>> continuing now, late last year president obama signed an executive order for immigration for nearly 5 million illegal immigrants. wisconsin governor scott walker has a problem with that order. >> first i want to get your take on president obama, seems is going to legalize 5 million undocumented people. what do you think about this? he went from talking about audacity of hope to the power grab. the president of the united states can either sign it into law or he can veto it. no one person can make the law. what we hear now is that he's just tired of waiting and he's

going to do something no matter what the rules are. i think that is incredibly audacious. >> if he went through the proper channels would you vote for what he wants to do? give working papers to american citizens who came from other countries? >> right now, we shouldn't be doing in on this subject until we've secured our borders we put incredible amounts of money into securing airports and ports of entry in waterways we have a land bored yes we do very little not enough to protect not just against folks coming in with legal status but you've got organizations around the world that attack our way of life here having a border that

is not secured is a national security issue. congress shouldn't picking anything else up. >> the republican parties, some believe president obama is laying a trap to that. they have to react and might cutoff funds they might -- there is talk of impeachment and all of that. do you see the possibility that this is a trap being laid for the g.o.p. ? >> well i just think it's a power grab. this is a person the president of the united states said his policies were on the ballot we saw americans vote against those policies so now, instead of retreating and figuring out way to reach out to the parties, which i think a normal person would do in most instances they'd find a way to reach out and recognize the world of people, he's going in the opposite direction. not just in this point but larger principles saying there

is a separation of powers. >> why is he doing it? you know, you're right. if you wanted to work with the new congress he won't do this. he is doing it. so there is only one of two reasons. trying to bait the republican party into making a mistake, or he doesn't care. he's going to do what he wants. >> i think it's the latter. i think most americans can see this beyond just issue of immigration no matter where you stand on the issue of immigration, people realize the law should apply to every one. whether you agree or disagree the rule of law should apply to everyone. you can't just make the law, i think people see that. and what they should do is take him to court. it's pretty clear. >> do they have legal authority? >> he said he wasn't the emperor and now, all of a suddenly two

weeks after election he's talking about the very thing he said he was not legally able to do for many many months if not years. >> it just depends now, on boehner in the house, how he wants to react to it. finally you're i won't say a presidential contender, but certainly if you wanted to be you would get into that arena. with your reelection in wisconsin. something appeals to you? >> well i care deeply about my state and country. i think the next president should come out of the ranks of governor. there is a controft of the government knows best ideas we've seen versus i think the fresh new exciting ideas in the states that empower people and put taxpayers back in charge. i've been proud to be a part of that in wisconsin. >> yes. . >> i think whether it's any number of exciting governors out there offering a stark contrast to what we've seen out of

served on the foreign relations committee i chaired middle east subcommittee, i'm passionate and interesting in what's happening internationally. >> you're going to run on your credentials you're going to have to go after hillary clinton. where is she the weakest in your opinion? >> i think on judgment. i've been talking about the iraq war. we were both there in 2002 we made a huge mistake, one of the biggest in american history, and i did my home work. now, with 4,000 dead americans it's going to cost us $6 trillion, that shows a lack of judgment. now, we're hearing about the clinton foundation donations at the same time, she's making decisions that are just poor judgment. >> how to you process the foundation situation? eve it was contrived to make money for the clintons? do you believe any of those things?
