using helicopters and dogs as they search for the suspected it killing of a 30- suspected killers of a 30-year-old police officer. the suspects are two white men and a black man as he requested back up. he was shot early tuesday and died at the scene. >> he was a 30-year veteran, a decorated police officer, a family man and a dear friend to the entire village of fox lake. many residents in here knew him as "gi joe" and somebody deeply committed to fox lake. >> police say the suspects are considered armed and dangerous since they stripped the lieu tenant of his -- the lieutenant of his gun and other equipment. >> and it could be a tough day with asian stocks continuing the global selloff overnight. they saw another day of steep declines. all three major indexes lost about 3% each. john kerry is looking for more support for the iran nuclear

their issues. thisy worry when they send their kids to the schools, the schools will become like mommy and daddy and they will feel it is their job to give those less sons. with that being said this is real life. this stuff happens and you can't shield your kids from real life. like i said, the kids in their classes on 9/11 had to have teachers there that day explaining to them what was going on. parents, real life is hard and brutal and sucks and unfortunately your kids have to learn about it when they were younger. >> were you in administration during 9/11? >> not yet. next story. he is set to play the next james bond, but is he right for the role? the author chosen by fleming's estate to write james bond said he is a terrific actor, but i can think of other black actors who would do it better. to me he is a bit too rough to play the part. it is thought a color issue. i think he is a bit too street for bond. is it a question of being a slob?

yeah, predictably the internet went nuts claiming street was code word for black. horowitz tweeted an apology saying i expressed the opinion that in my mind adrian lester would be a better choice. i am a writer and not a casting director so what do i know? i chose street as the portrayal. john luther was in my mind, but it is a poor choice of words -- why am i reading the entire thing? it is unbelievable. did the guy beat himself with back by? bamboo? just say i'm sorry. was it so wrong to use the word "street"? >> i think the guy was wrong, but not for those reasons. he is not street to me at all. he is the least street person on the wire. he speaks with a lovely british accent which i cannot do obviously. >> that's excellent. it is dead on. >> he was in the movie "thor"

>> it is scary. sometimes these diets -- there is a difference between eating healthy and star of ofing yourself. the diet became more and more extreme and at the end she was eating raw fruits and vegetables. there was no protein and no balance and no fun and no nutritional content. you can't eat celery sticks and carrot sticks and water and expect you will sustain yourself. >> where did we get the idea? >> people take things to the extreme. it is like exercise. you start off with moderate exercise and then people are in the gym for six hours and losing body fat to a point they don't even look good anymore. they become obsessed. i eat healthy, but i eat my dark chocolate and i eat my protein. you have to do it right or you defeat the whole purpose of the thing. >> you and your magazines and
