cartel. referred to as the bin laden of mexico. previously escaped from prison in 2001. considered responsible for the deaths of 34,000 people. >> look at the rap sheet. faces indictments for drug trafficking, murder in seven u.s. courts named public enemy number one in chicago. this is someone who has been pouring drugs on to our streets. not just mexican streets, and trying to poison our children. he broke out of prison several years ago. they put him back in. the mexican government insisted we got it this time and now he's out on the streets and that's why donald trump is saying -- >> which is our concern. donald trump is saying a lot about this. he was speaking at had immigration rally in phoenix and l.a. and vegas and he also had these tweets he posted on line. he said mexico's biggest drug lord escapes from jail. unbelievable corruption and usa is paying the price. i told you so. >> another tweet says the u.s. will invite el chapo the mexican

drug lord who just escaped from prison to become a u.s. dozen because our leaders can't say no. >> one of the things he suggested maybe we should cut off aid to mexico if they can't keep the bad guys in jail who we want in our jail. we have given mexico $3 billion in jail. we probably should have had that guy here. >> yeah and that's part of the trump speech that's caused all this controversy because he's been vindicated basically he was saying the mexican government is sending us their worst. he's taken a lot of heat for that. this is an example whereas you were suggesting before it looks like it was an inside job. the mexican government did not keep the world's largest drug kingpin in jail. he's gotten out twice now. >> he's responsible for so many of the drug here in the united states. that's the concern. he's responsible for heroin cocaine, marijuana.

he learned to sell marijuana with his own father he's been doing this his entire life. >> family business. the cartel that he operates -- he's obviously been operating it from prison. they kparned -- partnered with the colombian producers and they seized control for the drug distribution system for the world. this guy controls all the marijuana, heroin cocaine for the united states for europe and for australia as well. and for donald trump to say look i told you so that is probably why thousands of people showed up at his rally over the weekend because he has touched a chord because so many people have felt that the southern border is wide open. people are coming and going. >> phoenix people and arizona feel it particularly. >> he was talking about the criminal element. you can see it right there. it was interesting carly fiorina

has a point. >> you have hillary clinton that spoke and i think you were at that rally and the overflow crowd was empty. there was no one there. and you got donald trump getting 15,000 people at his rally. trump was on twitter last night, saying look there were 5,000 or so inside and then there were thousands as you say waiting outside in the phoenix sun and the officials according to trump didn't want people to wait out in the heat so they brought them in and broke the fire code and it was actually more than 5,000, but the officials couldn't say it was more than 5,000, they could have gotten in trouble. what's the real story? we don't know today. >> all we do know is some observers of the size of crowds such as yourself have said that this crowd in phoenix. >> pretty large. >> larger than anybody's crowd. >> bernie sanders on the left has gotten 8, 10,000 i have not been at those rallies. >> both of these guys are colorful not afraid to say what they think. >> he's right.

it's interesting scott walker coming in from the right, yet another presidential candidate. >> that's what we're going to now. the republican field is getting more crowded today. republican scott walker expected to announce his candidacy. >> hillary clinton is planning a big speech of her own. >> we have a look at what we can expect. the clinton campaign has been looking into a rearview mirror a little bit more frequently with vermont senator bernie sanders continuing to nip at her heels. she's going to deliver a major economic speech. she is reportedly going to tout the job-growing records of two presidents before her, her husband and barack obama and in a bone that is thrown to unions she will criticize what she calls the sharing economy, companies like uber which create

jobs and innovation but don't offer employees benefits. she will go after quarterly capitalism hard working americans deserve to benefit from the record corporate earnings they helped produce, so i will propose ways to encourage companies to share profits with their employees. and then as you alluded to on the gop side wisconsin governor scott walker will make his long-anticipated former entrance into the crowded gop field. his announcement at 6:00 p.m. eastern time will make him the 17th candidate in a field where they are increasingly find themselves you don't say -- jostling for air time. twitter said the misfire may not have been the fault of the walker campaign but it was quickly deleted.

of the duty to save a dog. she got scared of the fireworks and got stuck on the side of a mountain until tony stowe showed up to save the day. he joins me now with roo and jessica long roo's owner. it's awesome that you helped to save roo and bring her back home. jessica, how did roo run away from home? >> it was the fourth of july. we have another dog. they were both outside, playing. we're right near an elementary school. there were kids lighting off fireworks. it spooked her. she slid under the fence. >> i've been there. it's the worst feeling in the world. we love our animals. how did you find roo? >> there's a decree of four of

us total. and we took detail split up two directions found the dog and as you can see, she's kind of a lover. she took to me pretty quickly. my crew and i decided to scoop her up throw her on my shoulders and carry her out. >> she looks like a big dog. how heavy was she to carry her that far? >> not too bad. i do a lot of backpacking and my crew is pretty active in hiking and that. she's probably 35 40 pounds if i had to guess. not too bad of a load. >> pretty heavy for me to carry a dog for two miles. how did you know that her paw was hurt? >> she let us know. she was pretty lame. she wouldn't sit down wouldn't sit down and just trying to pick up all of her paw. >> what was her reaction when she saw you? and what was your reaction?
