hillary clinton was aware the attack was planned by well-trained fighters. even as she continued to push the spontaneous attack narrative. >> fox news chief correspondent james rosen is here to break it all down for us this morning. >> in the 296 emails the state department uploaded often redacted, then secretary of state hillary clinton is seen receiving updates on the benghazi attacks for weeks after they claim the lives of u.s. ambassador libya chris stevens and three other americans. hit five sunday talk shows dismissing the idea it was a terrorist attack. jake sullivan wrote her to say he found words uttered by rice troubling. suggested the investigation into the attacks might reach a different conclusion. >> we know which embassies are more in danger than others. >> when patrick kennedy in charge of all state

premeditation at all. >> what difference does it make. >> the emails show cozy confidence between mills and matt olson then the head of the national counter terrorism center. olson had been the first to declare benghazi a terrorist attack after killings there. in november of 2012 he was privately emailing clinton's aide to tell her he thought hearings on benghazi were going fine. >> at the state department, james rosen, fox news. >> so much coming out on emails and some of the big take aways on all of it. it happened right in front of the holiday weekend. >> classic time. >> everyone is hitting the road and going down the beach for the memorial day weekend. among the big take aways there is this benghazi briefing on the morning of september 15th that now we know she slept in till about 10:45 that morning. >> she missed a very important security briefing. this is just days after your ambassador and three other innocent americans are killed.

you remember that infamous ad on the campaign trail when the flames were being thrown between obama and clinton clinton said that ':00 a.m. phone call when that red phone is ringing in the white house who do you want to be on the other end of the line a freshman senator or me? well look who is sleeping on the job now. >> nobody really talks about hillary clinton's age right now. it's kind of off limits. she would be the same age as reagan if she won and was sworn in. do you think people are going to start talking about her age when it turns out she is sleeping through important briefings when someone is saght outside her house in washington in the middle of the week almost 11:00 in the morning. >> she is traveling all over the world and jet lag and things come on this is days after a terrorist attack. >> another take away from this batch of emails was hillary clinton said nothing classified had been sent through her private email account. now, to be clear this particular document wasn't classified but it later was

classified. it later rose to the level of being classified. >> she didn't send it. somebody sent it to her. it still ended up on this server that she controlled that was not necessarily secure. >> went from unclassified to secret yesterday. now, also something that is raising eyebrows. she called the murdered security contractor chris smith instead of sean smith. it appears that she was mixing up the names of ambassador chris stevens and then sean smith. some say this is just, you know people make mistakes on names. others say you need to dot all your i's and cross all your t's when you talk about innocent lives being lost. >> remember, nothing that just came out is of anything of real concern to her because she has gone through every single email the personal stuff and work stuff and said you know what? i want to get rid of these forever and nobody is ever going to see them. these are okay. these are the in batch that she thought were okay for us to see. >> making everything seem like it's routine.

he yes i know the fbi is now involved in this, but this is just what happens on freedom of information acts when requests are made. here she is yesterday in new hampshire talking about this very thing. >> i'm glad that the emails are starting to come out. this is something that i have asked to be done as you know for a long time. and those releases are beginning. >> so, to peter's point right, this is stuff that they have gone through, they have sifted through to decide. republicans were hoping for a smoking gun. a lot of these things probably will come back to haunt her whether they are in ads or commentaries during debates. charles krauthammer says this is a farce. these documents were raked over by the clintons, there is nothing here. >> this whole release is a farce. what is being released now gowdy indicates is stuff that was scrubbed and cleansed and decided upon, chosen by her own people acting in her own interests rather than as should happen as the law requires to happen, and as happens

with others secretaries of state and other secretaries the choosing ought to be done with a people who have an obligation to the public. we are getting the cleaned up version. >> we are getting the sanitized version on benghazi and then later it will probably be the same thing about iraq and same thing about the family foundation. >> one more point about the emails, you know, she doesn't like to answer a lot of questions as we have seen but at some point she is going to have to answer to the green wing of her party, why in like 36 out of the 86 emails she is just sending something to somebody and say please print this out. >> she likes killing trees. >> we will have much more on a political debate moments on that. another store gripping d.c. you have heard about the murders of the d.c. mansion of the sawp plus family. new emails overnight what we know and what investigators are looking for. we had heard one individual,

darren wintd who was arrested this week. there may have been a second person helping him the entire time this family was tortured and then brutally murdered. >> this is what a court document is saying. the crimes in this affidavit required the presence and assistance of more than one person. >> if you think about how this thing unfolded over the time when they pulled these individuals over and you have this box truck in front of the other car. the police were -- the marshalls were following them for a long time until they got to a portion of the d.c. suburb that was quiet and didn't have a lot of people involved. two cars can boxed truck that had $10,000 cash inside of it and the other car that had two of the girls in it plus a brother also in this car. they were looking at those individuals now to find out if one of those people were involved. >> right, so initially there was had $0,000 that was demanded and employee of mr. saupolus brought that

by. the demonstration of this money is consistent with the denomination prior to the homicide. >> these documents revealing that there could have been more than one person involved. it fits with the neighborhood because the houses are very close together and there is always a lot of foot traffic whether somebody walking their dog or somebody going out to the mailbox to drop something off. the fact that these four people were also brutally murdered by now we think at least two people, it does seem to fit with the neighborhood. >> anna, especially over the time that they everywhere there pizza delivered to the house you have four people in this house. for one person to be in control of those four people for that entire time, you know it seems strange and if this police report is anything to go on right now. we are just getting more details about it. it seems that some people could have been watching

other members of the family at this time. we have discussion about that dna pulled off of the pizza, if it was thanks to that one pizza delivery that the d.a. was pulled off of the swabs we might not have even found this guy. >> other people were they hungry too: >> some other stories making headlines on saturday morning now. developing this morning brand new dash cam video showing the terrifying moment a plane crashes on atlanta highway killing four people heading to a college graduation. can you see the plane going down then seconds later thick black smoke rising. shortly after officer arrives at the scene finding the pilot up in flames. greg bird along with his two sons and one of their fiancees died. a preliminary report shows bird radioed in that he was having trouble gaining altitude. >> also overnight the senate blocking a house bill to end the nsa's bulk

emails was redacted by the fbi. she was emailing on a private server vulnerable hackers. we found out through said my blumenthal's private account which was hacked by romanian hacker and given to a russian mouth piece. this was a dangerous scenario and put the american people's interest at the expense of her own. >> how much does this but put a dent in hillary clinton's chances for 2016. >> her likability amongst the base is going up. i understand yes she should have used a state department server. let's be real the state department server was hacked a couple months ago itself. nothing to do with the fact that there is no coverup here. there is no smoke here. nothing at all. >> there is no coverup? >> no. where is the coverup. >> 32,000 deleted emails. that is in fact a coverup. >> what is she covering up?

instructor. good morning, brad, thanks for being with us. >> thanks for having me on this beaut weekend. >> v.a. being plagued with so many problems glad to hear something like this is being set up. how does the program work, brad? >> basically we have received funding for five years in order to increase the enrollment through the university of minnesota nursing school and we have -- are training 20 extra students a year to in veterans care and specializing in veterans health concerns so that we may have have those people not only in the v.a. but out in the community addressing the concerns of veterans as they encounter the healthcare system. >> and so this program has got $5.3 million in funding from the v.a. this is the first ever graduating class this may. 20 students per class. five of the 20 have taken positions at the v.a. you mentioned a specific health concerns for veterans. we hear a lot about ptsd,

brad what are the other big concerns. big health problems that these graduates are being trained to look for? >> well, we have really tried to broaden the experience of our graduates so that they address -- they work -- they have done some work in the homeless programs of the v.a. some in mental health clip nics as well as addressing some of the, you know, the physical concerns and the concerns of exposures, for example, based on really on the era of the -- when the veterans served. so, for example everyone is quite commonly known that agent orange is a concern of vietnam veterans and korean veterans kudos to the program for tending to our troops for sure. it appears -- it seems like it's a no dew moment -- duh other healthcare workers should be trained exactly the same way.

washington has everyone talking and new piece of information that has just come out about this brutal crime. >> the savopoulos family brutally murdered inside their mansion now investigators are believing that the suspect darron went did not act alone. we have documents. the crime described in this affidavit required the presence and assistance of more than one person. >> that's it because i spent some time in that neighborhood covering this story. by the way, i was there a week after the fire, it still smells like smoke just across the street from the house. the houses are all very close together and there is a lot of foot traffic and we now know that the three adults died of all sharp blunt force trauma but the young boy flich the 10-year-old also died of thermal trauma. more than one person involved. more than one cause of death. lots of people around. >> the face or faces of evil without a doubt.

and you remember as all of this was unfolding. we learned that an employee of mr. savopoulos brought by $440,000. that was one the demands being asked and it was met. well there was a box truck there at their -- as they are apprehending the suspect had had $10,000 cash inside. >> this money is consistent with the money that was delivered to the decedent's residence prior to the homicide. they were matching this money. court documents also give us this time line. to peter's point about the fire, the fact that they were able to find from that domino's pizza delivered at 9:00 p.m. on the phone at the time it was ordered from amy's phone, the wife's phone. and apparently she called and asked for the pizza to be delivered and put out front of the house and that she was nursing her child inside tell the so just leave it leave the money out front. leave the pizza on the front step. that's when the other member of the family called the housekeeper to find out what

was going on. >> yeah. savvas sawps wanted to make sure do not come to the house. >> all of this could have been held with this individual holding the phone, making these text messages making sure no one else showed up at the house at the time. in the morning no one answered and that's when the housekeeper's husband came to the house to find out what was going on. >> first housekeeper and then the other housekeeper received a text message again not to come. >> one drops off $40,000 at the house. and then the family's porsche goes missing around 10:30 in the morning the blue porsche. and then later it was found burned when it was -- the porsche was later seen burned far away from the house. >> and somebody now says that they saw the suspect' who is in custody they think, driving in that

porsche in northeast d.c. not very close to where this house was in a green construction vest. but the fact that now we are getting these specific detailed descriptions of the person and the porsche far away from the house and the police think that somebody elms was involved. it certainly -- it makes you wonder what else the police owe-something else that's interesting. so $40,000 gets dropped off by the time the fire department shows up. it's gone. they found $10,000 with the suspect who they have did somebody else have $30,000. do three other people have $10,000 each? did somebody, you know there is a lot. >> when they pulled them over because that truck had money, wads of cash shoved in the side of his car. so the money was not exactly being kept nicely in some sort of box. it seemed like it was being thrown around and used. we have much more then this story. details getting overnight from court documents. >> other stories making headlines this morning now.

there were multiple people involved in these murders. one of the things that bugs me seeing a lot of the news media saying. shootings and things like that. it's an investigation. the you release. the more you jeopardize the case. now that they have the the one suspect. it opens up a lot of doors towards evidence. you know. individual cell phone that can be examined to see text messages and things like that. crime not committed by one individual. in fact you typically don't do it with a stranger you met over a crack pipe. you look at accomplices and acquaintances of the individual. days leading up to it. maybe during the offense if they are in different parts of the house that can lead you to the other suspect: we know there was a pizza delivered and pizza delivery person was paid by money that was put in an envelope. we also know that the inhabitants of the house the family was all duct

taped into chairs and into the bed. the likelihood that envelope was handled by one or both of the perpetrators. obviously they will make efforts to find that envelope to locate it and try to find fingerprints and d.n.a. and things like that. >> also security cameras. >> absolutely. >> can you imagine? this is a very wealthy neighborhood. this family had two housekeepers it's that kind of neighborhood. likely cameras on other people's houses? >> other people's houses caught the vehicles coming and going. we know the family porsche was left at a church parking lot and burned. somebody unless he lived in the neighborhood somebody picked him up there or followed him there that will be examined. this is also the kind of case where they will examine very carefully the staff. i don't know how big of a staff they had for this household, but friends family staff members because there was some familiarity with the security system. in all likelihood, so you look at the possibility of an inside job. an inside participant. >> we don't have motive yet. >> the initial motive

period. starting with 6:00 p.m. on that may 13th night. >> that's the approximate time the suspect or suspects entered the home. then at 9:00 p.m. they got hungry and called dominos pizza to deliver a pepperoni pizza to him. which ultimately led him to him. >> the pizza guy said he received strange instructions. just leave the pizza and go. half an hour after the pizza came a different housekeeper gets a phone call from a flustered sounding man of the house saying my wife is sick don't come in tomorrow. but then you fast forward to the next morning, one of the housekeepers who never came home with no explanation, her husband showed up. knocks on the door. nobody answers. >> now remember the reason we say this whole time timeline seems strange for one person. you have four individuals you're trying to corral. you have a 10-year-old boy in the house as well as the

housekeeper, the wife and the husband. one person being able to do that. they're all duct taped and held at this point. all of the phone messages going back and forth, seemingly being handled by the individuals there, o coercing them to make the phone calls and texts. >> and i spent a lot of time in the neighborhood the past couple of days. the house is on a corner lot in a neighborhood with a lot of foot traffic where the houses are closer together. so it would be very difficult, you would think, for one person to go into a house where they did have a guard dog, according to one o f the housekeepers, and round up all four people and keep them so quiet and subdued for an entire evening, into the night, and then the next morning, with nobody hearing. >> also in that neighborhood peter, as you said there are multiple housekeepers at this house alone. that's the kind of neighborhood it is. very wealthy. so you presume that many of them have security cameras as well. judge alex was on earlier, and yes, the investigators are certainly trying to comb through

the video. >> one key component is the money. $40,000 dropped off at the house that evening by one of mr. savopoulos' employees. but the money then is still missing. 30,000 of it is still missing. when they pulled him over in the box truck, they only found $10,000. where are the other people? where is the rest of that money? that question is still unanswered this morning. >> and it does appear to be -- $10,000 appears to be part of the $40,000. court documents are saying it is in the same denomination. >> and they say others were involved and they're not saying how many they think were involved could it be $40,000 was split four ways and we have 10,000 of it? could it be this guy paid somebody off who helped him? we don't know a lot. but judge alex says he thinks the investigators have a much better idea about how many and who. >> right. you don't want to tip them off. and also saying it could be anned in job, knowing the

we just say memorial day. doesn't have anything to do with weather. we have a very chilly start this morning. we are going to warm up today. over the next few days it's going to get much much better. people staying off the beaches, probably out of the water off the northeast. here's your water temperatures across the eastern seaboard. it is very very warm down across the south where we have high pressure that is going to build here, and by tomorrow and into monday it's going to bring a strong onshore flow. that means rip currents will be the case. very strong from the midatlantic to coastal florida. if you're going into the water this weekend, sunday and monday be very careful because the currents are going to be very dangerous. we also watched the dangerous weather across the central and southern plains. more rain moving in across parts of oklahoma and texas. and a huge swath of areas with flood watches and warnings for parts of missouri all the way down to southern parts of texas. so big flooding concerns will continue. and possibly next weekend, unfortunately. >> thank you. >> well coming up should he be

be lifted up. it has to affect all americans, and it's a very unique approach and not many republicans are running for presidents. they're doing it. and if he decides to run in those states have open primaries where democrats can vote. >> how about the next sound bite where kasich is talking about uniting the country rather than dividing the country? let's listen to this. >> our country is strongest when people are united. simple. that's the bottom line. now on medicaid expansion, i'm able to bring ohio money back to ohio. because i know what they do with it in washington. i can use it to treat the mentally ill. i can use it to help the drug addicted. why wouldn't i do that george? that's common sense to me. >> so it's a very positive reaction there. and the reason why is he's talking about a america united. this is a time when it's not politics.

something catastrophic is occurring at your house. you want to say code blue or code red. and that means that they'll go automatically directly to that room. it's like in law enforcement the officer needs assistance we give a call. everybody drops everything and we go. >> some of these items here. making sure it's secure. what is this? >> this is an adjustable security bar that goes underneath the doorknob of any door. it will shore up and strengthen the weakest, flimsiest doors. >> you could use a bathroom as the spot to go. some of the other items you have here. like a flashlight. >> that flashlight can be a web, it also acts as a strobe. if you press the button at night it's blinding. >> developed by a former navy s.e.a.l. >> it's what i carry when i travel and keep in my bedroom. >> you have to trust your instincts. preventive or during a situation
