i was a patriots fan, i would not be happy. one more thing. go pack. good night from new york city. see you tomorrow night. "the o'reilly factor" is on tonight. >> make the per item thing work a little better to see how much you can get out of it. >> another shocking undercover video showing another planned parenthood doctor trying to get as much money as possible for selling the organs of aborted babies. >> what do we want? >> meantime outrage growing across the country over planned parenthood getting tax money while participating. these are videos.

laughing swirlg chardonnay and casually callously and heartlessly selling body parts of unborn children. >> tonight a factor investigation that is stunning. >> also, a stunning new poll about sanctuary cities. caution. you are about to enter the no-spin zone. the factor begins right now. hi i'm bill o'reilly. thanks for watching us tonight. is america becoming barbaric? that is the subject of this evening's talking points memo. today pro-life americans in 50 cities. they showed the videos of planned parenthood selling the organs of dead babies. >> today the didn't of justice should open a criminal investigation into whether planned parenthood nationally is
5:02 pm
a criminal enterprise breaking the law. >> reporter: at least eight states are now investigating planned parenthood which receives about $500 million a year from the american taxpayer. that's obviously wrong. planned parenthood should be privately funded, and if it is breaking the law, some executives should go to prison. also today the pro-life group released yet another undercover sting video. this shows a doctor of planned parenthood in colorado talking about selling the body parts of fetus aborted after 11 weeks six days. >> 11/6 was pretty good. there were like three or four samples we could have taken out of the 11/6 and that would be like you know if we were doing like 50% to 75%. we would be covered. but it's stuff like this. we don't want to do flat fee of
5:03 pm
$300. >>. and, you know i think the per item thing work as little better to see how much you can get out of it. >> the words "how much we can get out of it" are damning for planned parenthood. now, very quietly, an industry that harvests and sells body parts from babies has developed. it does business with a company called stem express placed in plasterville florida. they buy bodies from planned parenthood and other providers and dissects them selling organs to research on racings. a woman was hired to draw blood from dead babies. here's how she described being trained by a stem express employee. >> she has tweezers and she's like okay this is the head an arm, a leg, and she hands them over here you go.
5:04 pm
can you show me some of the parts i just showed you and i grabbed the tweezers because i didn't wasn't to lose this job. i didn't know. i was stoked to get it so i did what she said and the moment i took the tweezers i put them in the dish. i remember grabbing a leg and i remember saying this is a leg and the moment i picked it up, i could just feel like death and pain. >> planned parenthood said it is not doing anything wrong and markets the bodies of aborted babes to help science. but there's no question that big money is involved. "ink magazine" reporting stem express is very profitable. more than $2 million a year. we don't know how much planned parenthood makes in the year but we should. after all a half a billion dollar of our tax money is given to that organization every year. there comes a point americas have to decide what kind of country they can tolerate. whether you're pro-choice or
5:05 pm
pro-life the undercover video showing plabld parenthood bargaining over the price of dead babies before they're extracted from the woman is grisly to say the least and the white house is standing by them. >> they have made very clear that they subscribe to the highest -- they scribe and implement the highest ethical standards when -- in carrying out their operations. >> in light of the undercover video, that statement is false and absurd. ed a insult to the american taxpayer. they're appalled about the lack of leadership and the apathy by many americans who could not care less what happens to ton born. congress must get involved and at least sus spaenld payments to planned parntd hood until an
5:06 pm
investigation is completed. if congress was not do that with can rightly be criticized by iran and russiaing a being a barbaric nation. we'll lose all moral authority in the world. >> what do you think about the white house statement on planned parent hood kyrstin? >> i think it's predictable because i don't think there's any chance they'll say anything about it considering the control they have over the democratic party. it's disconnected from reality if you watch any of these videos. >> i agree with you that they're joined in a way that makes it almost impossible to seek justice. but the president of the united states is another matter. he's supposed to represent all including
5:07 pm
unborn americans. to have him say nothing and put his spokesperson out there and lie to the american people that was a lie to the people and to these videos. even if it isn't all through, these three doctors disgraced themselves and that man in the white house, the spokesperson josh earnest has the gal and nerve to say that in front of the world? that's disturbing to me. >> you're not going to get any disagreement from me. i think it's something the president should be speaking about. i this you can be completely pro-choice and even say you support planned parenthood, but say, look we have to get to the bottom of this. >> that's right. we have to find out how much money is being made and how pervasive it is. what say you? >> not surprised because barack obama is the most pro-abortion that the united states has ever
5:08 pm
had. so in addition to the fact that the party platform is there at any time for any reason and the baby is only an official life once you leave the hospital you're never going to get a condemnation from the president or the white house. >> what about the republican commerce? we've handled the democratic party and the president. rightly sew. what about these people? you saw mitch mcconnell detach a planned parenthood defending bill from the highway. if republicans don't aggressively do it and put it forth so the party has to either sabotage it or the president veto it and all we're asking for is a suspension up till the investigation is complete i think in the interest of justice justice, why wouldn't anybody agree with that? >> you're absolutely right.
5:09 pm
they should be talking and introducing bills to defujd planned parent hood. there's a bill in the united states senate which republicans that now control that body should be moving on. look what you saw there is an indication of a growing moral bankruptcy in this country. there are some like senator ted cruz who is fighting this battle but i want to see more voices i want to see pope francis? >> they're going have that in a moment can at least get introduced. so i don't think the republicans are on the side of the angels yet, kirsten. i think they have to now move and move quickly on the planned parenthood front. >> right. what i think needs to happen is prior to -- i think -- well you're moving to fayne fast. there needs to be investigations and let planned parent hood come up and defend themselves and make their case. but have very detailed giggs
5:10 pm
investigations of what's going on here. >> it's not to do that. >> for congress to investigate them. >> all right. >> taxpayer money. >> i think in the interest of justice there's enough evidence out there. >> that's not going to happen and the justice department -- >> let them say it's not going half. last work. >> there's the legal dimension of this which is what kirsten is takelking about. there's the moral one. >> every individual american has got to say because right now we're tottering on a barbaric situation. >> and then there's a typical dimension where over 50% of the people oppose this. >> we'll stay on it. ladies thank you. one footnote. the state of california is investigating the company that did the undercover videos. can you believe it? we'll have analysis next.

5:15 pm
they've taken't it upon themselves. it clearly is an attempt by local authorities to assert themselves over the federal government and people don't like it. >> i think that hispanic americans are the ones that need to lead here. so we don't really know in the hispanic precincts how they see sanctuary cities. this is an overwhelming plurality against them but i don't know about the hispanic vote. what do you say? >> i think that's a mistake for people who support immigration reform like i do and some should think they should have a legal packet like i kid. it's not good. it's a bridge too far. i don't think that should happen. people should stand up and say
5:16 pm
they believe cities should not. i think federal authorities have a lot more power than they're letting on here and if they want them they'll find them and get them. >> maybe. >> but a guy like -- >> sanchez who killed kate steinle was a drug pusher and a drug addict. you know he's not isis. san francisco's making it very, very hard for the federal government to find him. they just put him out there on the street. so i disagree. why do you oppose sanctuary cities? >> i oppose because i grew up in a law enforcement family my dad was a cop for 37 years. you can't say it doesn't apply in that region whether it's on pot -- i'm pretty consistent whether it's marijuana laws or in the kiss of immigration law. i think that's really what put the liberals in a fung here because there are times when liberals want to yield to the federal government time whence
5:17 pm
they want to oppose the federal government and they're all confused on this issue, but i try to be as consistent as i can and say they're not the answer. i think they should have issued a warrant and they would have gotten him. >> maybe. but san francisco is notoriously difficult to deal with. they're probably the worst sanctuary city. now, you grew up in southern california is that correct? >> central california. >> all right. do you believe based upon your mail and what you know that they support sanctuary cities? >> no. i don't think they'd go that far. they wanted to be treated fairly. they don't like what's come out of donald trump's voice. guess who lives along the border? it's mexican americans. so they want border security first and foremost. >> you're convinced in this

5:24 pm
apology. >> he didn't have to, he chose to. that's for him going there. >> hillary clinton has been there. elizabeth warren. a lot of liberal activists go to this on a yearly basis. >> i understand that. but i don't know whether this crew black lives matter have any constituentcy other than a radical left fringe nuts that run around the country saying crazy things. have they made any inroads into a more established position? >> well black lives matter is really an umbrella slogan kind of group that encompasses a lot of social justice workers. and a lot of social justice organizations. it's a group that was started by three women that work at soros-backed organization that are in to community organizing in to riling up activists. and what all these social justice groups have in common is
5:25 pm
basically three things the first is they believe fundamentally it's social policy and the man and political class that's out to get them. that basically all of their social woes and economic can be based on unfair policies. second is that they're very well organized. there's think tanks that put out the narratives they're followed by all of these organizations. they have twitter they have facebook where they create an echo chamber. they have professional protesters that go to places like ferguson baltimore, charleston south carolina, to basically rile up whatever the local vibe is there and then lastly they are all -- all of these organizations from a certain standpoint are funded by george soros's open society foundation. we're talk about hundreds of thousands of dollar as year. i found that within one year george soros dedicated $33
5:26 pm
million to these types of organizations some of they're really well funded. >> so $33 million for soros to agitators who are organized to disrupt and the national convention in cleveland seems to be a target. what about jay z and beyonce. here are two extremely famous individuals. do you think they know that giving money to an an ar kiss tick group like this that wants to tear doan a-- down a country, do you think they know? >> i do. one said they were giving tens of thousands of dollars to the movement. her name is dream hampton and she was a co-writer on jay disease's memoir. she's part of this malcolm x

5:28 pm
what about my family? my li'l buddy? and what if this happened again? i was given warfarin in the hospital but i wondered if this was the right treatment for me. then my doctor told me about eliquis. eliquis treats dvt and pe blood clots and reduces the risk of them happening again. not only does eliquis treat dvt and pe blood clots but eliquis also had significantly less major bleeding than the standard treatment. knowing eliquis had both... turned around my thinking. don't stop eliquis unless your doctor tells you to. eliquis can cause serious and in rare cases fatal bleeding. don't take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. if you had a spinal injection while on eliquis call your doctor right away if you have tingling numbness, or muscle weakness. while taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily... and it may take longer than usual for bleeding to stop. seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding, like unusual bruising. eliquis may increase your bleeding risk if you take certain medicines. tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. eliquis treats dvt & pe blood clots.
