>> we sure do. first, we are going to turn to heather. she has an laeert on the missin marine helicopter. breaking news coming in overnight. the wreckage of that u.s. military cop ter that had vanished in nepal while giving aid to earthquake victims. it has been found. they said there is no chance for survivors. three bodies have been recovered, six u.s. marines and two local soldiers were on board when that helicopter disappeared on tuesday. radio chatter suggests that there was some type of fuel problem. this information coming in overnight. we'll bring you more as we get it. the islamic state releasing new audio they kram is from their leader e was reportedly severely injured during a u.s. air strike back in march. the recording features a voice said that sounds like his and calling for more recruits and saying islam was never a

religion of peace but a religion of fighting. the audio has yet to be confirmed mystery surrounds the death of four people found in a burning home in an upscale washington, d.c. neighborhood, northwest washington. investigators calling the fire highly suspicious. that fire burning not far from vice-president joe biden's home. the couple with three children lives in that house. investigators are trying to track the movements of a blue porsche that disappeared from that home yesterday morning and was later found abandoned hours after that fire. police say there is no sign of forced entry. another drone goes up over our nation's capital just one block from the white house. it lands the pilot in handcuffs. secret service agents commanded a guy to land his small drone, which he did but he was still arrested for violating the area's no drone zone. he was given a citation. this is the latest in a string of recent breaches. just weeks ago, a postal worker land thad gyrocop ter thingy on

found in a mangled meadow of that car. all 238 people on board have now been accounted for. the tracks are now being accounted for and service on this very busy line should be partially or fully restored which monday morning. on a political front here at home, jeb bush had a week in which he came public. saturday, he recorded the interview with megyn kelly and it airs on monday and tuesday. one question everybody focused on was his answer to the question which he really misunderstood. knowing that there were no weapons of mass destruction, would you have still authorized going into iraq. he originally said yes and walked back a couple of times and finally got it right. listen listen. >> knowing know what you would have done? >> i would not have engaged and not have gone into iraq. that is not to say that the world is safer, because saddam hussein is gone. it is significantly safer.

from his car. that powerful protest now forcing the school to back pedal on their policy and make an exception for the american flag. james crump was at the demonstration and is the parent of a sophomore at the school there. he joins me now. james, when you heard that the school said initially, no flags can be on cars, because they might cause some sort of danger and they actually took it a step further and took one of those american flags off of a student's car, what was your reaction? >> my reaction was, i was very angry. my daughter told me about it when she got home from school. my problem was, first of all, they didn't have any business messing with the young man's truck. second of all we as americans has lost so much already. we didn't stand up for prayer. we lost prayer in school. we didn't stand up for the ten commandments. lost that in the courthouse. when you start to talk about the flag that so many has died for

and these students are willing to honor the flag, of course, us as parents are going to stand behind them. >> what was your reaction when the community jumped in with their response? >> i was blown away. i met the students at a parking lot around 7:45 that morning. i let them in to the school where they pulled in and the road across from the school was already packed with supporters from the community. parents have started well around 5:00 or 6:00 that morning. >> i look at that and i read some comments. there were veterans there, comments there, kids there. when you don't allow kids the chance to be patriots here and you go looking for them later on in life and wonder why, the answer is, when people shut down the american flag to be hire. i like your t-shirt. what is the message about allowing our schools to grow

what prompted that. was it a series of messages you were getting from 1600 pennsylvania avenue, lieutenant? >> this is a culmination of things i've been watching from the white house since this president took office, beginning when the cambridge police officer made an arrest of somebody he became acquainted with. he came out with negative comments about that officer. it's snowballed and gotten worse and worse up to including this last couple of weeks where unrest has been incredible. so, not only is it my feeling, but i have been contacted quite literally by thousands of law enforcement officers across the country about the feelings that they have. they are beleaguered. they believe they are under siege not just from people in the street, the people that are attacking them. you know, some people ask, is there really a war on cops? and that war exists. not only exists with the blood running in the streets where we

foolish to contribute to the clinton foundation for exactly the reason you see here. obviously, he worked for the clintons, it looks like he still has ties to the clintons and for a fellow who is supposed to be covering politics fairly and even handedly it raises question. the big engineer mistake is the failure to disclose. whatever you do, whatever relationships you have and a lot of us do, particularly if you've been around washington or politics for some period of time, a huge help is if you disclose to it the viewers, and for him to have an interview as he did with peter schweizer the author of the book, quite an extensive interview and talking about the foundation and taking the other side you haven't pointed out anything that the foundation did wrong and not to disclose the fact you have given $75,000 to the foundation, i think is a disservice to the viewers. so i think that was really the biggest mistake he made failing

welcome back. a fox news alert now. fatal final minute new questions this morning about the deadly amtrak derailment after new video on board reveals the train sped up moments before crashing. >> this as the engineer at the controls agrees to meet with investigators. >> here we go. rick leventhal live in philadelphia. >> reporter: after examining the data recorder the ntsb has determined amtrak 188 accelerated from 70 to 106 miles per hour. and in that 60 seconds before the engineer hit the emergency brake and that train derailed. what the data doesn't show is that the speed was increased manually by the engineer and that's one of the thing that investigators plan to ask him when they talk to him sometime in the next few days. investigators are talking to passengers including the three
