but humans are too stupid to realize it. speaking of stupid, let's get to it. good friday afternoon to you and first from the fox news deck this friday afternoon, if you have been flipping over the cable tv landscape today looking for his omni present, if you have ridden the radio dials seeking wisdom and enlightenment you notice something strange happening in america. one thing is certain is that donald trump is everywhere. and he is huge. he is in front of the cameras, holding the microphones, talking on the phones. having town hall meet examination -- stuff. -- stomaching for your boat but today he is missing. no appearances no radio interviews, nothing. there's a big forum for republicans in south carolina, but donald trump cancelled. why? well, his team says he has a big

12:03 pm
well, donald trump is not backing down. though we cannot find him, he is not backing down. his camp put out statement accusing president obama of, quote, waging war against christians, waging war. and just like that, donald trump is back on the front page after some of his rivals made waves in this week's big g.o.p. debate. he back on the pages of the papers. but he is missing. if you have hear from donald trump today, you have heard of something from last night or from the debate on cnn, but you have not heard from donald trump. what is television without him? and when will he return to explain it all away? we have team fox coverage of the 2016 race. ed henry is with hillary clinton in new hampshire. first mike emanuel live at the big forum and greenville, south carolina. donald trump supposed to be there but, alas no donald trump. of what should we make? >> reporter: no question, organizers of the heritage

controversy. instead this became a news conference about trump. she said she i appalled by the fact he did not stand up for the president of the united states. >> i was appalled, and as you may know, quickly put out a tweet expressing the great disappointment with that kind of rhetoric, and calling on him and anybody else who is seeking the highest office of the land, to start behaving like a president. >> reporter: now, donald trump's staff suggested maybe he didn't hear what that person at the town hall was saying. hillary clinton was asked whether he believes that. she said, look, this is why he needs to come forward and address it. she simply doesn't know what did happen and didn't happen. obviously there's some politics being played here as well. hillary clinton with lat of troubles of her own would much rather talk about donald trump than her issues.
12:08 pm
>> who wouldn't. bernie sanders has been making the rounds, saw him last night and this morning. he says he is surprised his numbers are going up so much but they are, and they appear to continue to go up. >> reporter: no doubt about it. look at this contrast. today he had this event near you in new york city, with small donors. his donors are give egg an average of $30, big difference than the super pacs are giving to hillary clinton on the left of various republicans on the right. let me -- the tale of the tape. last night i was at a hillary clinton town hall meeting. he schad empty seats in the become of the room. todayty university of new hampshire she was boasting it was a big crowd. the fire chief says 350. i checked with bernie sanders office. he is coming to the same campus on sunday and they already have 1300rsvps. so several hundred more people than hillary clinton had here today. apples to apples. more people turning out. let's see whether they vote for
