and we won't let ourselves be rushed through any aspect of this. all that we are focused on is the quality of the agreement. and that is what will continue to define our work. if in the end, we are able to reach a deal it has to be one that withstand the test of time. it is not a test of a matter of days or weeks or months it is it a test for decades. that's our goal here and the simple fact that despite all of the progress that we have made and it is real some of the tough issues remain unresolved. we know that difficult decisions don't become easier over time. and one way or the other, those decisions must be taken very soon. that is precisely why all of our delegations remain hard at work here in vienna and why a number

for two men who kidnappeded a family in tennessee. the husband was forced to rob the bank where he works. the kidnappers let him out in the parking lot and later dropped off his wife and child on the side of the rod still wearing hoods. they believe there is a good possibility that the people behind the crime were involved in a similar incident just miles away in april. and what a case. i mean scary, obviously some-odd variables. >> what is most about the story? >> the fact that he anyhow -- knew he worked in the bank. they will so if he knows them or it is just random and checked the surveillance cameras.

police in the boston area want your help to identify a little girl whose body was found last week along the harbor.

this is a computer generated image of this beautiful girl, 4 years old, what she may have looked like. it's been shared on social media all over the country. massachusetts investigators say they want to identify what they're calling baby doe to provide her the dignity she deserves. joe is back with us. heart-breaking story. you know about stories like these in the new york city area. >> we've had similar cases, actually much younger, where it carried on for so many years. the detectives and everybody chipped in to pay for the baby's funeral. it's heart-wrenching. you see something with this. it's -- it strikes home with us. >> it seems that investigators have very little to go on. they have the body. we don't know anything about how this little girl died. we just know where she was found, in the boston harbor. what are you looking for at this point to try to solve the mystery? >> the autopsy will be key in this. it will tell the cause of death, whether she died in the water or outside the water and was placed in the water.
