cloud storage site. newly-released documents show some employees expressed concern when they found out about a request from a clinton family company to reduce the data storage during the server backup. one employee writing in email, quote, starting to think this whole thing is covering up some shady, exploitive. that is not all. the state department is instructing hillary to go back and look for more emails, saying it appears she hasn't turned everything over just yet. you giggled a little bit, charlie. there soames to be, writing shady, bleep, bleep. they were concerned about what hillary clinton was doing and have emails on record. >> it was kind of nixonian. that was the cover-up, not necessarily the crime. he was not directly involved in the watergate break-in, underlings were. but he sought to cover it up.

it looks like she is trying to cover something up. it looks pretty sleezely. i will say this when i talk to political operatives, a lot of them are republicans, they don't see a avenue where the obama justice department will bring a charge against her. when i talk too lawyers they say she has to be charged based on the law. this looks really bad, looks like she violated law. lawyers can't get their hands on the fact she really didn't use her government email. if you're using private email and you have total control over it, you must be hiding something. >> when you look at what platt river was tasked with doing, every time they would back up the server, they were told to have fewer, according to the complaint and reporting being done, they were told to have less and less on the backup. which would mean there are some documents not in platt river's hands. when you look for it, go to the new company and go to the website. and their motto is, we're in the

business to keep your business running no matter what. this now comes into, let these companies do some of this investigative work because they will want to do it to protect their own reputation. >> only time i heard companies say give us less backup, not wall street firms because they're highly regulated by government, but they were hedge funds looking to hide stuff. >> they don't want you to see it. >> that is what is so crazy about this. >> sandra, i don't think it is news they potentially trying to hide something. we've seen this on fewcation by the clintons. the question, is the fbi speaking to these companies? you said so many times we know they have backups of their email. somebody has them. >> that is like saying, oh, boy, our guys don't have security clearances. this opens a whole new can of worms. this scandal just got a heck of a lot worse? guess what? dado faced its own cyber attacks. how exposed are we? >> folks within the fbi knew

there would be companies doing backup. these companies, their business is being in the business of back things up. these are storage companies for information. that is what they do. that is how they protect their companies, by storing information. when the fbi gets ahold on something like they start pulling on the thread. i know people have been investigated in counterintelligence investigations, they have to look at any sort of breach as potential counterintelligence investigation. they have to look was this person potentially giving information to a foreign government. that is probably not what happened here. they will pull on the thread and pull it apart. >> it even starts simpler than that. why do you want less backup? >> that is my question. why would you want it? if all of this is true, now we know what shoring up was. this dado company would back up everything apparently they were trying to hide. we don't know yet. reputational management may drive these companies to compete with information and give it up all up. which means we'll know a lot more than we thought. >> the clinton campaign

with no explanation. and you're getting a totally different message, harris out of this white house. when you ask them, they say they deported a record number of illegals. they tout this as bullet point of success when actually the opposite has happened. they're not deporting these criminals. the "gang of eight" bill in the senate, sponsored by some candidates which charlie mentioned would allow criminals to stay in the country. three strikes, apparently you're not out. so this is a huge problem. >> homeland security describing this is different problem. this is changing demographic on the mexican border, that a lot of immigrants are coming from other countries. they are flown home and would be much more, expensive costly thing to do. i don't know. if you look into that, part of change in numbers. >> i don't know if it is a big part in changing numbers. a fact more expensive to fly somebody from here to honduras

new york's attorney general investigating two major fantasy companies, draftkings and fanduel. to find out if some of their employees won large amounts of money using inside information. this comes amid media reports that a draftkings employee may have had access to valuable company data before winning $350,000 in a fanduel contest. the companies say there is no evidence anyone misused internal company data. earlier on fox business network the ceo of draftkings. >> we are completely committed to creating an open and transparent environment. having the trust of our customers that the game is fair is everything to us and we have done everything, i think, to investigate this incident and it is very clearly found through evidence that we pulled, records of when data was sent to this employee, there was absolutely no wrongdoing here. >> we should note our sister company fox sports 1 are
