world. by the way the president bases that statement on a poll taken over seas. but the more american power declines, the more people abroad like us. because they don't want us to be the lone super power. that's what you see there. now, no one likes to think the person they vote for is a failure. when president bush got into trouble over iraq and the keen my many on the right defended him. same thing with barack obama. supporters are furious that his administration is now perceived as kind of a failure. and then there is hillary clinton. according to a new cnn poll just 42% of american adults believe mrs. clinton is trust worthy. 57% say she is not. poll asked another question does hillary clinton care about people like you? 47%, yes. 52%, no. finally, mrs. clinton support among democrats and independents

church first of cannabis everyone. notified by the irs, it will get tax-exempt status. church is founded by 59-year-old levin, who simply wants to smoke with other disciples. they want to recognize it as a nonprofit, even though cannabis is illegal there. this sounds like a big con to me. i'm surprised the state of indian is buying into it. >> it is something of a con, bill to be honest. mr. levin has been a long time advocate for legalization of marijuana. he ran for elected office a couple of years ago and that was the chief plank in his platform. when the religious freedom law was passed in late march, he got the bright idea of launching this church and two months later it has irs recognition. >> and state recognition as well. so how can the state recognize the church of cannabis when its

sole gospel is we want to use an illegal substance in indiana. >> i think it was recognized by the state attorney general's office. i think what that means is they filed the correct paperwork. the church is yet to meet. the plan will be to have its first service on july 1st which is when the new religious freedom law takes effect. ? >> so we assume it'll be raided by indianapolis authorities, right? because the service is about using an illegal substance in indiana. >> i think mr. levin is betting on the fact that police will not want the publicity associated there. there is strong push back as you might remember when indiana enacted its religious freedom -- >> sure the cup cakes and all of that and everybody was mad. and they were gay bashing. now he is trying to say if you raid me, it is marijuana bashing but it is a different situation. >> it is a different situation. he is trying to come in under the radar. >> not really.

runs out. that is disrupting to anyone. but you still see that student in the school. where are the consequences. what is going on around here. >> did you yourself report bad behavior to the personal vice principal and nothing was done? >> in december of 2011 when ways working at another school the behaviors were so out of control that i addressed the st. paul school board by myself and i told them, it breaks my heart to see children who look like me behave so poorly at school and nothing is done. >> what did they come back to you with? >> pretty much an empty board room in december 2011. there was sporadic clapping after my speech and that was it. nothing. >> what about the school you worked? where you said you have to help me. discipline the kids running wild. >> i had an altercation with a student that actually punched me. i restrained the student, brought the student into the

principal and i didn't want the student to be incarcerated. however, i wanted some consequences. that student was returned back to my class within 10 minutes. that's when i knew there was a problem at st. paul public schools. i knew that there must be some sort of directive to keep the kids in school, in the classroom, no matter what. >> did they ever say anything to you, why they return a student who punched you, into your class? did you ever get an explanation? >> the only explanation was, the student has said he is sorry and he is back in your room. that's in 2011. >> all right. now you have put a lot of the blame for this on the pacific educational group. which consults to some st. paul schools. what does that group do? >> we have mandated training. they are letting people know that white privilege and white people's biases are hampering black students from learning. that's peg in a nutshell.

i think we are just crippling our black children in st. paul by making excuses because we are trying to close the achievement gap. however, the ways we are trying to close the achievement gap is making things worse. >> so they say if a child is late it class, a child uses profanity, all of that it is not the child's fault, it is the white culture of america's fault? >> let's say a student swears at you. you will be questioned, what did you do to trigger that response. did you understand that child? they are trying to lower the behavior reforms and trying to lower suspensions. the way they are doing it is not working. >> so what's the solution? >> the solution and one of the solutions i gave to the school board in may of 2014 i said we must we must engage our black parents in helping them with their children. i said, we can make excuses all we want but until we have parent on board, nothing is going to change.

joining us from washington laura ingrahams looking into this. what is going on on the southern border? >> couple of things. i think mexico has done more enforcement, no doubt about it. and they have more serious about it from their country, sending people back to central america. but we have to put this in perspective. last year was a record surge of illegals across the border meaning unaccompanied minors family un pits. it is true there is 28% drop of people apprehended this year as compared to last year. that is true. however this year is on track to be the second biggest surge for unaccompanied minors crossing the border. so far this year bill 15,647 unaccompanied minors have crossed the border. 3,000 in march alone. that number is significant because as we know, the illegal immigrants have been sent around

the country to sponsors, only a few hundred, have been deported. most stay in the country. the border patrol union the guys out there doing the hard they report a de moralized workforce, they report that this figure does not include, of course the measurement of the people who still have gotten across the border. for them the one agent calls it total smoke and mirrors. the thing that is significant is how many people are allowed to stay once they get here illegal illegally. >> almost everybody who gets here can stay at least for some time. and even if you commit a crime, they still release you. it's a crazy policy i think it is a fact that the surge the human way the people coming to the united states to work isn't coming any more because there

aren't jobs any more. california's get the big drought. they have a big problem there in agriculture and other industries. there contracting, people aren't hiring. >> i think part of it is though, you look at the foreign born population in the united states. the numbers to me that are more interesting than the number of apprehensions, how the country is changing. in 1970 i think it was one in 21 americans were foreign born. today that number is 1 in 7. you poll on this really specifically bill. most people either want legal immigration to stay the same or they want it decreased, they're seeing a huge demographic shift in the country. some by illegal immigration, a lot by legal immigration that obviously has had a very adverse effect. >> the democratic party certainly wanted as many illegal aliens as they could, i shouldn't say illegal. they want the as many aliens as
