>> the storm systems are moving out of the kentucky area to give relief to the area. based off several inches of rainfall in a short amount of time as we head into the weekend and also early this week. it will produce all of the flash flooding out there. the storm system has shifted southward. we will be seeing storms and heavy rain across portions of the southeast, georgia, south carolina and extreme southeastern parts of north carolina and another area widespread across portions of the plains. from the northern plains we will be looking at possibility of severe weather. these areas expecting more storms as we head into tomorrow. you will have several days out there of stormy weather. heat advisories are in effect across parts of the south. not only the temperatures but the humidity. it will make it feel like 75 degrees in memphis. it will make it seasonable

now investigators say the gunman is out for blood. he was sitting in his personal vehicle working a security job when the car pulled up and the gunman opened fire. you can see the car riddled with bullet holes there. he was shot in the tore so but a bulletproof vest likely fired back. he then ran away. the other suspects left in a gray ford taurus. investigators are reviewing security footage from the shooting scene. a business owner who saw the video says he is certain this is a targeted attack. >> he walked out of the store cased him and saw where he was. he this went back around and got into the vehicle and drove around to where he was. got out of the vehicle and shot him.
