a man driving a dodge pickup truck. the trooper spotted the vehicle and then approached a truck to help the driver get out of that ditch. the police video shows him getting out of the truck with a sawed off shot gun. >> i could hear him breathing. said you are lucky. you are lucky. you are going to die soon. >> the allege sheerter shooter kevin daigle who was arrested at the scene after the heroic efforts of passers by that stopped their cars wrestled the gun away from him and put him on the ground used the trooper's handcuffs to subdue him and used the trooper's radio to get help. they are hoping vincent recovers from his wounds.

two 19-year-olds were taken into custody for questioning. deblasio was not home at the time of the incident. the man found with rosie o'donnell's missing teenaged daughter in new jersey now under arrest. 25-year-old steven sheerer is accused of sending sexually explicit messages to 17-year-old chelsea o'donnell. investigators found the messages when throsie gave permission to search her phone. sheerer faces obscenity and child endangerment charges. he is also a drug offender. this comes over a year after a tractor trailer slammed into morgan's limousine on the new jersey turnpike. his friend james mcnair was killed in the crash. teen hearts are breaking this morning. one direction is going in four
