tv Justice With Judge Jeanine FOX News April 18, 2015 9:00pm-10:01pm PDT
9:00 pm
thank you. no... thank you. thank you. thank you. thank you. thank you! kibbles 'n bits. because every bit matters. eastern, james "wild bill" hello and welcome to "justice." i'm judge jeanine pirro. thanks for being with us tonight. the most transparent woman in history is now on lockdown in her skcooby van. while senior citizens and those in wheelchairs wait to get a glimpse of who may be the first woman president, is woman is on the run, forcing the press to chase her like a hollywood celeb. what is she running from? maybe she's traumatized from all that sniper fire in bosnia. you remember when she said this. >> i remember landing under sniper fire. there was supposed to be some
9:01 pm
kind of a gleeting ceremony ate the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base. >> wow, that sounds terrible. if only we had video of those heroics. we do? we do have video? all right. let's see what happened that day. man, those tulip-wielding children, they can be really dangerous. this week hillary continues on the truth tour saying that her four grandparents were all immigrants. turns out only one was an immigrant. three were not. but the best is when her spokesperson comes out and says her grandparents always spoke about the immigrant experience and as a result she always thought of them as immigrants. you know, my dad always spoke about the yankees. but it never made me think he was a yankee.
9:02 pm
so why would a smart woman who knows her own lineage lie about it? could it be that immigrants will be the biggest new voting bloc in the next election and now that obama amnesty gave more than 500,000 illegals social security numbers, who knows? they may even be voting. this is the same woman, folks, who said she was dead broke when she left the white house. >> we came out of the white house not only dead broke but in debt. we had no money when we got there, and we struggled to, you know, piece together the resources for mortgages for houses, for chelsea's junction, y -- education, you know it was not easy. >> for your information, the year after she made this comment, hers and bill's income was $16 million.
9:03 pm
okay. so she doesn't know about her family, she doesn't know about her finances and she doesn't know the difference between sniper or rifle and a potted plant. but listen, these petty, pesky details do not speak to her ability to deal with the big issues that she will confront as a president of the united states of america. and to her credit, she's been very specific about her past accomplishments. listen. >> the most important thing i did was to help restore america's leadership around the world, and i think that was a very important accomplishment. >> wow. you are good. the world's a better place because of all that you've done. take a look. the middle east blowing up, iran working on a nuclear bomb with our blessing, christians slaughtered all over the world, immigrants coming over the border in waves, including gang members and admitted murderers, but hey, you say you had to get out there and become trustworthy
9:04 pm
and bring back america's moral rules and values. >> we were viewed as being untrustworthy, as violating our moral rules and values. >> clearly, what you did fixed all of that. like that video story in benghazi, and not supporting our friends like israel, and propping up such outstanding leaders as putin. and we were viewed as being untrustworthy? weren't you part of the administration that said we don't spy on americans, until we did. but hey, why worry about us? the women who make their living in the oldest profession known to man believe in you. the bunny ranch hookers. they endorse you! hookers for hillary! now, there's a way to restore america's moral core. but keep them away from the husband.
9:05 pm
and that's my open. tell me what you think on my facebook page or twitter @judge jeanine, # justice open. my friend joe trippy. all right, joe, am i wrong? >> nice to be with you, judge. always great to come on right after one of your opens. >> listen, why can't she tell the truth? come on, joe. >> well, she's going to be asked about all these things over the next -- well at least through the democratic primary and then in the general election if she is the nominee. darrell issa and gowdy will have hearings and ask her all the questions about the e-mails and the server. all these things are going to be -- look, republicans are going to attack her with every single thing that you threw out in your opening. >> they don't have to. you know why? joe, they don't have to. she said it to everyday americans. no one even asked her the question.
9:06 pm
>> well, right now everyday americans -- look, she's still doing quite well in the polls. i mean, she is. i mean, i don't see at least yet any -- within the democratic primary anybody yet emerging to take her on and challenge her. so we need to see who emerges out of the republican party. there will be a general election. it won't be a cakewalk for anybody or a coronation for either jeb bush or hillary clinton if both of them get the nomination. >> i'm sure that you saw what we all saw and that was her scooby van scooting by the senior citizen, people in wheelchairs, waiting to see her at the entrance, you know, to this everyday american that she wants to talk to. she blows by them and later that day, her van scooby van parks in a handicap spot. this woman should be better than that. >> well, certainly the handicap spot, that was ridiculous. but the point still is, look, all these announcement tours
9:07 pm
are -- you know, you look at ted cruz, goes to liberty university where it's a forced attendance convocation. many in the crowd were rand paul supporters, but he gets to go out there and look presidential with a massive crowd. she chose to have a small, intimate discussion with people about jobs and education. that's what she wanted to present. >> joe, you know you opened the door on that one. she chose to speak to a smaller crowd that they interviewed, they rehearsed and they drove to the event while be blew by the senior citizens in the wheelchairs. >> no, no, and i'm sure ted cruz practiced over and over in front of a mirror before he walked out at liberty university. it's what a president -- this is how -- you know, i'm sorry, but if people think there's not a facade to all these presidential campaigns and their events and
9:08 pm
that she's the only one that's doing this? that's just not reality. >> okay. joe, two issues. number one, you know, she just comes out with things that aren't true. that should be a bother for the commander in chief, the wannabe commander in chief. but do you think it's almost like americans don't expect honesty from politicians? >> absolutely. i don't think -- you know, i keep hearing people talk about, oh, they don't think hillary clinton's honest or trustworthy. name a politician in either party that people think -- that's running for president, in particular, that people think is honest and trustworthy. they don't the politicians, they don't trust washington. no, that's why half the senators that are running are running away from -- look, senator rand paul doesn't use the term "senator" anymore. he's now dr. rand paul. i'm not getting into his trustwo point. but why? because he knows there's an
9:09 pm
inherent distrust of anything that says washington or politician. >> all right. give the fact that -- and we're coming up against a break now, but given the fact that she's wanted to talk to everyday americans and kind of keep the press out of it, making them chase her scooby van. by the way, do you know why it's called a scooby van. >> the press is ridiculous. >> she's ridiculous she didn't go to the entrance she was supposed to. but why are they calling it a scooby van? >> no idea. do you know? >> i have no idea. >> i don't either. >> but the last question i want to ask you is given that it hasn't worked so well, joe, with everyday americans that she picked, maybe she ought to stand in front of, you know, crowds and take questions. she's a smart woman. right? >> i absolutely think that you're going to see her, you know, doing town halls, a lot of -- with real people talking going throughout iowa. she has to do that. she has to show that she wants this and she's ready to fight for it. >> that's right. and that she's not going to be
9:10 pm
coronated. joe trippy, good to be with you. in the race for the gop presidential nompation is heating up. all the major candidates gathered in new hampshire this weekend for the first in the nation republican leadership summit. the first major event held since hillary clinton announced her candidacy as a republican hopefuls taking shots at the presumptive democratic nominee. take a look at some of the highlights. >> people ask me, what's the worst thing going on in washington, is it obama care, what the president has done to immigration or war powers? and i say, frankly, it's all of the above but the category i would lump it all under is that the separation of powers is collapsing. this is one of the most disappointing things about partisan politics is democrats just side with the president. they're not going to stand up to him on immigration because they like what he did. i think you should stand up to him even if you agree with what he did because you can't have a president who just creates the law on his own.
9:11 pm
look around the world today. it is in chaos. and every region of this planet. from asia or china today who is literally building islands to stake out its illegitimate claims in the south china sea, to the middle east where it's now more unstable than ever. where the spread of radical jihadist groups and iran moving full steam ahead in their hegemonic intentions. none of these problems can be solved without america. and we have a president that's eviscerated our military capabilities and withdrawn america from the world because he believes we're the cause of these problems, not the solutions to these problems. >> the american people are anxious. they're filled with anxiety, not anger. they're worried about their country and they should be. the reason for that is absolutely feckless leadership by the president. >> this president has made it a practice to lead from behind.
9:12 pm
that's not leading at all. he's shown through six years that wishing the problems away does not make us more safer, does not make us more secure. america must lead. and ironically the best way to avoid war is prepare for it. i believe a strong america is good for america but also good for the world. >> hillary clinton must not be president of the united states. i was asked this morning on fox news whether a woman's hormones prevented her from serving in the oval office. not that we have seen examples out there of a man's judgment being clouded by hormones including in the oval office. hillary clinton must not be president of the united states because she does not have a track record of accomplishments because she lacks the candor and the transparency that are so necessary to leadership and because she will pursue a set of policies that crush
9:13 pm
possibilities and the potential of this great nation. >> i'm starting to worry that when hillary clinton traveled there's going to need to be two plane, one for her and her entourage and one for her baggage. i'm concerned that the plane with the baggage is really getting heavy and teetering. >> this is the first president in the post world war ii era that does not believe that america's presence in the world as a leader and america's power in the world is a force for good. we need a president that does not disrespect our friends like israel and tries to cater to our enemies like iran. >> imagine a president who stands with our allies, whether it is the uk or france, and we all remember just a few months ago seeing over 40 world leaders walking arm in arm in solidarity with france against radical islamic terrorism and where, oh, where, oh, where, was the united states of america? you know, if only the terrorists

developing tonight, a motorcycle-riding suicide bomber attacked a bank today in afghanistan killing more than 30 people and wounding over 100. the country's president said isis claimed responsibility for the attack. the terror group now holds a third of iraq and syria in its self-declared caliphate. and it continues to expand. fox news military analyst colonel david hunt joins me now. good evening, colonel. now they're in afghanistan. the taliban denied involvement and condemned them. but what does that tell you? they're moving to afghanistan now? >> it means to me that the war we declared on isis isn't working. they've gained territory. >> yes. >> we've got 3,000 soldiers back
9:19 pm
in iraq. 9 million dollars a day. we're not really bombing as much as we can. >> how are we spending $9 million a day and doing four or five sorties or whatever? >> to support 3,000 soldiers and aircraft carriers and everything else, that's about the price tag. the point is it isn't working. they're not stopping isis. they're getting more territory in iraq and syria and moving to afghanistan. >> but let's talk about iraq. we keep hearing about ramadi. we're getting it. isis is getting it. the iraqis are getting it. what is the significance of ramadi? what is that all about? >> the center of al anbar province, but more importantly isis is gaining territory while we're bombing them which means the bombing we're doing isn't working. >> so they start out, isis, as a jv team. then the big united states comes in and they're getting bigger. they're getting bigger than before. now, what i found amazing was
9:20 pm
that martin dempsey said that ramadi that you just talked about doesn't make a difference. and john mccain then comes out and he says something that was stunning. he said that martin dempsey is one of the reasons that we're in this situation we're in today because of his lack of either knowledge or candor, honesty, about the situation and he's done great damage. wow. >> this is the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff. >> right. >> the senior chairman of the military who has made a statement like he did which says ramadi's not important. brick and mortar not important. just killing isis, but it's embarrassing that he would say that. the chairman is a political animal anyways, but this is beyond the pale. we're in trouble with the way we're running this campaign. and the chairman of the joint chiefs of staff can't be in this denial and a senator with a combat record of mccain saying these things about the charl, unbelievable. >> mccain, a military guy himself, prisoner of war and all
9:21 pm
that, he would be in favor of someone who is the chairman of the joint chiefs. but this isn't the first time that dempsey has said things that don't make sense. is he more a politician or a military guy? >> the majority of the chairmen are more politicians than military. you can't say that a major city in iraq, that we're bombing to protect is about to fall and suggest it's not important. it's crazy. >> it is. we've got iraq, we've got syria, afghanistan. let's move to yemen. obama's success story, that counterterrorism success story. al qaeda is making moves, what is requesting on there? >> iran has become the big superpower in the middle east. yemen is a failed state along with countries like iraq, which is a failed state, syria and libya.
9:22 pm
you almost have all of north africa going or gone. but yemen is important because there's nothing there. there's no infrastructure. >> now, there's a new report by fox's own james rosen and it's stunning. he says that iran has been receiving roughly $700 million a month, almost $10 billion in the last year in assets unfrozen by the u.s. and its partners. so $10 billion in a year that iran's getting and that's before we actually list all of the sanctions before they sign. >> we have to remember how bad this is. iran supports hezbollah and hamas, two terrorist organizations. they're in the middle of supporting syria and they're in the middle of supporting iraq. this is again a superpower that we've just given $10 billion to to do what they will. we can't follow that money. we're not able to track it. by the way, there's more to follow. >> of course. >> but this is unheard of, unbelievable that we would
9:23 pm
supply this kind of money to a country like iran that is a terrorist state. no question. >> we've never done anything like this before. colonel david hunt, thank you for being with us. >> you're welcome. >> prostitute and drug cartels, oh, my, but the dea chief said she can't fire those involved in sex parties. is she kidding? in congressman tray dowdy next.

live from america's news headquarters, i'm patricia stark. isis is claiming responsibility for a bombing in a bank in eastern afghanistan that killed at least 35 people. a government spokesperson says someone on a motorcycle set off the device in a crowd of soldiers and civilians waiting to get their monthly salaries. as many as 125 people were injured. the attack marks a major escalation of isis violence in
9:28 pm
his country. investigators are still on the scene after a gas line exploded yesterday in central california injuring 11 people, three of them critically. the explosion caused a massive fire with flames reaching feet into the air. a front-end loader was at the scene but it's not clear if it was in use at the time of the explosion. pacific gas and electric company crews hope to have repairs completed tonight. i'm patricia stark. and now for my second opening statement. this week the house oversight committee held hearings on something so crazy it sounds like it's ripped from the pages of a bad spy novel. drug enforcement administration agents engaging in sex parties paid for by the very drug cartels that they were investigating. and not only were they not fired, some of them got bonuses and promotions. now, dea chief michelle lionhart
9:29 pm
testifying before that committee says that she doesn't have the power to simply fire those agents. >> i don't recommend the sanction. i can't fire, i can't lem a penalty. >> you have to work with agents over whom you can't discipline and you have no control and you have no control over the security clearance, what the hell do you get to do? >> that was congressman trey gowdy firing back at leon hart over her uselessness. stick around, congressman gowdy himself will be my next guest. back to the issue. they found that sex parties with prostitutes were funded by the local drug cartels and they took place over a period of years and that the dea agents' weapons, computers and smartphones were protected by those cartels during the sex parties. protected by the cartels? what? were they watching over them to make sure they worked properly when the agents needed them in
9:30 pm
the next drug bust? or more likely were they using that time to copy files from computers, clone the cell phones and make sure the weapons may be were not in top working order? you would think that after the 2012 secret service hooker hoedown, that this leonhart woman, clearly not a lion hart and more along the lines of a lois lerner would have done more about the issue, which she has long known about. congressman jason chacin says look the other way leonhart tried to sweep it under the rug. the inspector general found note worthy that they did not investigate the prostitutes and though those investigations were closed prematurely. no surprise given that leonhart claimed she couldn't do anything and couldn't even explain under the civil service rules what she
9:31 pm
could and couldn't do. why someone this incompetent would be running the drug enforcement administration is lost on me. this scandal not only speaks to her lack of a moral compass but also to her lack of a backbone. most of women i know in law enforcement, especially the ones in charge, are some of the toughest broads out there. but this wimp says she can't fire, she can't discipline, she can't take away their security clearances, but what she can do is build on and improve. build on and improve what? get better quality hookers? a real leader would know those agents are in jeopardy, that any cartel paying a prostitute to sleep with a cop is not doing it for public relations. they're doing it to get information, to stop cops from doing their job or simply to kill them. and a leader in charge of an agency who has known about this for years and allowed the
9:32 pm
premature closing of these investigations, who really wanted to make a difference would go to congress and get the law changed. but then again, the law didn't need to be changed. take a look at behavior that allows for punishment up to firing. don't you think that cavorting with cartel hookers would fall under conduct unbecoming a dea employee? or disrespectful or unprofessional conduct? or improper association with a convicted felon or persons connected with criminal activity? or unprofessional off-duty conduct? really? so we had lois lerner at the irs, julia pearson at the secret service, and now michelle leonhart at the dea. how do these people get into these power positions? look, i was a d.a., i ran an office. i had an assistant d.a. take a county car, get in an accident, leave the scene of the accident
9:33 pm
with someone he shouldn't have been with in first place. i didn't need anybody's permission. i didn't look at the law. the behavior was unprofessional. it reflected poorly on me and my office so i fired him. you're in law enforcement, there's a standard. if you violate the standard, there must be consequences. and if cowardly leonhart doesn't have the guts to do it, the ability to recognize the dangers of this behavior, then not only should she be fired without a pension but we ought to get our money back. and that's my second open. tell me what you think on my facebook and twitter page. # justice open. and earlier i spoke with benghazi select committee chair congressman trey gowdy about this and more. take a look. congressman gowdy, thanks so much for being here. this week the house oversight committee held a hearingen the gross incompetence in the de dea. i have to tell you that i was somewhat shocked but even more shocked by michelle leonhart who
9:34 pm
is the top dog at the dea. does this woman know what she's doing? >> if she does, she didn't prove it during our hearing. i do give credit to the chairmen. judge, you used the word law enforcement and i used to work with law enforcement. and i take no great joy in having a conversation with any law enforcement agent like the one we had this week, but it was necessary that law enforcement enjoys special privileges and powers and rights in our so it and with that comes a corresponding responsibility and to allow the drug cartel that, by the way, you are supposed to be investigating, to provide prostitutes to you and suffer the meager consequences that these agents suffered is really impossible to explain. >> well, you know, congressman, what's even worse is that apparently the cartel took custody or possession of their phones and their laptops and their weapons and all this stuff when the men were having sex with the prostitutes.
9:35 pm
what do you think they were doing with that stuff, protecting it? >> no, ma'am, i think they were accessing information or certainly they had an opportunity to do so, but how's the prosecution going to go? that's how you investigate folks with an eye towards prosecuting them. you have to extradite them, then prosecute them. how is that going to go when the agents investigating these cartel leaders are availing themselves of prostitutes? the other issue, judge, is are the prostitutes under able? were they the victims of human trafficking? it runs so counter to everything that we want out of our law enforcement, and then to not be able to lose your security clearance -- and you may remember that point in the hearing where she said she can't fire them. and she can't revoke their security clearances, and she's supposed to be the head of the dea. >> what's even worse. when you say you can't prosecute them. or how do you prosecute them with this kind of trail? they're not going to be
9:36 pm
prosecuted because they're going to be extorted. it's very simple. there will be no prosecution. before i get into the human trafficking and the under age and all the great questions you ask about these young women who were having sex with the dea agents, my concern is this woman leonhart who heads the drug enforcement administration, all right, she's known about this for years. this is the one area, according to the inspector general where they kind of short shrifted it, shoved it under the carpet, then she says, i can't fire, i can't transfer, i can't suspend. the woman is stupid, okay, congressman, i'll say it, the woman is stupid. i ran a d.a.'s office. you ran a d.a.'s office p you were a local state's attorney. since when are they not able to fire someone or put the mechanism in place? >> you're right. that's why jason chaffetz immediately after that hearing published a letter which says they have no confidence in her, which is tantamount to saying
9:37 pm
she ought to be replaced. >> this woman knew about it for years and she did nothing about it and now she says she can't do anything about it, why does this woman have to have a job? if you're going to be in law enforcement, you have to be a tough broad. you have to do this, this, and this. i've fired people for getting into an accident, using a county car, then cavorting around with women. i just fire them. i don't care what the law is. law enforcement, there's a certain standard we expect from them. why does this woman still have a job? does this speak to the obama administration and their refusal to have any kind of moral compass at all in their agencies? >> the last hearing we had that went similar to this one was the head of the secret service. she was replaced almost immediately. if anyone in the administration watched this hearing, i think they'll make the conclusion that they probably would benefit from a change in leadership which is exactly what jason and mr.
9:38 pm
cummings called for. i would not take a job where i had to keep employees that engage in this kind of conduct. and to your point, i think what you do is you fire them, then you let them carry the burden of per situation before whatever board they need to appear before, to say that they were unjustly terminated. but to give people paid vacation for doing what these agents did, then having to have the inspector general being the one to expose it because you didn't do it yourself, we all deserve better regardless of who is in charge of the administration. >> it wasn't just paid vacations. they got bonuses and promotions. let's talk about the dea. hillary clinton is supposed to give you an answer on whether she will appear before your committee. i won't even ask you if you'll subpoena her. >> our committee is not a standing committee, as you know. it's a select committee. we have to operate within the rules. i have the ability to subpoena people and documents. the house as a whole may get to
9:39 pm
where it subpoenas the server. but it's only as good as the power to compel. let's assume boehner writes that out tomorrow and she and her attorney do not comply. >> you're not going to hold her in contempt, is that what you're saying. >> what happens in the past when we hold people in contempt. it's referred to the u.s. attorney. he won't even prosecute lois lerner. it's the limitations of the legislative branch. what i want is access to the information and the documents. i don't want the legal drama. if i can be uncharacteristically courteous and give her an extra two weeks and get what i want, i'd rather did that than go through the drama with a floor fight. because i know with fast and fuhr qulus and the irs and these other investigations, we wind up in court and three years before a judge decides to give us an answer. and people have lost interest and their attention has moved on to something else. i want the information. i do not want the theatrics and
9:40 pm
the drama. >> let me just say that there are a couple of people very important there. you have huma abedin. and you have him saying not to talk to chaffetz. my fear is that scooby-doo and the scooby-doo van are going to take over what should be a very important issue for the american people to understand. >> and i'll tell you, judge, that i think the american people are fully engaged because they have really high expectations of their public officials. if we can carry the burden of persuasion, which is an easy burden. that america should have access to the entire public record of anyone who has been secretary of state, whether secretary clinton, powell or rice, those document belong to us. and she doesn't get to be the
9:41 pm
sole arbiter of what's public and personal. i think the public will wind up being on our side and they expect her to come and answer some pretty he squllegitimate questions. >> from your lips to god's ears and the public does understand how important this is. i want to thank you, congressman trey gowdy for being with us today. >> yes, ma'am, thank you. an amazing story of survival. how one vet's fight to adopt his military dog changed both of their lives.
9:45 pm
boy: once upon a time, there was a nice house that lived with a family. one day, it started to rain and rain. water got inside and ruined everybody's everythings. the house thought she let the family down. but the family just didn't think a flood could ever happen. the reality is, floods do happen. protect what matters. get flood insurance. call the number on your screen to learn more. welcome back to "justice." veterans and their military dogs have an unbreakable bond. together they save lives and serve our country with honor and distinction. but sadly, many of these service dogs are being left behind in war zones. earlier, i spoke with a retired

marine and an organization working to reunite these vets with their award dogs. take a look. i am here with sena and dr. robert ga robin ganzer, along with jeff deyoung who is a veteran who served in afghanistan. sena, we're going to talk about you, so let's focus. take about the history of the ama and how you get connected to these military dogs. >> american humane association was founded back in 1877. now a hundred years later we're the advocate for war dogs. >> i'm sitting here with a war dog. i understand that you have recently been to congress because the dogs that our military men and women serve with end up staying in a war zone where their handler stays or comes home. you went to capitol hill to try to make sure that the dogs would be able to go home with their handler. >> absolutely. we recognize these dogs are

working dogs, but when they're retired, we want to make sure that these dogs are transferred back to u.s. soil for their retirement. >> jeff, you were in the marines. sena was your dog. you came home without your dog. you say that you suffer from ptsd. >> me and sena spent every waking minute together. we shared food, water and slept together in holes. we were very instrumental in the warfare together. everything i witnessed he witnessed. when i came home and was abruptly separated with him, everything i had to do at that point in time i had to do on my own. i no longer had my support system, which was sena. >> and sena, i understand also suffers from ptsd. >> he suffers from it heavily. i can tell. he has a lot of nightmares, doesn't like crowded rooms. he relies heavily on my output of the situation. play with his ear, tell him everything is okay. he trusts that, just as i trust

his outlook and his opinion on most areas and expertise. >> you're frustrated, you come home, sena is still in a war zone. and you want your dog back. what happened? >> i actually spent four years away from him. i kept trying to contact -- he's a contractor dog. i kept trying to contact the company. they refused to answer my e-mails. during that time period, i had gotten a whole lot of separation anxiety from it and i used to actually go to the pet store to pet black labradors, my missed him so much. >> this is when you come in and say the law says the dogs may be returned. you want to change that so they must be returned home with a handler. where are you with that? >> we were on capitol hill all week. we're moving it forward. but we have two more weeks to make sure it gets in this year's version of a national defense authorization act. >> what would you say to people in terms of making them understand how important it is not just in terms of what you've done for us. you put your life on the line for us and so did sena.
9:49 pm
but what do you say to people who try to make it clear to them that this is very little to ask for in exchange for what you've given? >> it is one word that we were trying to change. while that one word has a substantial meaning. >> made to shell. >> yes, that one word being changed will provide u.s. veterans with peace of mind, comfort and ability to sleep tonight. just like me and sena now have. for four years i couldn't sleep. i couldn't even handle my own children due to crying due to issues overseas that happened. >> how did you get sena back? >> i actually -- i tried it one last time. i had contacted the company. and they finally responded and after dozens of e-mails, i received a phone call and they asked if i wanted to adopt him. of course i said yes. and now the problem was getting him home. and i wasn't financially able. so i reached out to robin ganzer of the aha and they graciously paid for everything. i'm always in her debt for that.
