>> see that black smoke, it was pouring off the "freedom of the seas" as the ship docked in jamaica. the fire starting in a mechanical safe in the upper deck we're told. all 4400 passengers on board rushed to put on life jackets but the fire was quickly put out and the passengers did not have to be evacuated. some people snapping pictures even as they waited. the smoke just a few feet away from them. the passengers were not injured but one crew member was treated for burns. it took off from cape canaveral. and ten hours later the ship went on leaving jamaica. and the crew saying all the systems are acting normally. the exact cause of the fire under investigation. i'm not sure i would have stayed on that ship though. what about you guys? >> if you have a choice where do you get off --

1-month-old old. >> i have 1-month-old son and 2 1/2-year-old son as well. the first boy, i gained 20 pounds when he was born. i made a conscious decision on the day my second son was born i'd be in the best shape of my life. >> help them out. >> chris is doing right. >> the kids can get away with muffins and chicken nuggets and french price and all of that. you got to say, you know what i can't eat french fries at every meal like my kids are. you always want to have healthy swapouts. >> you gained about 20 pounds andy? >> yeah my clothes are tighter. >> do you do extra snacking? >> yes, extra snacking. for me i do all the food prep for my kids. i end up eating for my kids when they're done so they're not wasteful. >> that's dangerous, when the kids are young, they tend to eat dinner before you do.

it's nothing to polish off what's left on their plate. then you sit down and have your own meal. you kind of eat a dinner and a half had every night. >> we've got michael here put on weight too, didn't you? >> i have four kids i basically have a grocery store in my house. it's like walking down the aisle. you can get anything you want. >> what's the other side of this what is that extra weight doing to our bodies? >> well i do a lot of health and wellness. and i appreciate lifestyle change. you have to have extreme willpower when you have kids. it's a lifestyle. you can't do a fad diet. you have to commit to a healthy lifestyle and eat healthy every day. maybe one meal a week cheat. but you have to make an effort and it becomes harder with kids. >> and your metabolism of course we're not 15 years old. we're not young whippersnappers anymore. the bottom line is what? >> it's all about making the

healthy lifestyle choie said here chicken nuggets are not what you want to do as a dad. you want to keep grilled or roasted chicken around. have hummus that you can dip it into it it makes it more appealing. go to broccoli not the chicken nuggets. >> stay away from the muffins. >> yeah. >> that's the problem. the kids can get away with it but we can't get away with it as dads. a nice whole grain with peanut butter is a nice breakfast. >> keep away from the chips. >> like a plain popcorn, almonds, trail mix. eat pretzels pretzels aren't so bad. you want to have fruit options. >> i appreciate that. how do we do this dad bob challenge? what's today, july 23rd 30 days we're going to lose five pounds.
