but 4 republican presidential nominee mitt romney is giving that move a big fund is down. saying the president is going at this backwards by sending american troops in harm's way with no clear mission or objectives. governor mitt romney was on the kelly file last night. >> stand back and say it is disconcerting for the commander-in-chief to send 415 men and women into harm's way and still we don't have a strategy for you to be successful. the president is going about this backwards. we are putting in a few people here and there without knowing why they are there or what they're supposed to accomplish what the end game is. we don't send men and women into harm's way until we understand the mission from the beginning, how we know whether we have won and how we get out. >> does mitt romney make a point? it is not just the mission the president hasn't articulated. it is the goals and the most important thing is defining who we are fighting. he hasn't called out the enemy. there are three huge things

>> welcome back to outnumbered. cyberattack on our government far worse than originally thought. the president of the american federation of government employees saying in a letter, quote, we believe the central personnel data file was the target database and the hackers are in possession of all personnel data for every federal employee, every federal retiree and up to 1 million a former federal employees. that includes social security numbers and birth dates. the office of personnel management has tried to downplay the scope and seriousness of this breach. when first reported last week the agency settle limited personal data are identifying disinformation was breached.
