the former secretary of state hillary clinton slides in the other direction. again, donald trump getting all sorts of reaction on this sunday for his detailed illegal immigration plan. it includes charging fees for foreigners applying for visas. trump promising to undo president obama's executive orders on immigration. >> the executive order gets rescinded. >> you'll rescind that one too? >> one good thing -- >> you're rescinding the dream act executive order? >> we have to make a whole new -- >> you're going to break up families. >> no, we have to keep the families together. but they have to go. >> what if they have no place to go? >> we will work with them. they have to go. we either have a country or we don't have a country. >> meanwhile, supporters of former florida jeb bush are gearing up for this, a new phase in his campaign. bush's allied super pac

announcing a $10 million ad buy in key early primary states. chris, let's talk about this new polling from fox news and who the big winners are. >> well, harris, the big winners are ben carson, ted cruz, carly fiorina and donald trump. they said donald trump was the least likeable candidate but they still put him at the top of the pack. he's at 25%. ben carson is still 13 points away, so this is a big win for trump but a big win for ben carson. he's the one who's jumped the most. he attributed the jump in part to voters who are looking for candidates who are not clear politicians. >> i think people are starting to realize that the same old same old is going to take us to the same place. and we're still at a precipice right now. are we going to continue down

this road, which is leading to a very bad place? or are we going to try to make a change. >> as for who's down, rand paul, scott walker and jeb bush also, post-debate hits. bush got hit the hardest. he's down six points. he was voted the most qualified candidate and one of the most likeable. harris? >> you know what's interesting in that, it's pretty close to donald trump to where he was before the debate now. he took a little dip. and now it looks like he's coming back. part of that might be some of the reactions this weekend. he's actually answering the questions people have, they wanted to know. what are the details of your immigration reform plan. he answered those questions. >> he did. and of course the thing we've been hearing so much from him on this while at the southern border. he brought it up and it is front and center on this plan. for the first time, trump explains how he plans to pay for that wall. trump says if the mexican government refuses to pay for it he would charge mexicans an

advising him. republican voters don't seem to care. he's still way ahead. >> what we saw this weekend was the shakeup and putting some people in second and third and fourth and fifth and so on. it's still very early. thank you. now let's move on to the numbers that reveal possible potential trouble for hillary clinton. clinton fund-raising on martha's vineyard where president obama happens to be with his family, hmm, coincidence? kevin, how concerned is the clinton campaign about the continued fall in popularity among those polls? >> hey, harris, no question, they are concerned, because you never want to see a slide. are they overly concerned? the truth is not really. you can look at the progression that we've all been following, right? at first they were defensive about the e-mail scandal and maybe even dismissive. now they're paying closer attention. the latest polling reveals that there is a slide, and that's the kind of thing that will certainly get your attention if
4:06 pm
you're the clinton campaign. the latest fox news survey showing 58% think that clinton knowingly lied when she announced back in march, that there were no e-mails that contained sensitive information. and when asked if clinton put our national security at risk by using the private server, 54% yes, while 37% said no. this is a trust issue, and it's not necessarily something that will kill a campaign outright immediately, but it's a slow, drip-drip that will hurt you if you don't get on top of it. >> maybe, depending on what we find out is potentially this those e-mails. we don't know how quickly they could fall or not fall. how concerned, and you have the e-mail scandal on one side but bernie sanders who a lot of people said ah, don't take him serious, whatever. he's picking up. and it's not just next door to

his home state of vermont. >> they're aware of bernie sanders. are they overly concerned? probably not. i i'll tell you what their sources say, no matter how great of a campaign bernie sanders runs, america is not going to elect an avowed socialist. i think his rise is somewhat instructive. take a look at this. he's cut into clinton's lead among democratic primary voters. 19 points. two weeks ago, she was up by 29 points, 51/22, but a month ago, she had a 40-point advantage, 59-19. >> i am the longest-serving independent in the history of the united states congress. i think it is an advantage. because when i speak to 28,000 people in portland, oregon, 27,000 people in los angeles, the vast majority of those people, they're not g

quote-unquote registered independents. >> the clinton camp will tell you they're not worried. but as you pointed out very well, if something breaks, if this e-mail scandal worsens, all bets are off. to say nothing of the fact that vice president joe biden we are told by sources is now strongly considering getting into the race. the truth is, he is beloved among party insiders, but this would be a very late entry for him, and a lot of the best talent has already been picked up by other candidates. it would be tough to see if he could pull that off. although some of his folks are telling us he's floating the idea of a one-term presidency, which would be pretty interesting. i want to wrap it up by telling you this one last thing. my sources within the clinton

search today. will? >> hi, harris, they're expecting bad weather for the next couple of days, and that could hamper the search which is in a mountainous area filled with dense woods and deep cliffs as they're looking for a trigana plane. of the 54 passengers, 44 were adults, five were crew members, and there were five children on this plane. there were thunderstorms in the area at the time of this crash in papua. that that's about 1500 miles north of australia. we know there's 150 rescuers on the ground right now. at the same time, families have gathered at a nearby airport, and they're hoping and praying for some answer. >> so i was reading about some previous safety issues that this particular airline has had. >> yeah. to say that they have a checkered history of safety issues would be a major understatement.
4:11 pm
we've learned that this airline has lost 10 planes in the past 14 years. we've also learned that trigana air has had serious incidents and on the european union black list. a banned transporter. >> i wouldn't get within 50 feet of this airline. we did some research here. they even had an airplane destroyed while it was under maintenance. the undercarriage collapsed and destroyed the airplane while it was under maintenance, so as far as i'd be concerned i would stay as far away from this airline as possible. >> so experts will certainly be taking into account the airline safety record while they try to figure out if anything could have been done to prevent this crash. >> it's unbelievable people are still getting on these planes with that kind of message out there already. thank you very much. new information about a

of change. the political class, what they can't grasp, the paradigm, which is somehow normal, that we are, in 2011, i said, we were facing a pre-revolutionary moment, the revolution is here. >> and pat, we watched, we talk, all of us, about the political shows on the sunday morning networks. and if you watch them today, every one of these people on all the networks, they don't pay any attention to what pat just said, instead, it's the summer. it's a fling in august. they'll get over it. trump and carson are just the next version of michelle baockmn and herman cain. they're not. >> there's anger across the board. it's not just the republicans. it's democrats. there's a sense that the establishment would be hillary clinton or jeb bush represents the failed politics of the past. >> here's where i think we're
4:46 pm
not quite connected yet. i think we have the unhappiness exposed on the left and on the right. and it's huge, okay? we yet to have a candidate who takes the unhappiness and turns it into the way to fix the country. we don't have it yet. >> my question for you -- >> ticked off, but how are you going to fix it. >> and that's the conduit that you need to get people to vote on the anger, otherwise, the intensity drives you to stay home because you didn't get that candidate or a third party. >> we all believe that may be the ultimate way to change the country. to get elected, pat, you know you agree with this. the anger has to be in the candidate, but he can't be an angry man or woman. >> who do we have on either side of the political aisle right now that you see that? >> right now, you have several people, i would add to the people that doug said, you have ted cruz doing it.
4:47 pm
trump is going around, blowing up land mines showing how upset and angry people are. but notice what he talked about today fk the last two days. money and politics. i've bought all these people. they're going to do what they're bought to do. and at the same time, he also talks about taking the lobbyists out and not having them in the white house, which obama promised to do and didn't. then meanwhile, there's bernie sanders, talking about the decision on citizens united, billionaires buying the country. those people are something out of the same pipe. you've had fiorina laying out pieces. the question is, who will lay out a real narrative for sniff, what we call the sniff test. we are going to be blown away. >> i know that's a project that you guys are working on. real quickly, i'm curious, and i'm seeing it play out on social

media too, how long will this process go on, you think, the vetting with the 17 candidates. >> much longer than anyone would suggest. we have been pronouncing the death of the donald trump candidacy for weeks, if not months. >> i don't know what you mean by weeks. >> i'm sorry. i mean, >> you said he was, it's the same. >> and bernie sanders is going up, despite all the reports that both are passing fancies. >> i'm going to have our viewers on social media respond to this. you have the outsiders. but are you ready for the outsiders, do you need outsiders, and how do they gain ground against these guys and women? we'll take a look. n ever. as we age, certain nutrients... ...become especially important. from the makers of one a day fifty-plus.

all right. we will continue with this interesting thing we have been watching take shape as we go to a new week in politics. the more traditional sort of so-called establishment candidates running for the white house are having to fend off those who never held office. the insiders are back. what are your thoughts, john? >> i think the country has come to the point of saying why elect the same people over and over? why another clinton or bush and get the same result. it's no good. so let's try something new. >> among the establishment candidates somebody like john kasich, who do you see as breaking out -- by the way, he did better in the polls. >> of the establishment ones, i think kasich is the one who has upward momentum and is a very good man, good person and a good elected politician. >> you mentioned ted cruz earlier. pat? senator ted cruz. >> i think ted cruz wants to be
4:53 pm
more of an idee ied log than an outsider. i will tell you whoever does grasp this, the problem for the establishment candidate is the voter -- as soon as someone points out that these people have failed time and time again in their answer, and it is time for them to go. they will all be in trouble. when they get the real -- you are already seeing the evidence of this. they are ready to go. i just think that there's a real feeling that the insiders have screwed america and the country and gotten rich. and they have. that's why they want them gone. >> are you reading your twit wither feed right now because that's what they are saying. that's exactly what they are saying 18.4 trillion in debt, open borders, isis-iran deal. really mad. people are ticked off. blank the politicians. >> that's what is driving
4:54 pm
outsider sentiment in the republican party. the problem insiders in the democrat and republican parties is they have to have answers for questions that pat and john are raising and candidly there aren't good answers. the democrats lack a deep bench. who do we have if hillary falters, the same old people. >> real quickly, how could bernie sanders be president when he can't command at the podium. he's been losing ground with people taking the microphone from him. >> 28,000 people coming out. >> 100,000 over the last couple of weeks sglaz a candidate and campaign with shoestring budget he's doing a great job. it's a sign of where the action is in the democratic party that this occupy wall street, income redistribution, hating the status quo. it is the same trough that the tea party is driking from only a little different. instead of hating big business -- >> before we have to take a break. talk about the iran deal.
4:55 pm
more democrats jumping on board. pat, you have 15 seconds. does it happen, does it go away? >> the fox poll show 58 to 31% support this. this deal is collapsing. >> oppose it. >> oppose it. >> we'll be right back. >> stay close. feeling intense lower back pain? did you know it may be coming from being on your feet all day? dr. scholl's custom fit orthotic inserts are uniquely designed to provide immediate all day relief from lower back pain.

ii accept i'm not the sprinter i was back in college. i even accept that i live with a higher risk of stroke due to afib, a type of irregular heartbeat, not caused by a heart valve problem. but i won't accept giving it less than my best. so if i can go for something better than warfarin, ...i will. eliquis. eliquis... reduced the risk of stroke better than warfarin, plus it had less major bleeding than warfarin... eliquis had both. that really mattered to me. don't stop taking eliquis unless your doctor tells you to, as stopping increases your risk of having a stroke. eliquis can cause serious and in rare cases fatal bleeding. don't take eliquis if you have an artificial heart valve or abnormal bleeding. while taking eliquis, you may bruise more easily and it may take longer than usual for any bleeding to stop. seek immediate medical care for sudden signs of bleeding, like unusual bruising. eliquis may increase your bleeding risk

if you take certain medicines. tell your doctor about all planned medical or dental procedures. i accept that i'm not as fast, but i'm still going for my personal best... and for eliquis. reduced risk of stroke... plus less major bleeding. ask your doctor... if eliquis is right for you. back with the fox news political insiders. john, you want to talk about the downward fifth of the debate in the outsiders who have gone up since the debate. the insiders like governor bush, governor walker who's half inside, half tea party. >> politically. >> yeah. i think bush and walker were flat in the debate. i think rand paul has gone down since the debait. >> rand paul is crashing. >> yeah. >> and that makes sense. it's not fatal in august to have a bad debate. but the next one at the reagan

library i predict they will step it up. >> why do you think they are moving down. >> because they are insiders that haven't been able to distinguish t politics, policies of or ideas. i will make one point. with the e-mail investigation being in an active phase with hillary having turned over her server, this is a dynamic situation and for those who are interested in watching her demise please pay close attention. >> your last thoughts, pat? >> my last thought is simple. these people in these campaigns that are slipping are surrounded by consultants and advisers from the political class. these people cannot recognize what we have been telling people on this show. people in the political class have not listened to what's on our network for the two years we have been saying this. i have news for you, we're right and you people are wrong and you are going to see it.
