interview with saudi arabian's women's rights activists. "hannity" starts right here right now. >> welcome to "hannity" tonight. shocking new allegations with the clintons to help broker a deal that has turned over 20% of america's uranium supply to the russians. "the new york times" started to dig a little deeper into some of the books finding and what the book found was in exchange for russian money, key players involved in the deal donated millions of dollars to the clinton foundation and paid bill clinton a $500,000 speaking fee. quote, russian nuclear energy
7:02 pm
conquers the world. no one has produced a shred of evidence that hillary clinton ever took action as secretary of state in this. here now to help us unfold a lot more in this "hannity" big board experience is my guest. let's go back to 2005. clinton takes a trip to kazakhstan. >> right. >> on this trip he's with a guy who donated millions of dollars to the clinton foundation. >> right. >> they had secured mining rights to three specific mines.
7:03 pm
explain. >> that opened the door to this ownership that has allowed the russians to corner the market on uranium here in the united states. the problem i see for hillary clinton is think about at the beginning of the clinton administration. aides signed a memorandum of understanding that there would be no donations from foreign governments, but bill clinton's speaking engagements, there would be a heads-up or some sort of vetting going on. they promised all kinds of transparency and didn't deliver on it approximate. >> it was a memorandum of transparency. that's a big deal. i would assume they're going to go sideways. >> right. the memorandum of understanding was trying to make sure there wouldn't be conflicts of interest like this. the key here is the money going
7:04 pm
to the foundation and then hillary clinton had to sign off on this deal that allowed the russians to corner the market. there are other officials involved. this was administration policy. obviously, this is just scratching the surface. >> uranium one ends up buying four mines -- in four states mines which account for 20% of your our uranium production. >> this is clearly part of putin's strategy to get more uranium. now you see these series of events. they're trying to insist -- look you can't connect all these dots and you have to say the author of the book "clinton cash" hasn't connected all the dots.
7:05 pm
here's what i found so far with the donations and certain actions. can you connect the dots? that's where she is still not fully exposed yet because it has not been proven that some law was broken. >> we're talking about tens of millions of dollars with people associated with this uranium deal. the russians own 51% of a company that has 20% of uranium assets in the united states. let's fast forward to 2009 and 2013. >> that's where it went through the administration. what officials tell us is there are at least different officials that had to sign off on it. the key is one of those officials was hillary clinton, secretary of state. there's been this talk about the
7:06 pm
colombia colombian trade deal. what her campaign says is look this was a position in favor of the colombian trade deal to get in line with president obama and his administration right? in the case of this other deal she's making the decision. >> why if the russians have a financial interest at 17% of 20% of u.s. uranium assets according to estimates, would they want to take over 51% of the company? that was signed off on. why would anybody at any point in time ever do that knowing that uranium could be used -- the importance as it relates to nuclear weapons and on top of that "the new york times" story did break this point.
7:07 pm
yellow cake uranium did leave the u.s. and make it into canada, at least canada. >> as a senator, hillary clinton was very skeptical of these kinds of deals for some of the reasons you just laid out. she has a lot more explaining to do. she took two or three questions the other day in new hampshire. >> why, two or three? how many has she taken in total? >> two or three on the trail. iowa and new hampshire. the answers were basically this is a distraction. it was not answering these kinds of questions directly. she had a news conference to deal with the e-mail scandal. >> the server is buried with jimmy hoffa. >> you have that story bubbling and now you have this bubbling. she's going to have to have
7:08 pm
another news conference soon. >> as we head over to our desk joining us now with reaction to this is the host of "justice" with judge jeanine pirro. when we don't have enough uranium in the hands of the russians in a deal that benefits the clinton foundation bill clinton personally and the fact that this in her mind didn't send off alarm bells, i need to tell people is a big problem for me. >> well you know what? you're saying it didn't send off alarm bells, but it all makes sense to me sean? >> why? >> there was no reporting of all this. she agreed to that memo of understanding when she became secretary of state. she has to amend her tax returns. we can't get the server.
7:09 pm
do you think this is all connected? all this takes a prosecutor with the fbi to say we're going to connect the dots here. we have this intertwining of the money to the foundation, money to bill clinton, deals with russia canada iran is in some of the other deals, and we have this veil of secrecy from a woman who says she is the most transparent person and she is everyday people. >> what is the proper description of this? is this the pay to play scheme a pry ma fascia case of corruption influence pedaling? >> you can call it influence pedaling. you can call it a shell game. you can call it a conspiracy. you can call it tampering with
7:10 pm
evidence. you can call it with whatever you want. now the e-mail server is very relevant because now the proof is not available unless you have someone at the other end talking about it. just like they didn't report a lot of the income to the foundation we have to look at canada and their tax returns to find out how much money was coming in. >> was hillary clinton here willing to put our national security at risk for the financial benefit of her foundation and the benefit of her family? >> i can't answer that question but it really looks that way. why are you engaged in this kind of thing? why do you have this foundation? start a foundation. we'll get money in. we'll wheel and deal all the time. bill is making a half a million dollars for a speech involved -- >> which is more than what he usually got. >> but this interconnection
7:11 pm
between the foundation and their personal wealth and the removal of any kind of transparency is what criminals do. >> so we have $2.35 million in one case and what was it 30-plus million dollars in another case? >> with a promise of 100 to come. >> he's at a big event with this guy, and they're raising 16 million in promises that night with 100 to come. >> right, right. you have issues at the other end with kazakhstan. bill clinton is saying this is the greatest thing since sliced bread when our policy is anti-that president because he is anti-human rights. the kazakhstan government agrees to approve the deal from canada. >> politically, she's not informing the obama administration despite the memory rarandum

7:17 pm
we give away our nuclear arsenal. then refiling taxes is an admission of some sort of guilt, the guilt being they haven't been telling the truth. in this new filing they're going to admit finally to accepting foreign government. that was not in previous irs tax filings. i think it makes hillary look dishonest and the polls happen to reflect this. >> let's go to the latest poll. would you say that hillary clinton is honest and trustworthy? 54% say no. 38% say yes. if i said i wanted to run for office and i showed you that number -- >> i did try to get you to run. >> that would be a big red flag saying don't run.

7:20 pm
that not just don't treat women well. they oppress women. anytime hillary has been an employer she has paid women less than men. the idea of her as a champion for women or girls is entirely bogus. that's the underpinning of her candidacy. >> the clintons have gotten away with more than anybody could have anticipated, but this has been less than two weeks since she made the announcement. we have the server issue and the chipotle issue and now this issue. i doubt this issue is going away anytime soon. the release of this book isn't coming out until may 4th. where does this go politically? >> the clintons have a very unique trait among humans in

i don't think she has a prayer. she has the"the new york times" on her now. >> everyone that i know who knows elizabeth warren says she is deeply frustrated in the u.s. senate. >> last question goes to roger. roger, you've been following the nature of bill's relationship with jeffrey epstein. this might be a huge problem. >> the judge in the civil case regarding the epstein non-prosecution agreement essentially released or i should say declassified all of the documents involving the plea negotiations. we're rooting through that to see if the clintons are involved. that bombshell is still out this. >> i heard a rumor.
