in france today. expert also analyze it soon. the piece of debris was found on the french island of reunion 3200 miles from the last position of the plane. flight 370 disappeared more than a year ago with 239 people on board. tragedy in northern california. a firefighter from south dakota is killed while helping fight a wildfire. there are 23 fires burning in northern california right now. around 9,000 firefighters are battling them. the largest fire is in the lower lake area north of san francisco. it's only 5% contained and has scorched 35 square miles. in new york health officials say a fourth person has died from legionnaire's disease. it's caused when water with a certain bacteria is inhaled into the lungs. there have been 2400 cases

what would we do without the new york city human rights commission? always on the lookout for injustice. they recently nailed a big fish. an indian restaurant that was looking for an experienced indian waiter or waitress. disgusting, right? you see the law doesn't allow ads that discriminate based on national origin. after pouring through thousands of craigslist ads the comish caught the unapologetic racists. then they took them to court. but by then, the restaurant closed. they took pity realizing

quote, there was no complaint from the public. there was no evidence of how many people viewed the posting and no direct evidence that any qualified applicant was turned away. he reduced the recommended $7500 fine to just $5,000. that's right. even though the restaurant doesn't exist anymore they were still slapped with a $5,000 fine. now that's justice. why stop there? why allow these indian restaurants to serve only indian food. a lot of people don't like indian food. all restaurants should serve all foods. and it should be served to you by only all people. it is only fair. bob don't you think they should ban all ethnic foods? >> ban everything. all ethnic foods. >> eat crackers and cheese. >> at every restaurant. >> yes. >> it is the only way to be fair.

fire north of san francisco. only 5% contained and still growing. so far, it's scorched 35 square miles. one firefighter lost his life fighting the fire. funeral services were held today for bobbi kristina brown, the daughter of whitney houston. but the day wasn't without family drama. bobbi kristina's aunt was thrown out after he interrupted another aunt. she died in hospice last week six months after being found unresponsive in a bathtub. it was similar to the way her mother died. she will be buried next to her mother in new jersey. wildlife authorities in zimbabwe have suspended hunting for lions, leopards and elephants. the decision coming after the death of a protected lion last month named cecil. officials say the hunt was illegal. they're seeking the extradition
