dr. lands, my good friend that churches don't need to be checking the immigration status of those who attend but at the same time churches don't need to be deliberately under mining immigration laws like some churches are doing. look jesus cared about the down troden but he also cared about the rule of law. he said render unto cesar the things that are cesar. that is respect the government. paul wrote in romans 13 that god established government to protect its citizens and when you reject the government you are actually rejecting god himself. churches need to demonstrate compassion yes, but they also need to demonstrate a respect for the rule of law unless man's law violates god's law. >> we got a map that show the states and the district of columbia with congratulations offering sanctuary. isn't there a concern if you open your doors to -- and this

just a couple of hours from right now, the canyon of heroes in lower manhattan will be filled with hundreds of thousands of fans as the american women's national soccer team celebrates their 2015 world cup win with an historic ticker tape parade. this doesn't happen every day. american. the newly minted u.s. world cup champions will be making history for this ticker tape parade. this is the first time that a women's sports team has ever been honored with a ticker tape parade here in the big apple. this is the 256th celebration that's happened here. it's honored presidents and world leaders and sports teams. this is just another stop on the tour to celebrate the u.s.'s amazing 5-2 win over japan. the team was honored on tuesday at a massive rally in los angeles where thousands of fans greeted the champions. some players even snapping selfies on stage during the big event and even president obama congratulated the team on their big win and invited them to the white house.
