stop selling guns and ammunition. that could change the way every publicly traded company does business. trinity church owes walmart stock. it sued the company when they refused to place a proposal on the ballot. that proposal could be interpreted to force walmart's directors to suspend the sales of guns and ammunition. trinity won the lawsuit and walmart appealed. u.s. circuit court of appeals decision is due as early as today. people who support the gun rights says the first gun ruling allows them to push whatever agenda they want at the corporate level. trinity wall street church says it does not intend to end the sale of products at walmart. the store says trinity's proposal would interfere with walmart's ordinary business operations by regulating walmart's daily decisions on
