custody in minneapolis and san diego as part of a terrorism investigation into young men being radicalized. investigators saying those arrested overnight did not have any active plans to target people in the u.s. the u.s. attorney's office and the fbi are planning to announce details about the suspects at 10:30 this morning. 28 other americans have been arrested this year trying to take the terrorist group. >> appears to slow the mass slaughter of ethiopian christians in libya. kelly wright is the latest on this disturbing story. how is the white house responding? >> we are going to get into that in a moment. right now u.s. officials are analyzing the video for confirmation. but it is a chilling clip proertedly showing ethiopian christians being executed.

incursions happen along the white lawn of the white house. it is right along pennsylvania avenue there. this one is unusual it happened right along the south lawn. it is not the only big incident around here that's raising a lot of questions about security in the nation's capitol. the white house fence may not be easy to climb yet somehow people keep scaling it even over the points that are already there at the top of the fence. there's no indication this fence jumper made it very far. this comes in the wake of a number of high profile security breeches in the nation's capitol. one man made it already inside of the white house. a second row of temporary ber kadz barricades has been added. they unveiled plans. they looked at the fence here and all of these existing points are determined if they ooededadded more spikes here between each of these points they would be able to stop more people from jumping. this has been a long time coming. it's not clear how long it will take to modify the fence.
