being an outsider and being someone who can give credible answers on things like foreign policy and could both receive establishment support and appealing to folks that sounds different. >> how do you see her? >> republicans in particular are looking for someone who is an outsider and she fits that bill and i think she turned in a fantastic performance at the debate. and the next step is it sufficient and building out from a strong debate performance and add her policy positions and empathy to the voters and campaign strategy, that is where the voters are looking for her to go next. >> we asked the viewers what they think about the possibility of voting for carly fiorina. we have a couple of responses that we polled at random. >> we should have a woman president and carly would be

better than another clinton. and also, fiorina has the complete skill set for being an effective president and understands global leadership. and she is well versed in national security and expressed specific strategies for this issue. kristin, the political class as you describe. it politicians that are holding office forever. that is said to be the strength of the gop field. so many of those who are running have held political office. and dow think that voters are ready to make that break and go with someone not tested before in elected office? >> the polls have been silly up and down in part because folks are emotional and like someone who sounds different. but as we go in to the fall, you will see the emotional side of

things would want to see plans and answers on foreign policy for the economy. and once we get to that phase, you may see the established candidates trying to shine. that's what is so interesting about the fiorina candidacy, she had great responses to give and strong favorables. a lot of the established candidates are well known, but they have a quarter of republican voters who don't like them. and carly fiorina at the moment does not have a strong anti- carly constitency and her rise in the polls, we'll see how it changes as people attack her. and that has begun this week and she comes in with strong favorables. >> margie, you are the democratic pollster and some republicans say carly fiorina would be hillary clinton's worst

nightmare as an opponent. >> it would be fantastic to see two women candidates. my daughters have a lot of democratic friends and they grave stated to carly because she was the only woman on the stand. there is more to reaching woman voters than just being a woman. that is true for republicans and democrats and some of the positions that fiorina has, they are not in alignment with where women are. maternity leave and funding for planned parent hood. she's not on the same page of where majority of the women voters are looking in the overall electorate. >> we'll continue to ask our viewers to weigh in and margie and kristin. >> and we heard from jon, we read your comments all of the

here? it seems like it was on track to go to trial in october. >> right. two girls were on trial for stabbing another girl. the defendants are now appealing and they want to move it to juvenile court and that means they would go in front of a jouf nile judge and at most sentenced to 18 years old. and no jurisdiction of the court system. if they say in the adult system they could get 65 years in prison. tremendous change. >> one judge rule it was an adult case. what is it likely to get a different ruling. >> it is automatic in wisconsin you will be tried in adult court and only reverted if successful. will an appeal's court say i think we should? it is it a possibility.

inconsistent. an insanity defense they don't know what they are doing. but they knew what they were doing. >> but they were so young. they are 12. and what do you think is the stronger argument for the defense. one they are insane or they were hypnotized by a strange fictional character has produced sort of a weird following? >> i think it is both. they have a 1, 2 punch available to them. at 13, i was roller blading and department have a care in the world. are kids that young impressed by fictional characters. if they were 23, we wouldn't have the argument. but they are children. >> let me ask you about the punishment. if they stay in the juvenile system they are only held until age 18.

and that for a first-degree murder charge seems not the fair ruling. >> juvenile court is designed to give treatment to juveniles. and you throw a 13 year old in the adult system and they are in the system for the rest of their lives. >> the other argument if they stay in the juvenile system and one of them have mental illness, she would not get the same treatment. >> they are not mentally well adjusted because they wouldn't do this. but it is it a public safety threat they pose. two girls try to plan out a murder and fortunately was an attempted murder and not murder and if they are out and free at age 18, where does it leave society around them? that is the reason to prosecute them in adult court? >> is this something they will have to take the stand for?

a california man called domino's for a hot meal but gets some cold cash deliver eed instextd he didn't know it. mike vegas says he ordered pizza and some wings, placed the wingses in the received. the next day he received dozens of calls from the delivery guy. turns out he delivered the food before a bank drop and placed money in the wings box for safekeeping and gave that box by accident to vegas. >> i got home from work and looked in my refrigerator and pulled out what i thought was ring wings and tushed out to be $1300. i made a facebook post and a lot are arguing, you should keep it, you shouldn't keep it. i wanted to keep it, believe me. but i couldn't. >> he probably returned it. there's nothing more disappointing if you go looking for wings and there's none there. regardless he he'll get pizza free for a year for his honesty.
