the man at the certainty of it all freddie gray. revealing he had a head injury that was consistent with a bolt in the back of the police van. >> we have live team coverage where an overnight curfew lifted moments ago. we start with jackie i bebanez breaking down the investigation. >> the medical examiner found freddie gray's injury came after he ran from police and was arrested. wjla said he broke his neck slamming into the police transport van a cut on his head said to match a bolt inside of the vehicle. what is still not clear is what sent gray crashing into the back of the van. police was said he was handcuffed but not wearing a seat belt. these details coming the same day the investigation was handed over to the state's attorney office to decide whether charges will be file against 6 officers. they are revealing the van carrying gray may have stopped

on the 40 minute ride to the police station that was not originally reported. it came after the van stopped and he was put in leg irons. they are not elaborating on the sequence of events or other findings in the report. >> i wish we were able to tell everyone that had happened. we turned over the entire investigative files today to the state's attorney's office. we can't comment further on that. >> baltimore's mayor is bringing race into the investigation. >> we will get justice for freddie gray if with the nation watching three black women at three different levels can't get justice and healing for this community you tell me where we are going to get it. >> those comments referencing state's attorney marilyn mosby and loretta lynch who iswhose office is investigating gray's death. they asked the public to be patient while they review the

findings. >> the curfew in baltimore lifted moments ago at 5:00 a.m. after another tense night. peter dos ee is live as police are bracing for another busy weekend. peter? >> that's because the police have now finished their investigation into the final hours of freddie gray's life. they have turned over all of their interviews and evidence and videos to the prosecutor's office. now it is going to be up to her to figure out if any of the six officers involved in this case should be charged. we are always searching for the truth. >> she is skillful she is smart. she will apply the law and come to her conclusions. >> now the focus shifts to the weekend here. all of the upset people in this city who may not have had a chance to demonstrate yet because they have been at work. so far the curfew enforced the

national guard has been effective at tamping down violence and injuries to officers as well as property damage. there are two huge rallies scheduled in baltimore for saturday and sunday. that curfew we are told isn't going anywhere. police officials say they want to make sure people understand they are following up on all of the reports about these different big rallies. they are planning accordingly. there was a huge rally in philly last night. that one focused more on problems with the police on police injustice rather than justice for freddie gray. we have seen many of the complaints here morphing into more general complaints as well. but every development in it the gray case serves the crowd. that is something to keep an eye on. >> peter i have a quick question for you. the 100 police officers injured were they injured as a result of them being told to stand down? >> we don't have any results of

thermostats even your coffee maker the activity tracker you wear on your risk and door locks have a way to gather private information about you. baby monitors with cameras as well as home security cameras use your home wi-fi network which can be hacked. thermostat's monitor when you are home and when you are not. coffee maker the one in the kitchen shares your brewing habits with the device's manufacturer. activity trackers on your watch they send data unencrypted so they can use a gps device to know when you are not home. researchers were able to hack into wi-fi connected door locks to gain access. consumer reports says if you don't like the idea of a personal data being taken read and understand it's in the legal jargon. some devices have settings which allow you to turn off some of the software that collects the data. the easiest thing, don't buy connected devices.
