historic south carolina black church up in flames. that church also burned to the ground by the kkk 20-years ago. the fbi and atf are trying to determine how the fire started. this is the 7th black church fire since 9 people were massacred at the church in charleston three weeks ago. three of the fires are considered arson. >> a staggering 141 bodies pulled from the wreckage of a military plane crash in indonesia. crews are scouring the twisted metal and buildings. they are holding out hope for more survivors. 21 military members families and students that went down two minutes after takeoff. engine troubles made down that plane though it was cleared to fly before taking to the air.

>> outrage in oklahoma. ruling a ten- commandment statue must be removed from the capitol build. how lawmakers are dealing with that. >> it is supposed to be a symbol of how christians and jews should live their lives. but now the oklahoma supreme court says the ten commandments got to go. in a 7-2 ruling the supreme court overturned a ruling that said the 6 foot tall monument could stay. it doesn't allow the use of public property to directly or indirectly benefit a church denomination or system of religion. lawmakers are calling for the impeachment of the justices that voted against the statue.

welcome back. it happened again. a major security scare at the brooklyn bridge in new york city. another tourist, right there, climbing on top of the bridge to snap a photo with no one there to stop him. wny reporter theresa prilo has the latest. good morning, theresa. >> reporter: it is just a selfie but to the rest of us it is major security concern. check out the photo, posted to his instagram account. he said he accessed the brooklyn bridge from the pedestrian walkway, he claims no one ever stopped him, not on the way up not on the way down no one at all. this post has gone viral in part because it exposes some major security flaws of this iconic landmark flaws that most new
