you record the argument number one you are going to be ultra careful to word things exactly the way that you want, and number two, when you play it back, you get to see how you actually are in an argument and most people are shocked because they think i said this and i behaved this way and i was really nice and i didn't do this when in fact they did. it's a really good way to stop those circular arguments that go and go and on. >> just in case something happens -- >> tracy, you have to be in a really -- really trusting relationship to do that. you are going to get into an argument with someone and they might use that against you, that could end up in twitter or a social media outlets. >> yes, it could be used against you. if you are worried about that, then erase it afterwards, after you have done the thing. one of things to be said about arguments, it's not unhealthy to have arguments, you have a good ratio between good times and bad

times, i think psychologist has got it right, you need five good times for one bad time. arguments show you are secure enough to question each other's beliefs and behaviors. >> what are some simple steps we can take? >> number one, make sure that you know what it is you are arguing about. be specific and keep it really simple. what did they do? how did they do it? how did that make you feel? >> don't escalate it. >> don't scplat it -- escalate it. take turns to talk. each of you get uninterrupted times to talk for five minutes. at the end of it, what you need to say is okay i think this is what you've told me and your partner says yep, that's great, you get your turn and if they say, no, no, that's not what i said at all. you keep going with this five-minute process. that really defuses those

five-minute arguments. >> when somebody finds themselves in the loser in the conversation and the argument, wait a minute, this is not going my way, they play the dirty card, they bring up stuff that is out of bounds and suddenly it becomes so personal and it's like the nuclear option, there's no going back from that. >> okay, i think what you do then is you stop the argument. i think you take a 20-minute break. it takes 20 minutes to calm down and get your heart rates down. the thing is some couples just argue and argue and argue. if you are arguing for hours, you get irritated, tired or hungry, you are not going to get anywhere. take a little break. sometimes there is no solution. most couples have one or two things that can he -- they cannot agree on. they never will agree on it. >> you also include most of the time the men are right so we got to go. >> hey. can i have my five minutes of time now? >> take that.

the sand. saw baby girl's pete. immediately sprung into action. thank god the right people were on the beach. thank god for putting me in the right place at the right time. >> angelo, when you pulled her out of the water, was she conscious at the time? >> no, ma'am. she was unconscious, not breathing, blue around the lips. she was unresponsive. >> emma, i can't imagine being a mom and getting a call this is happening. you found out that way. then on monday, you all met at the hospital, first time you really got to see lolli alive and well due to the incredible rescue. what was it like to look in the eyes, the man that saved your baby? >> it was a very emotional moment. to see this person. i thank god he was there. that he put him there at that
