contraceptives. it provides difficult counseling when it comes to giving an hiv test for example. what this is about, is the fact that some of the planned parenthood facilities perform abortions which is legal under the laws of the united states. >> she didn't answer it. >> it's a prehistoric answer. before those videos surfaced of baby's hearts beating as carly fiorina wanted to challenge hillary clinton. how can you answer like that? how do you do that? >> she sees this argument as i have an idea, let's do the long-winded thing thing. it was a woman that said it. this thing is switched, especially with that video out. >> plausible deniability. if you support it, she's not to watch it and go on with your early talking points. >> should have said, mrs. clinton thank you for that answer, you didn't answer the question.

did you watch the video? that's all carly fiorina was asking. did you watch the video. instead she had a defense of planned parenthood. the rap is that the federal funding does not pay for abortio abortions. we give the -- the federal government gives planned parenthood money. but the abortion, the money has to come out of the pocket of the woman getting it. there wouldn't be a building or staff or have life. the money is fungible. >> if you can watch the video and say what you just said, maybe we'll have a discussion. at least watch it. why deny yourself the information? >> remember, she is a grandmother. i'm thinking she won't have the same reaction. she can't play is both ways. even the greatest hillary supporter has to be panicked.

a 22-year-old new york man accused of making what the friends describe as relentless attempts to join isis. he even ranted on twitter that he was ready to die for that cause. investigators say that ollie saleh tried to travel to syria several times but was turned away at the airport. he's accused of using social media to talk to contacts. the illegal immigrant accused of murdering kate steinle is due back in court today. francisco sanchez is held on $5 million bail. the judge ruled that there is enough evidence to try him for second-degree murder. sanchez, a convicted felon had been deported from the united states five times and admitted that he was in the city of san francisco because of its sanctuary city policies. baltimore police will soon be wearing body cameras. the police department announcing a program that will equip 1400

officers with the small recording devices. the cameras will be deployed in july of next year. it will cost taxpayers more than $7 million. that program will help with accountability and community relations. here's what steve was talking about. vice president joe biden is all in, at least according to a draft biden official who was overheard blabbing on the phone. train passengers heard super pac adviser josh alcorn say, 100% joe biden is in for a 2016 presidential run. the question is, when will he toss his hat into the ring. it could be mid-october. another passenger saying that test ads were doing well in converting hillary clinton supporters to joe biden supporters. wow. better be quiet when you're talking on the phone. those are your headlines. that is something else, huh? >> especially on amtrak. >> we rarely hear those stories. >> just stay in the quiet car. thank you very much, heather.

syrian passport. an identity card and driving license from a forger. so just how dangerous is this? very. here with more is the senior reporter with the daily mail.com who purchased those documents. nick sage joins us live from london. good morning. thanks for joining us. where did you hear that it was possible to buy for $2,000 these perfect copies of syrian passports and drivers licenses and things like that? >> i was first aware of this report by the chief of the european union border agency. he said that his offices discovered people using syrian passports to claim they were syrian to come to europe and claim a new life. >> right. i traveled to turkey where i met a forger who offered to create me one. he told me that members of isis and their families were using the documents to gain new

identities so they, in turn, could come to europe with the many thousands of genuine refugees >> that's the scary part. because they come to europe, they come to the united states and they become sleeper cells and they're waiting for word, aren't they? >> that's certainly what the forger told me. i was unaware of that when i traveled to turkey. but these are the words he used to tell me what is happening. >> nick, there's a reason these documents look real and that is because they are real, right? >> that's correct. these are -- let me show it to you. this is a genuine syrian passport book. as you can see, inside it has my photograph. i've never been to syria. i can't speak arabic. what has happened is when the regime collapsed, the institutions of the regime were taken over by the opposition forces, including isis. they would raid the buildings, take all the documents, which they knew were valuable and give

are fantastic. it's very, very intense. it's the second half that's a little monotonous. i wanted a little more character development from dylan o'brien's character. if you liked the first one, you will enjoy the second one. i gave it a 3 out of 5. i geeked out with the star and there's an epic shot in the movie where he slides under a door as it's closing. i wanted to know how they pulled off that shot. was there something really closing. check this out. >> you slid under that door. >> it was a closing green screen. >> we did it like seven times. there was a few because wes is so funny, he kept asking me, classic wes. can you cut it a little closer. >> i think i'm going to hit it if i do. if i hit it, i would break it. >> they tugged the camera too. there was an awesome camera move. >> it was really cool. one of my favorite things that we did. >> so it's worth our money? >> for that.

>> give it a 3 out of 5. it comes out today. worth seeing it. also the movie everest is opening based on the climbers climbing on mt. everest. eight of them unfortunately were killed during the climbing. it's a very powerful film. jason clark is starring in the film, josh brolin and jake gyllenhaal. beautiful visuals. it goes wide next weekend and premium large formats as well. the first 2/3 of the film, very intense. they rushed the ending. it is worth seeing. i gave it a 3.5 out of 5. i know you have the black mass author oming up. johnny depp's best performance since 1997's donnie brass coe. it's a phenomenal performance. worth seeing. i'm looking forward to seeing your interview with the author today. thanks for having me on. >> nerd tears.com. we'll check it out. >> love you guys. have a wonderful weekend.

evan bayh former united states senator and governor of indiana and fox news contributor brad blakeman former deputy assistant to president george w. bush. thank you for joining us on "fox & friends." >> good morning. >> good morning. >> let's look at the field here. evan what's your take in terms of past experience what makes one better suited to really be the ceo leader of the united states? a senator, a governor? >> well, there's no one right path. you learn different things from different experiences. but, elisabeth, i had to pick one i'd pick being governor. you're the ceo of a large enterprise. tens of thousands of employees. multimillion dollar budget. you've got to work with your legislature to try and get things passed. you have to communicate to the public what you're doing. and most importantly of all you actually have to get things done. you don't just give speeches like you do on the floor of the senate or just cast votes. you actually have to put things into effect and make them work and i think that's what people are looking for these days. in the senate you get more foreign policy experience. as a ceo you get a lot of

discipline of the marketplace. those are good things. but if you're looking for the whole package i think it's more likely to be a governor. >> american people success rate ran a poll here and they agreed with you, 40% said governors would make a better commander in chief right here. 23% said senators, and 23% said private sector contenders. so those bottom two neck and neck there. brad, what's your position here? who is better suited to lead the nation? >> i have to agree with senator bayh. i happen to believe that a governor has all the accoutrements that a president would have to have from day one. he has to deal with a legislature. he has to deal with a judiciary. guess what? he has to have a budget. and he even has a military, national guard, but he also has an infrastructure very akin to what the president will have to deal with on the national level and in addition, many of our states have larger budgets and larger organizations than many independent sovereign states of our allies. so, if you're looking for the type of leadership that a president would have to deal with, then governors tend to be the best choice.

>> so let's throw in the curve ball here of the entrepreneur, or ceo, or apolitical candidate. because those are the individuals right now who tend to be leading in the polls. we've got dr. ben carson. you've got donald trump. you've got carly fiorina. all really taking steam away from the other candidates, as it seems, and as we stand right now. so what's behind that? evan? >> well, the american public is mad. and they're fed up with business as usual in washington. nothing is getting done. the political class is in disrepute. so i think all those candidates of let's send them a message. let's throw the bums out. and you know, that's understandable under the circumstances. but i think ultimately, when we get down to actually voting, people are going to say, okay, you don't want to just vent my anger. i want to know who can actually get the job done. so i think the best combination, and that's another thing the governor brings to the table, they're not part of the quote/unquote mess in washington. so they can bring a little bit of that outsider perspective to the table, too. that at the end of the day is
